Electrical safety
• The TV set should only be connected to a mains supply which matches that stated on
the label on the mains adaptor.
• To prevent overload, don't share the same mains supply socket with too many other
items of equipment.
- Do not place any connecting wires where they may be stepped on or tripped over.
- Do not place heavy items on the leads, which may damage them.
- Hold the Mains plug, not the wires, when removing from a socket.

Remote Control
The remote control is using Infra-Red(IR). Point it towards the front of the LCD TV. The remote
control may not work correctly if it is operated out of range or out of angle.
POWER: Turn the TV on/standby.
TV/AV: Press to display the input source menu.
TV/TXT: Turn off/on the Teletext display.
CANCEL: Cancel the Teletext display.
REVEAL: Reveal any hidden text.
DTV: Switch to DTV mode.
HOLD: Hold or carry on the current subpage.
SIZE: Press to see top half of page double size, Press again
to see the bottom half of page double size. Press again for
normal size.
SUBPAGE: Press to subpage, again to cancel.
INDEX: Go to index.
Colour buttons: Short cuts-follow the coloured links in the
text.
MENU: System setup menu.
EXIT: Exit the OSD menu.
CH+/-: Channel/Program +/-.
VOL+/-: Volume +/-.
Cursor left/right/up/down: Cursor buttons used in menus.

Power on/off
1. Connect to the power supply with a power code, and turn on the power switch.
2. -To turn on the TV
Press POWER button on the TV or remote control.
-To turn off the TV
Press POWER button on the TV or remote control.
Input Source select
Press TV/AV button on the TV set or remote control to display the
input source menu, and use CH+/- button on the TV set or Ĥ0ĥ!button
on remote control to select the input source, press OK button on the
remote control to enter.
Note: Before you select the input source, make sure the
connections are prepared.

Description
Tuner selection: Select the tuner mode, PAL/SECAM or NTSC.
Auto Scan:
In NTSC mode: press OK button to enter the Auto scan menu, then start auto tuning by OK
button.
In PAL/SECAM mode: press OK button to enter the hint menu for Country selecting, select
“Start” and press OK button to enter the Auto scan menu, then start auto tuning by OK
button(It contains ATV and DTV signals).
DTV Manual Scan: Press OK button to enter the DTV Manual Scan menu, select a DTV
channel, and press OK button to start searching.

ATV Manual Scan: Press OK button to enter the ATV Manual Scan menu.
Storage To: Select a position for storing the program searched.
Current CH: Select a channel you want to manual tuning.
Search: Press < / > button to manual search.
Fin-Tune: Press < / > button to fine-tune.
Skip: Select “Yes” to skip the program when you scan the programs
by CH+/-.
Frequency: Display the current channel’s frequency.
Program Edit: Press OK button to enter the Program Edit menu as the following picture.
Note: Press RED button to save all the setups you have changed.
SWAP
Delete: Select a program, and press RED button, on the right of program, “Delete” will
appear, then press RED button again, the program will be deleted. If you press RED button
once,but do not want to delete the program, press MENU button to quit.
Rename: Select a program, and press GREEN button, then you could use < and > buttons
to select the position of the program’s name you want to change, and press and
buttons to change the character, press < or > button to confirm the change. Press menu
to exit and it will automatically save the current set.(It can only rename ATV program.)
Move: Select a program, and press YELLOW button, then you could use and
buttons to change the position of the program, press YELLOW again to confirm the change.
Press menu to exit and it will automatically save the current set.
Swap: Slect a program, and press BLUE button to sign the program, while the program
have been signed, it will be skiped when you scan programs by CH+/-.
FAV: Select a program, press FAV button to set the program as the favorite channel.
Note: The function of “RENAME” and “MOVE” could not be used in DTV source.

2. PICTURE menu
Description
Picture Mode: Select picture display mode.
Contrast: Control the difference between the brightness and darkest regions of the picture.
Brightness: Controls the overall brightness of the picture.
Colour: Control the colour.
Sharpness: Increase this setting to see crisp edges in the picture; decrease it for soft edges.
Tint: Control the tint.
Color Temperature: Cycles among colour modes: User, Cool, Standard, Warm.
When you select “User” mode, you could adjust the colours below(Red, Green, Blue) by yourself.
Aspect Ratio: Select screen display mode.
Noise Reduction: Reduce the noise point of the picture when you turn on the function by
selecting “On”.
Screen(only exist in PC-RGB mode): Press OK button to enter the submenu to adjust the
picture of the screen.

3. SOUND menu
Description
Sound Mode: Select the sound mode.
Treble(Could be adjusted when the sound mode is User): Controls the relative intensity of
higher pitched sounds.
Balance: To adjust the balance of the left and right sound track, or turn off the volume of the
left and right sound track.
Auto Volume: Control the volume of the program automatically when you turn on the function
by selecting “On”.
Surround Sound: Turn on/off the surround sound function by selecting “on”/“off”.

Clock: Use the < and > buttons to select the position, and use the and button to set the
time.
Note: User can not change time manually during DTV mode, for time is from signal source
directly.
Off Time: Press OK button to enter the submenu, you could set the time when the TV set will be
turned off automatically, you could also set the frequency.
On Time: Press OK button to enter the submenu, you could set the time when the TV set will be
turned on automatically, you could also set the frequency, volume and program.
Sleep Timer: Allows you to setup the sleep timer among: 10min, 20min, 30min, 60min, 90min,
120min,180min, 240min and off.
Auto Sleep: Turn on/off the auto standby function.
Time Zone: Allows you to select the time zone.

Lock Channel: Allows you to turn on or off the channel lock. When select “On”, chanel menu
is closed.
Change Password: Press OK button to enter the submenu, and you could change the
password here.

and press GREEN button to block it.
Parental Guidance: Cycles among ages: 4,5,6......18, or you could turn the function off.

If the display fails or performance dramatically deteriorates check the Display in accordance
with the following instructions.Remember to check the peripherals topinpiont the source of the
failure.
If the display still fails to perform as expected,connect your helpline for assistance.
No power
- Check all connections to the TV.
- Press either the power button or the Standby button on the Remote control.
No picture or sound
- Ensure that the TV is plugged in and the power is on.
- Ensure that the aerial is connected.
- Try a different programme.
Poor picture quality
- Check the aerial connections.
- Check that the channel is tuned in properly.
- Adjust the picture settings:brightness,colour,sharpness,contrast,hue.
- Make sure that the TV is not located close to electrical appliances that may emit radio
frequency interference.
No colour
- Adjust the colour setting.
- Check that the programme is broadcast in colour.
- Check that the cannel is tuned properly.
TV does not respond to remote control
- Check that there are no obstructions between the remote control and the unit.
- Check that the remote control is within range of the unit.
- Check that the batteries in the remote control and not weak or exhausted.
