Introduction
Axema VAKAquick guide is used to configure a VAKA system in which all users
always have access to all doors.
Complete documentation is available at info.axema.se. (English documentation
available)
Connect to VAKA
VAKA is accessed by navigating to the connection point IP address or domain
name, for example, 10.0.0.201 or 10.0.0.101 (B60 LAN). Please note that
B60 has different IP addresses on the LAN and WAN side.
VAKA Log in credentials
Username admin
Password password
The first time the credentials are used, an installer account will be created and
the second time an administrator account will be created.
Installing devices (Controllers, readers
etc.)
Hardware can be installed automatically or manually.
Automatic installation
1. Click on the dialogue bubble that says New hardware detected .
2. Select the devices that should be installed and click on Install .
3. Follow the instructions in VAKA.

Manual installation
1. Click on Settings > Installation > Door controller , terminal/
module .
2. Select Add device manually and click on Next > .
3. Follow the instructions in VAKA.
Add persons
1. Log in to VAKA by following Connect to VAKA.
2. Click on Persons .
3. Click on Add and select Organization group .
4. Name the organization group. The organization group can be a family or an
apartment. The name of the organization groups is shown in tenant lists.
5. Select the organization group in the left field and click on Add and the
Person . Multiple persons can belong to the same organization group.
6. Enter the persons name (First name Last name) and id . Id is the persons
tag number (8 digits after A on the tag if EM tags from Axema are used)
7. Click on Add... by Access groups: and select Full access
8. Click on Save .
9. Go to the Access groups tab and double click on Full access
10. Select Time schedule Always next to Time schedule: and check
Time group Always (Time group 1)
11. Click on Save .
