Assembling
instructions
Approximate time of assembly: 15 minutes.
Radiator guards are made to protect the vital components of your bike and does not
have a « life warranty ». If you notice a defect on your radiaor guards at reception,
please write to [email protected]

What’s in the box ?
6 NE01-03-001 - M6 washers
4 NE01-01-008 - TBHC 6x25mm screws
2 NE01-01-009 - TBHC 6x20mm screws

Remove the plastic protections
on both sides.
Pinch the hose for an easier
mounting.
Place the TBHC 6x25mm
screw + M6 washer in
the top hole.
You’re all ready to ride !
Place the aluminium guard on
the radiator using the OEM
screw.

Use the screwdriver to place the
plastic correctly.
Place the plastic protection
back in place and use the
TBHC 6x25mm + M6 washer in
the bottom hole.
Follow the steps
Use the 6x20mm screw +
M6 washer and tighten all
the screws. Then, repeat the
operation on the other side.
Tighten the OEM screw.

Remove the OEM screw.
