A skid plate is made to protect the vital components of your bike and does
not have a « life warranty ». However, production default may happen and
we cover it during the rst year of use.

Place the rear xation on the rear
part of the plate using the TFHC 6x35
screws + 2 washers + 2 bolts and
tighten.
Place the clamped bolt inside the small thick block and make sure to align the
holes.

Place the clamped bolts on the steel
part. Make sure to align them to the
holes.
Place the alloy spacer on the back of
the plate.
Place the alloy spacers on the 2 front
holes of the plate.
Approximate time of assembly: 15 minutes.

Place the upfront xation using the
TFHC 6x25 screw and tighten.
Place the steel part inside the
frame. The round sides of the
clamped bolts must face upwards.
Place the plate, it must t perfectly
on the frame.
Place the TH 6x30 screw at the
back rst without tightening the
screw.
Use your nger to maintain the
steel part in place and have the
clamped bolts aligned to the holes.
Remove the cover on the right side
of the frame.

Place the TH 6x25 screws in the
front holes.
Place the TFHC 6x25 screw in the
upfront hole.
Push the plate down and place the
smaller plate under the linkage.

Tighten all the screws: rear, front
and upfront.
Repeat the operation on the other
side and tighten both screws.
Place the TFHC 6x20 screw +
washer + bolt.
