Problems you may encounter

1. Why does the EasyMIX produce an unpleasant
smell, produce smoke or feel hot?
The appliance may have been used for too long.
In this case, please stop using the appliance
immediately and let it cool down for 60
minutes.
2. Is it possible to damage the EasyMIX if process
very hard ingredients, such as bones?
Yes, the EasyMIX may get damaged by
processing very hard ingredients, like bones or
fruit core.
3. Is the EasyMIX compactible for ice crushing?
Yes, but EasyMIX is not intended to be used as
an ice crusher. Always make sure to add at least
1 cup of liquid to the blender jar, e.g. milk or
water before adding ice or frozen food.
4. Do I need to cut the ingredients into small size
before I process them?
Always cut the ingredients into small pieces
(approximately 2cm2) before processing them.
It can avoid damaging the appliance and
provide the best blending or grinding result.
5. Can I grind wet ingredients in the Dry Grinder?
Yes, the Dry Grinder is also suitable for
chopping wet ingredients like chili, garlic or
onion.

Please read this user guide carefully for your own safety and to avoid damaging the appliance before
using EasyMIX. It provides important information regarding safety operation. Please also keep it for
your future reference:
1. Please remove all packing materials before use.
2. After unpacking the appliance, check that it is undamaged and that no parts are missing.
3. The appliance is for household usage only, outdoor usage is not recommended.
4. While operating the EasyMIX, please ensure the motor unit is placed on a stable and safe
surface.
5. Keep the appliance and the supply cord out of the reach of children and animals. They should be
supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance. All contents of the package, such
as plastic bags, styrofoam, tape etc., should be kept out of reach of children, as it could be
dangerous and cause suffocation. This appliance is not a toy and must be kept away from children.
6. Only use accessories recommended by the manufacturer and those provided with the appliance,
otherwise they could constitute a danger to the user and risk to damage the appliance.
7. Before plugging into a socket, check whether your voltage corresponds to the rating label of the
appliance. The rating label is placed on the appliance. If you have any doubts, please ask qualified
electrician for help.
8. All installation, assembly, assistance and maintenance procedures must be performed by qualified
personnel in accordance with current regulations.
B. Important safety precautions
Installation, inspection, maintenance and repair work should be carried out by
qualified, suitably trained personnel. Before any work is carried out, the appliance
should be disconnected from the electricity supply. Check regularly state of: power
cord, moving parts, knobs, security screws. No parts can be repaired by the user. Use
only original parts and accessories.
Do not let children to operate the machine, and never leave a plugged EasyMIX
unattended.

9. To protect against the risk of electrical shock, do not put motor unit, cord, or plug in water or
other liquids.
10. Single and multiple adapters and/or extensions are not recommended. If it is necessary to use
simple or multiple adapters, please make sure it is accordance with the relevant safety standards,
without exceeding neither the power handling capacity marked on the simple adapter and on the
extensions, nor the overload limit marked on the multiple-adapter.
11. Always unplug the appliance before assembling, disassembling and cleaning.
12. If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer or qualified electrician in
order to avoid any hazards.
13. Do not hang the cord over edge of the table or worktop or touch hot surface.
14. Keep the motor unit and cord away from the heat, fire, dirt and moisture.
15. Do not blend ingredients hotter than 80°C; and never overfill the Travel Mug and Grinder
Container above the maximum level indication to avoid spillage; Always fill ingredients above
the blade for best blending/grinding result.
16. Do not operate the appliance continuously for more than 1.5 minutes.
17. Make sure the blade is securely locked in place before operating appliance.
18. Care shall be taken when handling the sharp cutting blades and during cleaning.
19. Store the appliance in indoors and out of the reach of children when it is not in use.

The EasyMIX comes with Wet Blending Set and Dry Grinding Set:
Wet Blending Set (see Section C, picture D to F)
The Wet Blending Set is intended for blending fluids, e.g. fruit and vegetable juices, home-made
sauces, mixed drinks and shakes. It’s also suitable for pureeing cooked ingredients, e.g. baby puree.
Dry Grinding Set (see Section C, picture G & H)
The Dry Grinding Set performs excellent grinding result, suitable for dry ingredients such as coffee
bean, sesame seed, rice, shelled nut, peppercorn, spices, herb etc. It’s also compactible for wet
ingredients like chili, garlic or onion.
Twist-and-lock simple operation
This feature ensures that the blender is only operating if the
blender jar or grinder is assembled on the motor unit properly. The
blender will not operate unless the 3 locking tabs on the blender jar
or grinder are properly fitted into the 3 slots on the motor unit. To
process, turn the assembled blender jar (or grinder) clockwise into
the motor unit, it will be switched on AUTOMATICALLY.
D. To use EasyMIX
IMPORTANT: This product is intended for household use only, always unplug the motor
unit from outlet when not in use. And never operate the appliance for more than 1
minute 30 seconds each time, let it cool down to room temperature for 30 seconds until
next operation.
IMPORTANT: While operating the EasyMIX, please ensure the motor unit is placed on a
stable and safe surface.

CAUTION: THE BLADE IS VERY SHARP, PLEASE HANDLE CAREFULLY!
IMPORTANT: Temperature of ingredients cannot be higher than 80°C.
IMPROTANT: Never fill the blender jar above the “MAX” level indication (570ml) to avoid
spillage. Do not blend for more than 1 minute 30 seconds each time and never operate
when the blender jar is empty.
Step 1
For best results, solid foods should not be larger than 2cm2per piece. Cut or
tear food into pieces approximately equal in size before processing.
Put ingredient into the blender jar, DO NOT exceeds the “MAX” indicator.
Place the Wet Blending Blade, turn clock-wise until the blade is securely
locked.
Step 2
Plug the power cord, the blender is now ready to operate.
Fit the 3 locking tabs on the blender jar properly into the 3 slots on the motor
unit. (see Section C, picture A)
Turn the blender jar clockwise into the motor unit, it will AUTOMATICALLY
operate when the blender set is probably locked in place.
D. To use EasyMIX - Wet Blending
IMPORTANT: Never operate the appliance for more than 1 minute 30 seconds
each time.

Step 3
When processing is completed, turn the blender jar counter-clockwise in the
base and lift to remove the blender jar assembly. Unplug the motor unit.
Step 4
Remove the blade unit by turning it counter-clockwise.
CAUTION: THE BLADE IS VERY SHARP, PLEASE HANDLE CAREFULLY!
Step 5
Attach the travel lid, then you can bring travel mug out and drink directly from
the lid.

CAUTION: THE BLADE IS VERY SHARP, PLEASE HANDLE CAREFULLY!
IMPROTANT: Never fill the grinder container above the “MAX” level indication. For best
grinding result, always place sufficient ingredients to cover the grinding blade.
IMPORTANT: Do not grind for more than 1 minute 30 seconds each time and never
operate when the grinder is empty.
IMPORTANT: While operating the EasyMix, please ensure the motor unit is placed on a
stable and safe surface.
Step 1
For best results, ingredients should not be larger than 2cm2per piece.
Put ingredient into the grinder container, DO NOT exceeds the “MAX” indicator.
Place the Dry Grinding Blade, turn clock-wise until the blade is securely locked.
Step 2
Plug the power cord, the blender is now ready to operate.
Fit the 3 locking tabs on the Grinder Container properly into the 3 slots on the
motor unit (see Section C, picture A).
Turn the grinder clockwise into the motor unit, it will AUTOMATICALLY operate
when the grinder set is probably locked in place.
D. To use EasyMIX –Dry Grinder
IMPORTANT: Never operate the appliance for more than 1 minute 30 seconds
each time.

Step 3
When processing is completed, turn the Grinder Container counter-clockwise
in the base and lift to remove the grinder assembly. Unplug the motor unit.
Step 4
Remove the grinding blade unit by turning it counter-clockwise.
CAUTION: THE BLADE IS VERY SHARP, PLEASE HANDLE CAREFULLY!

Clean the motor unit only with a damp cloth.
Be careful not to use an overdose of cleaner or decalcified when cleaning. Wash the blades with a
cleaning brush to avoid the surface is scratched. The blades are very sharp, please pay attention.
1. Wait until the appliance is completely cooled down, cleaned and dried.
2. Store the appliance in a dry and ventilated place, away from sources of heat and direct
sunlight.
3. Do not expose unit to extreme humidity or temperature.

DO NOT IMMERSE the motor unit in any liquids.
Disconnect the power plug before cleaning the appliance. Remove the Travel Mug or
Grinder Container from the main unit and wait them to cool down.

注意：此產品只供家用，每次使用後請拔掉電源插頭與電源插座的連接。另外，請勿
連續使用此產品超過 1.5 分鐘，建議每次使用後等待 30 秒讓產品降至室溫才再次使
用。
此攪拌機分為濕用攪拌套裝及磨粉套裝：
濕用攪拌套裝 （見 C部份，圖 D、E、F）
濕用攪拌套裝是用作攪拌含有水分的食材，如水果及蔬菜汁、自家製調味醬、冰沙及奶昔。
另外，此套裝亦可以製作菜泥、果泥，如嬰兒食用果泥。
磨粉套裝 （見 C部份，圖 G、H）
磨粉套裝能發揮傑出的磨粉效果，可以用作磨碎咖啡豆、芝麻、米、堅果、胡椒、香料、香
草等。此套裝亦適用於含有水分的食材，如辣椒、蒜頭及洋蔥。

「一鎖即動」簡易操作設計

此安全設計目的是避免容器未完全接駁主機便啟動攪拌
機。在正確地安裝保險栓後，產品隨即啟動。主機及攪拌
機均設有保險栓，把兩者的保險栓安全接駁後，順時針方
向轉動容器，攪拌機便會上鎖並自動運作。
請確保在安全、穩固的平台上使用此攪拌機。
D. 使用 EasyMIX –濕用攪拌套裝

警告：刀片非常鋒利，請特別小心處理。
步驟 1
為達到最佳的攪拌效果，請把較大的固體食材切成體積相約的小塊（每
塊不大於 2平方厘米）。
把切好的食材放進攪拌容器內，注意不要擺放份量超過「MAX」標誌。
順時針把濕用攪拌刀片裝上攪拌容器。
步驟 2
插上電源，攪拌機待用。
把濕用攪拌刀片上凸出的三點安全栓接駁在主機上三點凹陷的保
險栓（參見第 16 頁圖 A）。
順時針轉動攪拌容器，它便會上鎖並自動進行攪拌。
注意：勿連續使用此產品超過 1.5 分鐘。

當攪拌完成後，逆時針轉動攪拌容器解鎖，向上提起取下容器。
將電線拔出以終止電源連接。
步驟 4
逆時針轉動及除下濕用攪拌刀片。
警告：刀片非常鋒利，請特別小心處理。
步驟 5
在攪拌容器上裝上隨行杯杯蓋，最後可以携帶出外並享受美味的自
製飲料。
