Il modulo aggiuntivo IR-MB-PULSE consente l’abilitazione della trasmissione
M-Bus cablata e l’aggiunta di due ingressi impulsivi al contatore di energia termica
HYDROCAL-M4.
The IR-MB-PULSE add-on module enables wired M-Bus transmission and adds
two pulse inputs to the HYDROCAL-M4 thermal energy meter.

Installazione Installation
Il modulo IR-MB-PULSE è compatibile esclusivamente con contatori serie
HYDROCAL-M4, a partire dal seriale 05053000 (informazione visibile al livello
3.01). Prima dell’installazione configurare il contatore HYDROCAL-M4 tramite app
BMetering NFC Config (fare riferimento al manuale App) [1]. Rimuovere i tappi
dal coperchio superiore dell’HYDROCAL-M4 utilizzando un cacciavite a punta fina
e/o un punteruolo pulendo la porta infrarossi con un panno morbido e asciutto.
[2]. Posizionare il modulo sul contatore [3]. È necessario far combaciare i fori del
contatore con quelli del modulo. Tenere fermo il modulo, avvitare le viti di fissaggio
ed applicare tappi di protezione [4]. Per avviare il processo di allineamento dati
premere T1 o T2 sul contatore per attivare il display [5] e successivamente
passare un magnete sul modulo, attivando la sequenza di stato LED (consultare la
tabella relativa) [6]. Dopo alcuni secondi, si avvierà la comunicazione (lampeggio
icona avviso ), la corretta sincronizzazione verrà confermata dalla scritta
“Mod ON” visualizzata sul display del contatore. Una volta abbinato, il modulo
comunicherà con il contatore ogni 30 minuti per aggiornare i dati contabilizzati. In
caso di messaggi d’errore consultare la tabella errori.
The IR-MB-PULSE module is only compatible with HYDROCAL-M4 series meters
starting from 05053000 Hydrocal-M4 serial number (information visibile on level
3.01). Before installation, configure the HYDROCAL-M4 counter using BMetering
NFC Config app (refer to the App manual) [1].
Remove the caps from the top cover of the HYDROCAL-M4 using a fine-tipped
screwdriver and/or awl and clean the infrared port with a dry cloth [2]. Place
the module on the counter [3]. It is absolutely necessary to match the holes of
the counter with those of the module. Hold the module still, screw the two fixing
screws and apply protective caps [4]. To start the data alignment process, press
T1 or T2 on the counter to activate the display [5] and then pass a magnet over the
module, activating the LED status sequence (refer to the relative table) [6]. After
a few seconds the communication will start (flashing alert icon ), the correct
synchronization will be confirmed by the word “Mod ON” on the counter display.
Once paired, the module will communicate with the meter every 30 minutes to
update the accounting data. In case of error messages, refer to the error table.
