them know more the operating instruction and function.
Thank you very much for your selection of our Standing-
type Intelligent Banknote Counter series. Any advisable
comments on our products will be welcome for our
continuous improvement.
Please read this Operation Manual carefully before
using, in order to familiarize yourself with all of functions
and operations of the machine.
FOREWORD

The accurate and portable Standing-type Intelligent Banknote Counter series are
developed seriously by our engineers. In order to save the labor time and losses
the accurate and portable banknote counter is operated in the big commercial
counting.
The Standing-type Intelligent Banknote Counter series have three models, the
main features, relevant to each type of machine are as following:
* It is the basic type among the three models. It has the function of count, add,
batch, chain, half, double and width detection function.
* In addition to the function of the above, this machine has the function of
recognizing counterfeit banknote by using ultraviolet reaction detection.
* In addition to the function of the above two, this machine has the function of
recognizing counterfeit banknote by using ultraviolet and magnetic detection

The machine must be installed with manostat when the voltage wave more than 10% avoid
appearing abnormal malfunction.
The amperage of fuse is 1.5Afor 220V, 2Afor 110V,doesn't make it over.
Don't turn it on when the rear cover isn't covered completely.
Don't change any position of each sensor and ultraviolet detector.
Don't count the too thick paper or something hard
. Avoid your fingers tie hair paper clip and nail falling in the banknote feeding rubber wheel.
The machine must be kept in the children can't touch place and only suit for adult to operate.
Please handle with carefully when you move the machine.
Don't use the machine under high temperature rain and sunlight.
Please pull out the power plug when you don't use the machine for long time.

There is over three seconds between ON and OFF switch to prevent any digital affection of display.

Self-checking,abnormal stop (chain, half and double),counting mod, detecting mode,adding
mode,batch preset mode, automatic start, and automatic cleaning.
4.0 Main Features
In order to ensure the normal working and your safety, the unit must be installed with a
good ground wire and the voltage should be limited to the prescriptive range.
That is no problem to press any switches on the PVC control panel under the unit is stand-by.
In any overlap and jamming cases caused by unskillful operation, the unit must be turned off
at once to avoid the motor damaged.
To avoid the wrong detection, please pick up the following banknote
--- The banknote pasted with white paper
--- The banknote washed in water and bleach
--- The unclear banknote
--- The damaged banknote

5.0 Operation
5.1 Feeding Operation
the first one that facing you to slide in the hopper at first, make sure the loading operation according
to the following operation to do, otherwise abnormal cases will be caused.
Check if there are the sundries like piece paper, paper clip, rubber band, stapler, rubbish mixed
in the banknote(as Ashowing).
Avoid counting the damaged or stained banknote (as Bshowing).
Make the curled or folded banknote good before counting (as Cand Dshowing).
This machine belong to back loading operation that is different with front loading operation, guarantee

Make the countable banknotes loose (as oil ink between the new banknote or stick t ogetherduring
bundling) and piled into rhombus before counting, then put and incline the banknote closed on the
hopper plate so as to guarantee the first one that facing you sliding at first (refer to Fig. 3).
Let the bottom of banknotes form 90 with the hopper plate (refer to Fig. 4- ), then push the top of
banknotes slightly backward and become rhombus, let the top first one slide automatically along
the hopper plate (refer to Fig. 4- ).
The banknote dropping operations are incorrect in the Fig.5 and Fig.6, it will cause wrong counting,
unsmooth banknote dropping, skew receiving or jamming.

Turn the power switch on, the batch, counting number displays will show indicating the
unit is checking each sensor itself(as Eshowing). Then ( as Fshowing ) will appear in the
counting number display indicating the unit is working correctly. In any abnormal case, the relative
message code will be shown in the counting number display(as Gshowing ). Please refer to the
Malfunction List 7.1 to find out the methods of preclusion.

Press button for each time, the batch number display will show , , , , blank.
Then press the button once again, the batch number display can add 1 at the same time.
If you Press the button steadily, the display will auto add 1 every 1/4 second.
You can choose any batch number from 1 to 999 freely.
BATCH BATCH
The button is pressed under starting again. Press this button can clear counting number
when machine is stand-by.

Function Indicator ON or OFF means relative function is operated or not.
This function can add the total counting number until reaching " " , then return to
and go on counting anew.

It is only fit for detecting the banknote with magnetic ink (for MG or UVMG model).
(Optional).
It is fit for detecting all kinds of banknotes (for UV or UVMG model).

REMARK: since the position, strength or weakness of magnetic ink for all kinds of banknotes are
different, therefore the magnetic detector is optional to do according to the specific
banknote or customer's requirements.
Don t press each button with the pen point or spiky body.

This function is used automatically under closing all of the detection function buttons.
Put the banknotes in the hopper, the unit will auto start and count all of ones andshow the counting
number in the display.
To continue counting, take out all of the banknotes from the stacker and put next wad of banknotes
in the hopper. The unit will be shown" " in the counting number display and count again.
If all of banknotes in the stacker aren't taken out and put more banknotes in the hopper, the unit
will restart automatically and add the new numbers to the former ones.
When meeting a suspect banknote(half,chainand double banknote),the unit will stop counting and
send out warning, the relative code , will be flashed and shownonthe batchnumber display
(as Hshowing). At this time you must take out all of the banknotes fromthe stacker and put themin
the hopper again, the unit can go on counting from" " again until you press the button,
otherwise it will stop counting.

5.4 Counting Mode
5.4.1 Counting Mode
During the counting, when detect out a suspect banknote (half chain and double banknote) or
abnormal stop, the machine will stop counting and send out warning, the relative error message
will be shown on the batch number display (as H showing)
The last one that on the stacker is suspect which won't be counted in the numbers that shown on the
counting number display

Select the relative detecting function according to different banknote feature.
The unit will stop counting automatically at once and send out warning at the same time when
meeting the banknote with ultraviolet reaction, the relative code" " will be flashed and shown
on the batch number display.

meeting the banknote without magnetic ink or the magnetic ink locates at improper position ,
the relative code" " will be flashed and shown on the batch number display.
The chain detection will detect out the banknote width that is more than 1/3.
The half detection will detect out the banknote length that is less than 70mm.
The double detection will detect out the banknote thickness which is over 0.16mm than the original
one or the density is more than two pieces of banknotes.
The first banknote width will be designated as the width detection standard for each time, it will
automatically detect out the banknote width that is less than 3mm~5mm than the first banknote
(for optional).
5.4.2 Detecting Mode (for UVMG model)
It includes the ultraviolet, magnetic, chain, and double detection.
