1. General
Air self cleaner is a kind of purifying unit with which we can supply clean air to
operating environment, it is a simple indoor clean device, the hang style can proceed
indoor air self-circulation, the window type can send constantly purify air to indoor, it is
mini-typed clean device which has already been used extensively in hospital,
pharmaceutical factory and scientific research department.

4. Operating Principle
4.1 BSC Series Moveable Self-cleaner is a kind of air partly cleaning devices. After
being firstly filtered by the roughing air filter the indoor air is sucked into the static
pressure case through variable velocity centrifugal machine. It is secondly filtered by
high efficiency particulate air filter (HEPA). The cleaning flow through the outlet of the
HEPA with a mean and certain crosscut velocity through the operating range takes the
dust particles and biological particles away to make an operating clean area.
5. Structural feature
BSC Series Moveable Self-cleaner is made of first-class galvanize steel plate,
which is consisted of HEPA filter, primary filter , static pressure case and fan set.
6. Installation
6.1 This device must be installed in the cleaning or sealed air-conditioned buildings.
Consider self-cleaner life, we suggest over 0.5 microns dust at workshop should be
controlled within 3500 / liter.
6.2 The installing place must be far from the sources of dust and vibration.
6.3 The ground terminal of the power socket must be seriously grounded to ensure
the safety of workers.

7. Usage
7.1 In order to guarantee the cleanliness to clean area. The Self-cleaner should be
on 15 minutes before operation.
7.2 He clean air blowing crosscut should face to the work area needed purifying and
prevent hold up from large articles.
7.3 In order to assure the cleaning flow track in the working range not to be
disturbed. In the cleaning operating range any obvious action to disturb the flow track
is not allowed.
7.4 According to purifying environment practical cubage and clean requirement,
calculate the change air times and self-cleaner numbers at air quantity rate specified
by the self-cleaner.
7.5 The mounting position should have proportional spacing. When rebuilding the
vertical type clean room.
8. Maintenance.
8.1 According to environmental clean extent, the coarse filter cloth should be
regularly (generally every 3-6months) cleaned by removing (non-woven cloth) or
replacing.
8.2 the self-cleaner ’s cleanliness should be regularly (generally twice per year)
checked by the CLJ-03A type dust particle counter, if it is not conform to technology
parameter, can regulate work condition of fan, or replace HEPA filter.
8.3 AFTER replacing HEPA filter, REMOVE the press border in the front of the
self-cleaner, take out HEPA filter, WHEN changing the new HAPA filter, should pay
attention to arrow sign pointed to air movement direction.
8.4 AFTER replacing filter, check leakage by CLJ-03A type dust particle counter, pay
attention to sealing for frame and press frame in the front of self-cleaner whether good
or not.
8.5 After proceeding system test, we make sure technology specification to reach
requirement, we can operate the self-cleaner.
8.6 The electric appliance should be regularly (generally twice per year) checked

Note: the unit uses three phase power supply, three phase power terminal
are on the top, i.e. (A, B, C, N), For earth terminal. after connecting the
power supply, if air speed too small, exchange (A, B).
9. Service after sale
The machine is one year maintenance guarantee period, when breakdown,
supply spare parts by manufacturer after a years, the cost be received for replacing
spare parts.
10. Transportation
Fitting ordinary transport tool, avoid to impact, collision and raid and sunlight
insolate directly.
11. Storage
Packed Self-cleaner should put in good ventilation storeroom, its comparative
absolute humidity is not more than 85%, surrounding air has not acid, alkaline and
causticity gas.
