1. Introduction
HSseriesspiraldoughmixerhaveabeautifulshapeandnewdesignstructure,strongand
withgoodqualityforuse.Itispopularforbakeries,hotels,andrestaurants.Comparedwith
othertypespiraldoughmixer,ithasmanyadvantages:
• Speciallydesignedforstirourbar,aswellasthespeedcoordinatedwiththebarrel
for good performance.
• Thetransmissionmechanismofthismachineadoptsthepatentedtechnology
developedbyourcompany.Itisreliableanddurable,withlownoiseandconvenient
maintenance.

3. Installation
• Placethemachineonadry,levelsurfacetoensurethatthemachine’sfourlegsare
stable.
• SeethevoltageshownontheRatingPlateclearlyandconnectthepowercordtothe
powersupplythroughtheleakageprotectionswitch.Thegreenandyellowwireinthe
powercordshouldbeproperlygrounded.
4. Operating Instructions
• Beforeuse,pleasecheckthepowersupplyvoltageisconsistentwiththemachine
voltage,groundinglineissolidandreliable.Threephasemachinesneedtotesthow
buttonandthemachinespeedwhetherconformed.Ifnotconsistent,exchangewith
twowires.Emptymachinetestrun,allfunctionsarenormal,noabnormalnoise.
• Aftercleaningthemachine,putourandtheappropriateamountofwater,setthe
cover,andstartthemachine.Changetheseriesofdouble-actionanddoublespeed
doughmixer.Whenworking,startwithaslowspeedrst.Afterthewaterandourare
evenlymixedyoucanswitchtoafasterspeed.
