WIRING INSTRUCTIONS

Euro ean and national regulations regarding installation of electrical equi ment must be adhered to.
§The device may only be connected to su ly ower which com lies with the s ecifications included in the
technical data and on the serial late!
§The device must be disconnected from all sources of ower during installation and maintenance work!
§The devices may only be o erated under the conditions s ecified in their o erating instructions!
Installation / Mounting:
1. O en connection head, remove cable tie and circuit board.
2. Feed the sensor cable from below into the connection head through the cable gland

3. Attach cable tie to the sensor cable for strain relief

Double wra cable tie around the sensor cable
Install cable tie at a distance of 130mm from the
shortest wire end
Tighten the cable tie with a suitable tool
Double wra cable tie around the sensor cable
Cable tie must be installed directly behind shrink tubing
Tighten the cable tie with a suitable tool

4. Tighten the sensor cable until the cable tie rests in the connection head

Tighten the cable gland until it seals Tighten the cable gland until it seals
5. Reinstall the circuit board and tighten the screws

6. A ly cores according to the terminal assignment

Clam 1: white (+)
Clam 2: brown (-)
Clam 3: green/yellow (shield)
Clam 1: white (+)
Clam 2: brown (-)
Clam 3: green/yellow (shield)
7. Stow the ventilation hose in the connection head

ATTENTION: Do not kink hose!
Ste not necessary
8. Insert cable for your rocess via the cable gland.

Connect the cores according to the terminal assignment and tighten the terminals with the screwdriver.
Finally, tighten the cable gland on the connection head until it seals.
