Instrucons before you begin moving load.

1. Do not misuse unit. Never aempt to operate the equipment at more than the recommended capacity.
Perform only the funcons for which the jacks are designed.
2. Keep alert. Never horse play around equipment and keep bystanders at a safe distance. Do not allow
children to be in the work areas or operate jacks. Do not ride on stands.
3. Keep work area clean. For unobstructed movement around the stand, always keep oor in work area
clear of cluer.
4. Examine the equipment. Prior to using B&B jacks, inspect all parts to ensure that they are in proper
operang condion. Inspect legs for metal deformaon, bends or breaks.
5. Wear proper materials. Welding helmet or hard hat, welding gloves and safety shoes should be worn as a
precauon while operang this stand.
6. Operate only on hard level surfaces. Use the jack only on smooth and level surfaces to avoid pping and
the possibility of operator injury.
Instrucons for use.
Read and understand the instrucons for safe performance. Before working with a B&B jack and always
contact B&B when uncertain about the product. Understand the correct operaons, applicaons, and
limitaons. Store this safety manual in a clear area and always at a readily accessible site. Be especially
aware of specic hazards signs. Extra copies are obtainable at B&B Pipe and Industrial Tools
1. Check Pipe Jack capacity rang and make sure the stand is not overloaded. Addional stands can be used.
2. Check for damage before using. If damaged, remove from service and do not use.
3. Only use on hard level surfaces.
4. Adjust and set the heads so that they are roughly the same height before loading.
5. Use a minimum of two stands when under load..
6. Adjust and posion the casters in same direcon before placing load on stand.
7. Do not lock casters before loading stands.
8. Lower loads evenly onto stands. Do not drop loads on stands.
9. Propel the load from the end where the hold down device has secured the load to the stand.
10. Do not modify jack in any way.

Quick acon brakes are on all 5 urethane
casters. Use caster brakes when obligated
when operang on loads to ensure a secure
work surface.

Instrucons: All wheel kits come complete with 4 wheels, and fastening hardware. Four holes
are located on the v-head for wheel mounng.

Hold Down Device Instrucons
1. Unscrew or draw back the adjustment screw in order to
have maximum thread travel for ghtening.
2. Feed the chain through the chain holder ring on the v
head.
3. Place the chain link in the link hook at the ghtest link
posion possible that allows minimal chain slack.
4. Tighten the adjustment screw snug, unl the chain
secures the pipe to the pipejack.
5. When pushing pipe, push from the side that the hold
down device is applied.
