ADVERTENCIAS IMPORTANTES
Su seguridad es importante para nosotros.En este
manual tanto como en la maquina hay importantes
medidas de seguridad. FAVOR DE LEER TODAS LAS
ADVERTENCIAS ANTES DE OPERAR LA MAQUINA.
Coloque la maquina cerca de un enchufe electrico.
Si el cordon de electricidad es danado, debe ser
reemplazado por el fabricante o su agente o persona
con similares calificaciones para prevenirse contra
electrocucion y la anulacion de la garantia.
PRECAUCIONES

3. No se recomienda el uso de otros
accesorios en conjunto con este
producto por que puediera causar
dano.
4. Este producto solamente debe
usarse solamente para
laminacion y encuadernacion
termal.
5. Debe extraer el enchufe electrico
cuando no este en uso para
prevenirse contra accidentes.
6. No utilize si el cable o el enchufe
electrico esta estropeado.
PROCEDIMIENTO
Coloque la maquina en lugar estable. Conecte la clavija
en una corriente apropiada. Coloque las gu´as de papel
como estan marcadas en la esquina a la derecha.
Para laminar en fr´o:
1. Coloque el interruptor ON/OFF”en ON”. La luz
COLD se encendera indicando que la maquina
esta lista laminar en frio.

2. Introduzca el documento en la entrada, localizada en
la parte anterior de la maquina. El documento entrara
automaticamente a la maquina.
Para laminar en caliente:
1. Oprima el boton que dice laminate ”. La luz roja se
illuminara. Espere cinco minutos, hasta que la luz
verde se illumine. Esto indica que maquina
esta lista para laminar.

2. Abra la bolsa de laminacion.
3. Coloque el documento dentro de la bolsa e
introduzcalo a la maquina por el portador.
4. Introduzca el portador en la par te anterior de la
maquina hasta que los rodilos empiezen a introducir
el documento automaticamente.
5. Saque el documento laminado portador.
Para usar el encuadernador termal:
1. Escoja el cubierto de encuaderncion del tamano
apropiado.
2. Tendra que ajustar el tiempo correctamente segun el
tamano de su cubierta. Ajuste el tiempo oprimiendo
el boton hasta que la luz amarilla sea
illuminada correspondiendo al tamano del cubierta
correcto. Hay 5 tamanos:1/16 de pulgade (1.5mm),
1/8 de pulgada (3mm), 1/4 de pulgada (6mm), 3/8
de pulgada (9mm) 1/2 pulgada (12mm).

3. Coloque los documentos dentro de la cubierta en
la entrada de encuadernacion. Con el lado
conteniendo la goma directamente contra la placa
calentadora. Coloque el documento dentro de la
cubierta dentro de la gu´a en posicion vertical entre
la primera y segunda gu´a. Oprima el boton
para iniciar la secuencia de calefacion. La luz
indicando el tiempo se relampagara durante la
operacion. El tiempo de calefacion sera entre 40 a
120 segundos, segun el tiempo que se haya
seleccionado. Cuando la secuencia de
calefaccion haya terminado, sonara un timbre
y la luz amarilla se apagara.

4. Quite la cubierta y coloquela en la gu´a de
enfriacion. 4 y 5 gu´a.
5. Deje que la cubierta se enfr´e por varios minutos.
CUIDADO Y LIMPIEZA
Cualquier servicio no siendo limpieza general debe
ser realizado por un tecnico autorizdo.

OPERATING PROCEDURES
Be sure the machine is placed on a flat surface.
Plug the power cord into an AC outlet and insert the
paper guides as marked on the guides’ lower left
hand corner.
To Cold Laminate:
1. Press the On/Off switch to ON. The red light above
COLD will illuminate to indicate the unit is ready for
cold laminating.
2. Feed document to be COLD laminated into front of
the unit. Document will be pulled into the laminator .
To Hot Laminate:
1. Press the LAMINATE button. The red LED will
illuminate. After five minutes the green indicator
light will illuminate which means the unit is ready
to laminate.
2. Peel apart the laminating pouch.
3. Place document inside the pouch and then into
the carrier.
4. Feed carrier into the front of the unit until it is
grabbed by the rollers
5. Remove finished lamination from carrier after it
exits the machine.
To Use The Thermal Binder:
1. Choose the appropriate size binder cover for
your documents.
2. You will need to adjust the heating timer to the
correct setting for your cover size. Press the timer
adjustment “button until the correct yellow
light is illuminated to the setting that corresponds to
the size of cover that you are using. There are 5
sizes:1/16 in. (1.5mm),1/8 in,(3mm),1/4 in.
(6mm),3/8in.(9mm) and 1/2 in. (12mm).
”
3. Place the documents in the cover into the binding
slot with the glued edge directly against the
heating plate. Place the document in the cover
against the guide in an upright position,
supporting the document between the first paper
guide and the second guide. Press the “ J” button
to initiate the heating sequence. The time setting
indicator light(s) will flash while the timer is in
Operation. The heating time will be between 40
and 120 seconds, depending on the setting
selected. When the heating sequence is complete
a beep will sound and the yellow indicator light(s)
will stop flashing.
4. Remove the cover from the binding slot and place
it in the cooling slot between the third and fourth
paper guides.
5. Allow the cover to cool for several minutes before
handing.

Any servicing other than general cleaning should be
performed by an authorized service representative.
