Questo manuale è parte integrante della macchina.É stato realizzato dalla BATTIPAV S.R.L. per fornire le informazioni necessarie
a coloro che sono autorizzati ad interagire con essa nell’arco della sua vita prevista. Prima di ogni impiego leggere attentamente il
capitolo relativo alla sicurezza. Ogni macchina è stata sottoposta ad una serie di collaudi ed è stata minuziosamente controllata
prima di lasciare la nostra fabbrica. BATTIPAV S.R.L. lavora costantemente per lo sviluppo delle sue macchine; perciò si riserva di
apportare modiche. Non potranno quindi essere vantati diritti sui dati e sulle illustrazioni di questo manuale.
INDICAZIONI PER LA SICUREZZA
• Il costruttore declina ogni responsabilità per l’impiego della MIXER con utensili non specicati nel paragrafo “USO CONSIGLIATO”;
• La MIXER è costruita per operare esclusivamente nelle condizioni di “TIPO DI FUNZIONAMENTO CONSENTITO” indicato al
paragrafo “USO CONSIGLIATO” ;
• Spegnere il MIXER a miscelazione completata.
• Durante l’uso, con la frusta in rotazione, non inserire corpi estranei o utensili nel secchio.
Attenzione! Con l’impiego di apparecchi elettrici e per prevenire contatti di corrente elettrica, ferimenti e pericolo di incendio,
devono sempre essere osservate le seguenti indicazioni di sicurezza. Legga e osservi tali indicazioni prima di utilizzare
l’apparecchio e conservi bene le presenti norme!
CONSERVI CON CURA QUESTE ISTRUZIONI.
Tenga bene in ordine il Suo posto di lavoro.
• Disordine sul posto di lavoro comporta pericolo.
Tenga conto delle condizioni ambientali.
• Non esponga l’apparecchio alla pioggia.
• Non utilizzi l’apparecchio in ambienti umidi o bagnati. Abbia cura di una buona illuminazione
• Non utilizzi l’apparecchio nella vicinanza di liquidi inammabili o di gas.
Si salvaguardi da elettricazione.
• Eviti contatti con oggetti con messa a terra.
Tenga lontano i bambini !
• Non lasci toccare il cavo o l’apparecchio a terze persone, le tenga lontane dal campo di lavoro.
Conservi il suo apparecchio In modo sicuro.
• Apparecchi non in uso dovrebbero essere conservati in luoghi asciutti e sicuri ed in modo da non essere accessibili ai bambini.
Non sovraccarichi il suo apparecchio.
• Lavorerà meglio e più sicuro nell’ambito della potenza di targa.
Utilizzi l’apparecchio adatto.
• Non usi apparecchi deboli di potenza oppure accessori che richiedono potenza elevata. Non usi l’apparecchio per scopi e lavori
per i quali essi non sono destinati.
Si vesta in modo adeguato.
• Per lavori all’aria aperta si raccomanda di portare guanti in gomma e scarpe tali da non poter scivolare. Con capelli lunghi usare
apposita rete. Usi occhiali di sicurezza.
• Effettuando lavori che producono polvere, usi una maschera.
Eviti errati impieghi del cavo.
• Non sollevi l’apparecchio dalla parte del cavo e non lo utilizzi per staccare la spina dalla presa.
• Salvaguardi il cavo da elevate temperature, olio e spigoli taglienti.
Eviti posizioni malsicure.
• Abbia cura di trovarsi in posizione sicura e mantenga sempre l’equilibrio.
Curi attentamente i Suoi utensili.
• Per lavorare bene e sicuro mantenga i Suoi utensili ben alati e puliti.
• Segua le prescrizioni di assistenza e le indicazioni dei cambio degli utensili di consumo. Controlli regolarmente il cavo ed in
caso di danni, lo faccia sostituire da uno specialista riconosciuto. Controlli regolarmente i cavi di prolungamento e li sostituisca
qualora danneggiati. Le impugnature devono essere asciutte e prive di olio e grasso.
Stacchi la spina dalla presa.
• Non utilizzando l’apparecchio, prima di effettuare riparazioni e cambio di utensili di consumo.
Non lasci sull’apparecchio chiavi di servizio.
•
Prima di mettere l’apparecchio in funzione, controlli che tutte le chiavi ed utensili di aggiustamento siano state tolte.
Eviti avviamenti accidentali.
• Allacciando l’apparecchio alla rete elettrica si assicuri che l’interruttore sia disinserito.
Cavi di prolungamento all’aria aperta.
• All’aria aperta utilizzi solo cavi di prolungamento appositamente ammessi e contrassegnati.
Stia sempre attento.
• Osservi il Suo lavoro. Sia ragionevole, non usi l’apparecchio quando è distratto.
Controlli che l’apparecchio non sia danneggiato.
• Prima di usare l’apparecchio Lei deve controllare attentamente l’ecienza e il perfetto funzionamento dei dispositivi di
sicurezza e parti eventualmente danneggiate. Controlli il funzionamento delle parti mobili, che non siano bloccate, che non
vi siano parti rotte, se tutte le altre parti sono state montate in modo giusto e che tutte le altre condizioni che potrebbero
inuenzare il regolare funzionamento dell’apparecchio siano ottimali.
• Dispositivi di sicurezza o parti danneggiate devono essere riparati o sostituiti a regola d’arte tramite un Centro Assistenza
qualora nelle istruzioni d’uso non siano date indicazioni diverse.
• Interruttori danneggiati devono essere sostituiti da un Centro Assistenza.
• Non usi apparecchi con interruttore che non possa essere inserito e disinserito.

Attenzione.
• Per la Sua propria sicurezza usi solo accessori riportati nelle istruzioni d’uso o offerti negli appositi cataloghi. L’uso di accessori o utensili
di consumo diversi e comunque non raccomandati nelle istruzioni d’uso o catalogo, possono signicare per Lei pericolo di ferimento.
Far riparare gli utensili da personale qualicato.
• Questo apparecchio elettrico è conforme alle vigenti norme di sicurezza. Le riparazioni devono essere eseguite esclusivamente
da persone qualicate usando parti di ricambio originali, altrimenti ne potrebbero derivare considerevoli danni per l’utilizzatore.
*1 Il livello di rumore emesso dalla macchina è stato misurato conformemente alle norme UNI EN12418, EN3744.
Le misurazioni sono state eseguite in assenza di carico e alla massima velocità utilizzando un utensile di taglio diametro 350mm.
*2 La macchina in condizioni di lavoro ha una emissione di rumore superiore agli 85 dB(A).
Il livello di vibrazione trasmesso al sistema mano-braccio è stato misurato conformemente alla norma UNI EN ISO 5349-1.
DESCRIZIONE DELLA MACCHINA
Il miscelatore MIXER è una macchina specica per mescolare adesivi per piastrelle, vernici, resine epossidiche. Sfrutta l’azione miscelante di
un utensile a frusta in grado di impastare composti con una elevata igroscopicità no a volumi di 50 Lt. L’operatore si posiziona frontalmente
alla vasca di contenimento alla portata dei comandi. Avvia la movimentazione dell’utensile, inserisce l’acqua e poi il prodotto da miscelare
direttamente nella protezione frusta che la distribuisce uniformemente nel secchio no a miscelazione ultimata.

Sulla macchina ove necessario sono apposti degli adesivi di pericolo/divieto, prenderne visione prima dell’utilizzo.

IDENTIFICAZIONE COSTRUTTORE E MACCHINA
La targhetta identicativa ragurata è applicata direttamente sulla macchina. In essa sono riportati i riferimenti e tutte le
indicazioni necessarie alla sicurezza di esercizio.

INSTALLAZIONE
TRASPORTO
1La macchina è facilmente trasportabile. Sollevate la maniglia e trasportate la macchina tramite le ruote.
POSIZIONAMENTO
Posizionare la macchina su una supercie stabile. Per portare la macchina in posizione di lavoro procedere come segue:
2 Disponete il telaio superiore ed il manico di trasporto. Inserite il perno di collegamento assicurandolo con la clips di sicurezza.
3 Inserite i componenti in sequenza come indicato in gura, bloccando il tutto con la chiave esagonale da 22 mm. in dotazione.
4 Avvitate no in fondo la frusta sul corpo motore. Il bloccaggio denitivo avverrà alla messa in moto della macchina.
5 Inserite il secchio nel telaio inferiore avendo cura di alloggiare una delle quattro maniglie di trasporto nella linguetta metallica
predisposta. In questo modo si eviterà la rotazione del secchio durante la miscelazione del prodotto.
6Inserite la frusta e disponetela come in foto.
Abbassate la testa motore, a questo punto il MIXER è pronto per l’uso.
A TESTA MOTORE SOLLEVATA UN INTERRUTTORE DI SICUREZZA AUTOMATICO NON PERMETTE IL
FUNZIONAMENTO DEL MOTORE.
IL MOTORE PUÒ ESSERE AVVIATO SOLO CON LA FRUSTA IN POSIZIONE DI LAVORO DENTRO IL SECCHIO.

É ASSOLUTAMENTE NECESSARIO POSIZIONARE LA FRUSTA COME IN FOTO 6 PER LE OPERAZIONI DI
APERTURA E CHIUSURA DELLA TESTA MOTORE. INFATTI IL MIXER È PROGETTATO PER PERMETTERE
L’APERTURA DELLA TESTA MOTORE SOLO IN TALE POSIZIONE DELLA FRUSTA. É ASSOLUTAMENTE
NECESSARIO CHE LA PROTEZIONE IN PLASTICA NON VENGA MAI RIMOSSA DALLA MACCHINA. ESSA
ASSOLVE INFATTI ALLA PROTEZIONE ANTINFORTUNISTICA DELLA FRUSTA PREVISTA DALLA LEGGE.
ALLACCIAMENTO ALLA RETE ELETTRICA
LA MACCHINA DEVE ESSERE COLLEGATA ALLA RETE ELETTRICA TRAMITE UN INTERRUTTORE
DIFFERENZIALE AVENTE LE CARATTERISTICHE SEGUENTI:
Differenziale In 16 A Id 30 mA
N.B. Per la corretta utilizzazione degli interruttori differenziali non bisogna dimenticare il periodico controllo della loro
ecienza, attuabile tramite l’apposito pulsante posto sul frontale del dispositivo stesso.
• Assicurarsi che la sezione dei conduttori del cavo di alimentazione sia dimensionata in funzione della corrente di avviamento
e della sua lunghezza. Per cavi di lunghezze no a 50 mt è suciente una sezione di 2,5 mm2.
• Prima di collegare la macchina alla prese di corrente, assicurarsi che il voltaggio della linea sia lo stesso di quello indicato sulla
targhetta della macchina .
• Collegare la macchina solo ad una linea con cavo di messa a terra eciente. In caso di dubbio, non collegare la macchina.
DISPOSITIVI DI COMANDO E CONTROLLO
5 Il MIXER è equipaggiata di un quadrante di comando composta da::
1) PULSANTE DI MARCIA: (COLORE VERDE)
Premendo a fondo il pulsante si attiva l’avviamento della macchina.
2) PULSANTE DI ARRESTO NORMALE: (COLORE ROSSO)
Premendo a fondo il pulsante si attiva l’arresto della macchina.
3) DISCONNETTORE SOVRACCARICO:
Funziona in presenza di sovracorrenti interrompendo l’alimentazione elettrica alla macchina. L’intervento è segnalato dal riuto
del riarmo manuale. Se l’interruttore di circuito scatta, attendere alcuni minuti e ripristinare premendo il perno centrale.
4) SEPARATORE DI RETE (CONNETTORE):
Punto di alimentazione della macchina. Durante le fasi di manutenzione e intervento, scollegare il dispositivo per disconnetterlo dalla rete.
ESECUZIONE DELLA MISCELAZIONE

PRIMA DI AVVIARE LE OPERAZIONI DI MISCELAZIONE, L’OPERATORE DEVE ASSICURARSI DI LASCIARE
ALMENO 150 CM DI SPAZIO LIBERO INTORNO ALLA MACCHINA (POS. 2). PER OPERARE IN SICUREZZA
NON PERMETTERE CHE ALTRE PERSONE RIMANGANO VICINO ALLA MACCHINA DURANTE LE
OPERAZIONI DI MISCELAZIONE. L’OPERATORE STAZIONA NELLA POSIZIONE DI LAVORO (POS. 1)
DURANTE LE VARIE FASI DI FUNZIONAMENTO DELLA MACCHINA.
MOD. MIXER 50 SUPER
A) Leggete attentamente le istruzioni scritte sul sacco della colla che state per utilizzare.
B) Versate nel secchio tutta l’acqua che serve per preparare la quantità di colla come indicato dal produttore.
C) Accendete il MIXER 50 SUPER, quindi versate il primo sacco da 25 Kg. di polvere ad una velocità di 10 Kg. per minuto,
direttamente sulla protezione in plastica, la quale provvederà a centrifugarla per una corretta miscelazione. Procedete in
questa operazione in modo continuo ed uniforme con il secondo sacco da 25 Kg, poi attendete la completa miscelazione del
prodotto no ad ora versato, in questo modo non si avranno grumi nell’impasto.
• Se necessario, far riposare la colla 15 minuti e provvedete ad una successiva miscelazione per qualche minuto.
• Spegnere il MIXER a miscelazione completata.
La macchina, come indicato nei paragra precedenti è trasportabile direttamente sul luogo d’uso della colla.
Cemento
• Il miscelatore è adatto alla preparazione di malte da intonaco composte da calce, cemento e inerti a pezzatura ne. Non è
adatto alla miscelazione di calcestruzzo o di malte comprendenti ghiaia o inerti a pezzatura mediogrossa.
• Per la preparazione di malte per intonaco, si procede come al paragrafo precedente: colla per piastrelle.
• Essendo la malta una preparazione fortemente igroscopica, porre molta attenzione all’aggiunta di calce, cemento o inerti alla
ne della miscelazione, per prevenire un eccessivo indurimento del composto.
• Spegnere il MIXER a miscelazione completata.
Resine epossidiche
• Per la miscelazione di resine epossidiche, vericate la viscosità ed il peso specico dei prodotti da preparare, al ne di non
sovraccaricare il gruppo motore del mescolatore.
• Versare nel secchio le quantità di resina, indurente ed eventualmente polveri indicate dal fornitore dei prodotti.

• Mescolate con cura per prevenire bolle o grumi nella preparazione.
Vernici
• Versate la vernice da miscelare nel secchio del mescolatore ed aggiungete la necessaria quantità d’acqua utile alla soluzione.
L’USO DI PRODOTTI CHIMICI O SOLVENTI, POTREBBE ALTERARE LE CARATTERISTICHE DEL SECCHIO,
REALIZZATO IN POLIETILENE AD ALTA DENSITÀ PET. VERIFICATE, PRIMA DELL’USO, LA COMPATIBILITÀ
DEI PRODOTTI DA MISCELARE CON LE CARATTERISTICHE DELLA MACCHINA.
RISCHI RESIDUI
La BATTIPAV SRL in fase di progettazione ha posto particolare attenzione agli aspetti che possono provocare rischi alla sicurezza
e alla salute degli operatori. Nonostante ciò, persistono alcuni rischi potenziali descritti di seguito:
Pericolo di presenza corrente elettrica.
La macchina dispone di un impianto elettrico interno. ALLACCIATE LA MACCHINA AD UN IMPIANTO
DOTATO DI PROTEZIONE DIFFERENZIALE E MESSA A TERRA EFFICIENTE.
Pericolo di esposizione prolungata al rumore.
L’utilizzo continuativo della macchina, causa un’esposizione al rumore superiore agli 85dB(A).
È OBBLIGATORIO INDOSSARE APPROPRIATE CUFFIE ANTIRUMORE.
Pericolo di contatto accidentale con l’utensile in movimento.
È OBBLIGATORIO UTILIZZARE GUANTI PROTETTIVI PESANTI
Pericolo di esposizione a frammenti di materiali.
È OBBLIGATORIO PORTARE OCCHIALI DI PROTEZIONE.
MANTENERE SEMPRE LA POSIZIONE DI LAVORO (Pos. 1 foto 8) NELLE FASI DI FUNZIONAMENTO DELLA MACCHINA:
• Durante il caricamento del materiale;
• Durante la miscelazione del materiale;
• Durante il rallentamento dell’utensile conseguente all’arresto della macchina.
MANUTENZIONE
PRIMA DI ESEGUIRE QUALSIASI INTERVENTO O REGOLAZIONE SEPARARE LA MACCHINA DALLA RETE DI
ALIMENTAZIONE.
PULIZIA
NON LAVARE LA MACCHINA CON GETTI D’ACQUA IN PRESSIONE.
• Pulire periodicamente il secchio di miscelazione dai residui.
• Vericare l’usura dell’utensile di miscelazione e del secchio.

PURPOSE OF THIS MANUAL
This manual is an integral part of the machine. It was produced by BATTIPAV S.R.L. to provide those authorised to work with the
machine with the information required for its foreseeable lifespan. Before starting to use this machine read the safety chapter
carefully. Each machine is subjected to a series of tests and carefully checked before leaving our factory. BATTIPAV S.R.L. is
constantly striving to develop their machines and therefore reserves the right to make any change without prior notice. Therefore,
no claims may be made on the basis of the data and illustrations contained in this manual.
SAFETY INFORMATION
• The manufacturer accepts no responsibility where the MIXER cutter is used with any tools other than those specied in the
“RECOMMENDED USE” paragraph.
• MIXER is made to operate exclusively under the conditions indicated under “TYPE OF OPERATION ALLOWED”, in the
“RECOMMEDED USE” paragraph.
• Switch off the MIXER when the mixing process has nished.
• During use, when the whisk is rotating, do not put foreign bodies or tools into the bucket.

Keep your work area perfectly clean
• Cluttered areas invite injuries.
Consider work area environment
• Don’t expose tools to rain.
• Don’t use tools in damp or wet locations. Keep work area well lit.
• Don’t use tools in presence of ammable liquids or gases.
Guard against electric shocks
• Prevent body contact with grounded surfaces.
Keep children away!

• Rubber gloves and non-skid footwear are recommended when working outdoors. Wear protective hair covering to contain long hair.

• Use a mask if working operations are dusty.
Don’t abuse cord
• Never carry tool by cord or yank it to disconnect it from socket.
• Keep cord from heat, oil and sharp edges.
Avoid unsteady positions
• Be sure to work in a safe and balanced position.
Maintain tools with care
• Keep tools sharp and clean for better and safer performance.
• Follow all maintenance advice and instructions to replace accessories subject to wear. Inspect tool cords periodically and, if
damaged, have them repaired by an authorised expert. Check extension cords periodically and replace them if damaged. Keep
handles dry, clean and free from oil and grease.
Disconnect tools
• When not in use, before servicing, and when changing accessories subject to wear.
Remove service keys from tool
• Form the habit of checking to see that keys and adjusting wrenches are removed from tool before turning it on.
Avoid unintentional starting
• Be sure that the switch is off when plugging in the tool.
Extension cords for outdoor works
• When tool is used outdoors, use only extension cords intended for this particular use and so marked.
Stay alert
• Watch what you are doing. Use common sense. Do not operate tool when you are inattentive.
Check tool for damaged parts
• Before further use of the tool, check it and the safety devices for damages and be sure that they operate properly. Check for functioning and
binding of moving parts, breakage of parts, correct mounting, and any other conditions that may affect the correct operation of the tool.
• Damaged safety devices or other parts should be properly repaired or replaced by an authorised Service Centre unless
otherwise indicated elsewhere in this instruction manual.
• Have defective switches replaced by an authorised Service Centre.
• Do not use tool if its switch cannot be turned on or off.

MACHINE DESCRIPTION
The MIXER is a machine specically intended for mixing tile adhesives, paints and epoxy resins. It uses the mixing action of a
whisk tool that is able to produce compounds with high hygroscopic qualities, up to a volume of 50 Lt. The operator works in front
of the containment tank, within reach of the controls. He/she starts the tool moving, adds the water and then the product to be
mixed via the whisk guard that distributes it uniformly in the bucket until mixing is complete.

INSTALLATION
TRANSPORT
1 The machine is easy to move. Lift the handle and move the machine on its wheels.
POSITIONING
Place the machine on a stabile surface. To place the machine in working position, proceed as follows:
2 Assemble the top frame and the transporting handle. Insert the connecting pin xing it with the safety clip.
3 Insert all the different parts in the order shown in Fig. 5, then lock everything in place using the 22 mm hexagon wrench provided.
4 Screw the agitator tightly into the motor casing.The denitive locking will take place when the machine is in motion.
5 Insert the basket into the lower frame, making sure to insert one of the four transport handles in the metal tang provided.
This will prevent the rotation of the basket during product mixing.
6 Insert the agitator by positioning it as shown in Fig. 8. Lower the motor head; at this point, the MIXER is ready for use.
PLEASE BE AWARE THAT WHENTHE MOTOR HEAD IS RAISED AN AUTOMATIC SAFETY SWITCH IS ENGAGED
PREVENTING THE OPERATION OF THE MOTOR.
THE MOTOR SHOULD ONLY BE RUN IN THE MIXING POSITION WITH THE AGITATOR INSIDE THE BASKET.

ONLY WHEN THE AGITATOR IS IN THIS POSITION. LASTIC PROTECTION MUST NEVER BE REMOVED
FROM THE MACHINE, BECAUSE IT ENSURES THE ACCIDENT PREVENTION PROTECTION MEASURES
FOR THE AGITATOR PRESCRIBED BY LAW.
CONNECTING TO POWER SUPPLY
THE MACHINE IS TO BE CONNECTED TO THE POWER SUPPLY BY A RESIDUAL CURRENT CIRCUITBREAKER
(RCCB) WITH THE FOLLOWING CHARACTERISTICS:
RCCB In 16 A Id 30 mA
N.B. To ensure correct functioning, periodically check the eciency of RCCBs by pressing the push-button on the front of the device.
• Make sure that the section of the power supply cable cores has been measured according to the starting current and its length.
For cables up to 50 m long, a section of 2,5 mm2 is enough.
• Before connecting the machine to the power socket, check that the power supply voltage corresponds to that shown on the
plate on the machine.
• The machine must be connected to an effective earth wire. In case of doubt, do not connect the machine.
CONTROL DEVICES
5 The MIXER machine is equipped with a control board made up of:
1) START BUTTON: (GREEN COLOUR)
Press the button fully to activate machine starting.
2) REGULAR STOP BUTTON: (RED COLOUR)
Press the button fully to activate machine stop.
3) OVERCURRENT CIRCUIT BREAKER:
It intervenes when there is overcurrent, interrupting the machine supply. Its intervention is indicated by the expulsion of the manual
reset. In case of intervention of the circuit breaker, wait a few minutes and reset it by pressing its central pin.
4) DEVICE FOR DISCONNECTION FROM THE MAINS (PLUG):
Machine power supply point. During the maintenance phases, take out the device plug in order to disconnect the machine from the mains.
MIXING OPERATION
8BEFORE STARTING THE MIXING OPERATIONS, THE OPERATOR MUST MAKE SURE THAT AT LEAST 150 cm
ARE LEFT FREE AROUND THE MACHINE (Pos. 2). IN ORDER TO WORK IN SAFETY CONDITIONS, DO NOT LET
OTHER PEOPLE REMAIN NEAR THE MACHINE DURING THE MIXING OPERATIONS. THE OPERATOR STANDS
IN THE WORKING POSITION (Pos. 1) DURING THE DIFFERENT MACHINE OPERATION PHASES.
MOD. MIXER 50 SUPER
A) Carefully read the instructions on the glue sack you are going to use.
B) Pour in the basket the quantity of water necessary to prepare the desired glue quantity following the manufacturer’s instructions.
C) Start the MIXER 50 SUPER, then tip the rst 25 kg of powder at a speed of 10 kg/m directly on the plastic protection, which will
centrifuge the material to obtain an appropriate mixture.
Continue with this operation in a continuous and uniform manner with the second sack (25 kg) and wait for the whole product
to be properly mixed. In this way, the past will be free from lumps.
• If necessary, allow the glue to rest for 15 minutes and then mix it again for a few minutes.
• Switch off the MIXER when the mixing process has nished. As indicated in the foregoing paragraphs, the machine may be
moved directly to the position where the glue is to be used.
Cement
• The mixing machine is suitable for preparing mortar from plaster containing lime, cement and ne sized aggregates. It is not
suitable for mixing concrete or mortar containing mediurnlarge sized gravel or aggregates.
• For the preparation of mortar for plaster, proceed as described in the foregoing paragraph: Glue for oor and wall tiles.
• As the mortar is a highly hygroscopic preparation, in order to prevent excessive hardening of the compound, a great deal of
attention must be paid to the addition of lime, cement or aggregates when nearing the end of the mixing process.
• Switch off the MIXER when the mixing process has nished.
Epoxy resins
• For mixing epoxy resin, check the viscosity and the density of the products to be prepared, so that the mixers motor is not overloaded.
• Pour into the drum the quantity of resin, hardener and any powders indicated by the products’ supplier.
• Mix carefully to prevent bubbles or lumps forming in the mixture.
Paints
• Pour the paint to be mixed into the mixer drum and add the necessary amount of water required for the solution.

RESIDUAL RISK
During the design phase, BATTIPAV SRL paid particular attention to the aspects that may generate risks for the safety and health
of operators. In spite of this, there are still some potential risks, which are described below:
Danger of presence of electric current:
The machine has an internal electric system. CONNECT THE MACHINE TO A SYSTEM WITH DIFFERENTIAL
PROTECTION AND EFFECTIVE EARTH WIRE.
Danger of prolonged exposure to noise:
The continuative use of the machine causes an exposure to noise levels above 85 dB (A).
OPERATORS MUST USE PROPER EAR DEFENDERS.
Danger of accidental contact with the moving tool.
OPERATORS MUST WEAR HEAVY PROTECTIVE GLOVES
Danger of exposure to fragments of materials.
OPERATORS MUST WEAR PROTECTIVE GOGGLES.
ALWAYS STAY IN THE WORKING POSITION (Pos. 1 picture 8) DURING THE MACHINE OPERATION PHASES:
• During material loading;
• During material mixing;
• During the deceleration following the machine stop.
MAINTENANCE
BEFORE PERFORMING ANY OPERATION OR ADJUSTMENT, DISCONNECT THE MACHINE FROM THE SUPPLY
MAINS.
CLEANING
DO NOT WASH THE MACHINE WITH HIGH PRESSURE WATER JETS
• Clean the mixing basket regularly to remove residues.
• Check the mixing tool and the basket for wear.
The machine’s reduction unit is lubricated with semi-uid type synthetic grease suited for the lubrication of enclosed gears in casings.
When changing the grease, use only products with the characteristics listed below:

IN ORDER TO REPLACE THE LUBRICATING GREASE, CONTACT YOUR RETAILER.
DISPOSAL
In the event of scrapping the entire machine, it must be disposed of in accordance with the methods laid down by current
legislation.

HAVE YOUR TOOL REPAIRED BY A QUALIFIED PERSON
This electric tool complies with the relevant safety rules. Repairs should only be carried out by qualied persons using original
spare parts, otherwise this may result in considerable danger to the user. Malfunctions not related to a conformity defect that
exists at the time of purchase are excluded from the warranty. Exclusions include:
• Wear of materials (taking into account the average life of the product)
• Failure to comply with the recommendations contained in this manual.
• Maintenance and tampering carried out by unauthorized personnel.
• Use of non-original spare parts.

CONSERVER SOIGNEUSEMENT CES INSTRUCTIONS
Maintenez de l’ordre sur votre lieu de travail
• Le désordre dans le lieu de travail augmente le risque d’accident.
Tenez compte de l’environnement du lieu de travail
• N’exposez pas l’outil à la pluie.
• N’utilisez pas l’outil dans un environnement humide ou mouillé. Maintenez le lieu de travail éclairé.

• Les outils, quand ils ne sont pas utilisés, doivent être rangés dans un endroit sec, sûr et hors de la portée des enfants.
Ne surchargez pas votre outil
• Il travaillera mieux et plus sûrement dans la plage de puissance indiquée.
Utilisez l’outil adéquat
• N’utilisez pas d’outils ou de dispositifs de trop faible puissance pour exécuter des travaux lourds. N’utilisez pas l’outil à des ns
et pour des travaux pour lesquels il n’a pas été conçu.
Portez de vêtements de travail appropriés
• Lors de travaux à l’air libre il est recommandé de porter des gants en caoutchouc et des chaussures à semelle antidérapante.
Coiffez-vous d’un let a cheveux s’ils sont longs. Portez des lunettes de protection.
• Utilisez aussi un masque si le travail exécuté dégage de la poussière.
Evitez tout mauvais usage du cordon
• Ne portez pas l’outil par le cordon et ne tirez pas sur celui-ci pour débrancher la che de la prise.
• Tenir le cordon à distance des sources de chaleur, de l’huile et des arêtes vives.
Evitez toutes positions instables
• Veillez à ce que votre appui au sol soit ferme et conservez l’équilibre à tout moment.
Entretenez vos outils soigneusement
• Maintenez vos outils affûtes et propres an de travailler mieux et plus sûrement.
• Observez les prescriptions d’entretien et les indications de changement de l’outillage. Vériez régulièrement l’état du
cordon d’alimentation et, en cas de détérioration, faites-le changer par un spécialiste reconnu. Vériez le cordon de rallonge
périodiquement et remplacez-le s’il est endommagé. Maintenez les poignées sèches et exemptes d’huile et de graisse.
Débranchez la che de la prise
• En cas de non utilisation, avant de procéder à l’entretien et lors du changement d’outil.
Enlevez les clés à outils
• Avant de mettre l’outil en marche, assurez-vous que les clés et outils de réglage ont été retirés.
Evitez tout démarrage involontaire
• Assurez-vous que l’interrupteur est en position d’arrêt quand vous branchez la prise.
Câbles de rallonge pour l’extérieur
• A l’extérieur, n’utilisez que des rallonges homologuées et marquées de cette façon.
Soyez toujours attentif
• Observez votre travail, agissez en faisant preuve de bon sens. N’employez pas l’outil lorsque vous êtes fatigué.
Contrôlez si votre appareil est endommagé
• Avant d’utiliser de nouveau l’outil, vériez soigneusement le parfait fonctionnement des dispositifs de sécurité ou l’éventuelle
présence de pièces endommagées. Vériez si le fonctionnement des pièces mobiles est correct, si elles ne se grippent pas ou
si d’autres pièces sont endommagées. Tous les composants doivent être montés correctement et remplir les conditions pour
garantir le fonctionnement impeccable de l’appareil.
• Tout dispositif de sécurité et toute pièce endommagés, doivent être réparés ou remplacés de manière appropriée par un atelier
du Service Assistance , sauf indication contraire du manuel d’utilisation.
