Introduction
Thank you for purchasing a Pantheon Catering Equipment product.
In this booklet you will find instructions for safe operation so please
read carefully and retain for future reference. The tabletop mixers
include features such as:
•Planetary transmission at super high speed resulting in quickly
completed mixes
•ull mechanical drive and reliable performance
•Constant force with stepless speed control
•Head that can be raised

Warnings and Precautions
The following warnings and precautions are important and must be
observed:
•Unit must be electrically grounded to ensure safe usage and
avoid risk of electrical shock.
•The earth wire must never be connected to a gas pipe, water
pipe, lightning rod or telephone line.
•Electric leakage should be checked after installation.
•Do not place your hand into stirring bowl during operation. Be
sure mixer is unplugged before installation.
•Do not operate the mixer beyond time limit to avoid reducing
its service life.
•The mixer should be mounted on a stable and clean place.
•Keep it away from overheated or excessively wet places.
•Keep mixer clean at all times.
•Unplug it before maintenance.
•Clean it with a soft, damp cloth. Do not clean it with liquid or
spraying detergent.

Operation Instructions
To install the stirrer follow to procedure below:
1. Loosen connecting knob (5) of head
2. Raise head and attach it
3. Place the stirrer on stirring shaft and turn it 45 ºcounter
clockwise.
To install the stainless bowl follow the procedure below:
1. Place stainless bowl on bowl seat
2. Then turn the bowl in order to fix it into position
To start the mixer, follow the procedure below:
1. After materials are added, lower the head and tighten
connecting knob (5)
2. Then turn the speed control switch to the lowest speed
3. Now turn the power switch (7) on and then set required
speed gradually after stirrer is in normal operation. This will
ensure the dough is mixed evenly and that the motor will not
get burnt out.
4. When operation is completed, turn speed control switch to
lowest speed firstly, then turn power switch off and unplug.
Accessories and Functions
•Wire stirrer: Used for stirring liquid ingredients,
such as cream and eggs.
•lat stirrer: Used for stirring batters, powder,
and shredded ingredients, such as filling.
•Hook stirrer: Used for stirring more sticky
ingredients, such as dough.
Troubleshooting
