1, MIC input jacks
For connecting to a microphone, an instrument, or an
audio device. These jacks support XLR plugs.
2, Guitar/Line input jack
For connecting to an instrument, such as an electric
guitar or an electric bass. This jack support phone plugs.
This jack is disabled when the GUITAR/LINE switch
is off .
3, GUITAR/LINE switch
For switching the input on channel 1. Turn this switch on
when directly connecting an instrument with high output
impedance, such as an electric guitar or electric bass, to
the 1/4" (combo XLR / 1/4) input jack. Turn this switch
off when connec-ting a line-level instrument to the Line
input jack. When this switch is turned on, use an
unbalanced cable with 1/4" TS plugs to connect the
instrument to the mixer.
CAUTION
When operating this switch, turn all output controls (such
as the Speakers knob and Headphones knob fully to
"0" (minimum). Sudden high level peaks caused by the
switching operation can damage external devices as well
as the hearing of those present.
4, USB PLAYBACK LEVEL knob
Adjust the volume of the sound input from the computer
via the USB 2.0 terminal.
NOTE
The signal inputted from the computer via the USB 2.0
terminal can only be sent to the monitor/main output and
phones. It can't sent back to the computer for recording.
5, +48V phantom switch / +48V LED
When this switch is turned on , the +48V LED lights and
DC +48 V phantom power is supplied to the XLR plug on
MIC input jack . Turn this switch on when using a
phantom powered condenser microphone.
NOTE
Be sure to leave this switch off if you do not need phan-
tom power. Follow the important precautions below, in
order to prevent noise and possible damage to external
devices as well as the mixer if you turn this switch on . Be
sure to leave this switch off when you connect a de-vice
that does not support phantom power to channel 1. Make
sure to turn this switch off when connecting/
disconnecting a cable to/from channel 1.
Slide the fader on channel 1 to minimum before turning
this switch on /off .
6, CLIP LED
Lights when the volume of input sound is too high. If it is
lit, turn the GAIN knob to the left to lower the volume.
GAIN knob
Determines the basic volume for channel 1. Adjust this
knob so that the CLIP LED does not flash when singing
or playing the loudest.

computer, adjust the volume of each channel until SIG
remains lit and CLIP does NOT flash when there is a loud
sound, otherise recorded signal will be distorted.

9, MAIN OUT jacks
Connect powered monitor speakers. These jacks supp-
ort phone plugs (balanced/unbalanced).
10, Power ON LED

11, Headphones output jack

orts a stereo phone plug.
12, Headphones level knob
Adjust the volume to headphones connected to the
Headphones output jack.
13, Level meter
If signal level sent to Main Output / Computer exceeds
-6dBu, SIG
14, MAIN MIX OUTPUT level knob
The knob adjust the volume send to the MAIN output
jacks.
15, USB 2.0 terminal
For connecting to a computer using the included USB
2.0 cable. When connected to a computer, the computer
supplies power to the mixer and audio data can be sent
between the mixer and computer.
NOTE
Please do not connect any device to USB 2.0 terminal
other than personal computers or tablet devices.
NOTE
Please read the safety precautions for the USB power
adapter or USB mobile battery that you are using.
Use a USB power adapter or USB mobile battery that
can supply power via a USB micro B plug based on the
follow-ing USB standards:
Output voltage: 4.8 V to 5.2 V
Output current: 0.5 A or greater
7, CH2-CH3 Level knobs
