Questo manuale è parte integrante della macchina.
É stato realizzato dalla BATTIPAV S.R.L. per fornire
le informazioni necessarie a coloro che sono
autorizzati ad interagire con essa nell’arco della sua
vita prevista.
Prima di ogni impiego leggere attentamente il
capitolo relativo alla sicurezza.
Ogni macchina è stata sottoposta ad una serie di
collaudi ed è stata minuziosamente controllata
prima di lasciare la nostra fabbrica.
La BATTIPAV S.R.L. lavora costantemente per lo
sviluppo delle sue macchine; perciò si riserva di
apportare modiche. Non potranno quindi essere
vantati diritti sui dati e sulle illustrazioni di questo
manuale.

• Il costruttore declina ogni responsabilità per
l’impiego del miscelatore con utensili non
specicati nel paragrafo “UTENSILE DI TAGLIO”.

Area di lavoro
• Tenere pulita e ben illuminata l’area di lavoro.
Le aree ingombre e buie possono provocare
incidenti.
• Non azionare utensili elettrici in atmosfere
esplosive, ad esempio in presenza di liquidi, gas
o polveri inammabili. Gli utensili elettrici creano
scintille che possono provocare l’accensione di
polveri o fumi.
• Tenere i bambini e i passanti a distanza
durante l’azionamento di un utensile elettrico.
Le distrazioni possono far perdere il controllo
dell’utensile.
Sicurezza elettrica
• La spina dell’utensile elettrico deve
corrispondere alla presa. Mai modicare la
spina in alcun modo. Non utilizzare spine
adattatrici con utensili elettrici dotati di messa
a terra (a massa). Spine non modicate e prese
corrispondenti riducono il rischio di scossa
elettrica.
• Evitare il contatto del corpo con superci messe
a terra o a massa quali tubi, radiatori, cucine
e frigoriferi. Se il corpo è a terra o a massa, il
rischio di scossa elettrica aumenta.
• Non esporre gli utensili elettrici alla pioggia e
non utilizzarli in luoghi umidi.
L’ingresso di acqua in un utensile elettrico
aumenta il rischio di scossa elettrica.
• Non maltrattare il cavo. Non utilizzare mai il
cavo per trasportare, tirare o scollegare dalla
presa di rete l’utensile elettrico. Tenere il cavo
distante da calore, olio, bordi alati o parti
in movimento. Cavi danneggiati o attorcigliati
aumentano il rischio di scossa elettrica.
• Quando si aziona un utensile elettrico all’esterno,
usare un cavo di estensione adeguato per l’uso
in esterni. L’uso di un cavo adeguato riduce il
rischio di scossa elettrica.
Sicurezza personale
• Non distrarsi mai, controllare quello che si
sta facendo e usare il buon senso quando
si azionano utensili elettrici. Non azionare
l’utensile quando si è stanchi o sotto l’inusso
di droghe, alcol o medicazioni. Un momento di
disattenzione durante l’azionamento di utensili
elettrici può dare luogo a serie lesioni personali.
• Usare attrezzature di sicurezza. Indossare
sempre protezioni per gli occhi. L’uso appropriato
di attrezzature di sicurezza quali maschere anti-
polvere, calzature di sicurezza antiscivolo, casco
di sicurezza, o protezioni per l’udito riduce la
possibilità di subire lesioni personali.
• Evitare le accensioni accidentali. Assicurarsi che
l’interruttore sia in posizione di spento prima di
collegarlo alla rete elettrica. Trasportare utensili
elettrici con il dito sull’interruttore o collegarli in
rete con /’interruttore in posizione di accensione
può provocare incidenti.
• Rimuovere qualsiasi chiave di regolazione prima
di accendere l’utensile elettrico. Una chiave
lasciata attaccata a una parte rotante dell’utensile
elettrico può provocare lesioni personali.
• Non sbilanciarsi. Mantenere sempre la posizione
e l’equilibrio appropriati. Questo permette di
controllare meglio l’utensile elettrico in situazioni

impreviste.
• Vestirsi in modo appropriato. Non indossare
vestiti larghi o gioielli. Tenere capelli, indumenti
e guanti distanti dalle parti in movimento. Vestiti
larghi, gioielli o capelli lunghi possono impigliarsi
nelle parti in movimento.
• Se sono previsti dispositivi da collegare a
impianti per l’estrazione e la raccolta di polvere,
accertarsi che siano collegati e usati in maniera
appropriata. L’uso di questi dispositivi può ridurre
i rischi correlati alla polvere.
USO e manutenzione degli utensili elettrici
• Non forzare l’utensile elettrico. Usare l’utensile
adatto per l’operazione da eseguire. L’utensile
elettrico appropriato permette di eseguire il lavoro
con maggiore ecienza e sicurezza senza essere
costretti a superare i parametri d’uso di progetto.
• Non usare l’utensile elettrico se l’interruttore
di accensione e spegnimento non si aziona
correttamente. Qualsiasi utensile elettrico che
non può essere controllato con /’interruttore è
pericoloso e deve essere sottoposto a riparazioni.
• Scollegare la spina dalla rete di alimentazione
prima di effettuare qualsiasi regolazione,
cambiare accessori o riporre gli utensili elettrici.
Tali misure di sicurezza preventiva riducono il
rischio di avvio accidentale dell’utensile elettrico.
• Riporre utensili elettrici in utilizzati fuori della
portata dei bambini e non permetterne l’uso a
persone inesperte o che non conoscano queste
istruzioni. Gli utensili elettrici sono pericolosi se
utilizzati da persone inesperte.
• Effettuare la manutenzione necessaria sugli
utensili elettrici. Vericare il possibile errato
allineamento o bloccaggio delle parti in
movimento, la rottura delle parti e qualsiasi
altra condizione che possa inuenzare il
funzionamento degli utensili elettrici. Se è
danneggiato, far riparare l’utensile elettrico
prima di utilizzarlo. Numerosi incidenti
sono provocati proprio dal cattivo stato di
manutenzione degli utensili elettrici.
• Usare l’utensile elettrico, gli accessori e le punte
ecc., in conformità con queste istruzioni e nel
modo previsto per il tipo particolare di utensile
elettrico, tenendo conto delle condizioni di
lavorazione e dell’operazione da eseguire.
L’uso dell’utensile elettrico per operazioni diverse
da quelle previste può dare luogo a situazioni
pericolose.
Assistenza
• Far riparare l’utensile elettrico solo da tecnici
qualicati e utilizzare soltanto ricambi identici.
Questo garantisce la costante sicurezza
dell’utensile elettrico.

adesivi di pericolo/divieto, prenderne visione prima
dell’utilizzo.

DESCRIZIONE DELLA MACCHINA
Il mescolatore MINIMIX è una macchina specica
per miscelare malta da intonaco, cemento, colla per
pavimenti, gesso e vernici.
Sfrutta l’azione di miscelazione di un utensile
elicoidale ed è destinato a personale specializzato
nelle operazioni del settore delle costruzioni edili.
L’operatore impugna con le due mani le maniglie
di presa delle macchine e posiziona l’utensile
di miscelazione all’interno del contenitore dove
è depositato il materiale da miscelare. Avvia la
macchina e procedere alla miscelazione no ad
ottenere un prodotto omogeneo.

• La macchina in condizioni di lavoro produce
una emissione di rumore di 92,2dB(A) , pertanto
è necessario indossare appropriate cue
antirumore come disposto dalla legge.
• La vibrazioni misurate trasmesse al sistema
mano-braccio raggiungono il valore di 1,44m/
s2.
ATTENZIONE
Il livello di vibrazione può variare a seconda del tipo
di utensile utilizzato e del materiale da trattare.
Per ridurre al minimo l’esposizione a vibrazione
si consiglia di utilizzare guanti di protezione
antivibranti.

POSIZIONAMENTO
La macchina estratta dal suo imballo è già pronta
all’uso.
3 Avvitare l’utensile sul mozzo lettato del
MINIMIX e serrare con la chiave ssa da 22 mm
in dotazione.

In caso di utilizzo di utensili senza terminale lettato
predisporre la macchina come di seguito:

5 • Avvitare il mandrino sull’ adattatore.
• Serrare il tutto con le chiavi in dotazione.
ALLACCIAMENTO ALLA RETE ELETTRICA
La macchina deve essere collegata alla rete
elettrica tramite un interruttore differenziale o un
trasformatore di isolamento in classe II, avente le
caratteristiche seguenti:

N.B. Per la corretta utilizzazione degli interruttori
differenziali non bisogna dimenticare il periodico
controllo della loro ecienza, attuabile tramite
l’apposito pulsante posto sul frontale del dispositivo
stesso.
• Prima di collegare la macchina alla presa di
corrente, assicuratevi che il voltaggio della linea
sia lo stesso di quello indicato sulla targhetta
della macchina.
• Collegate la macchina solo ad una linea con cavo
di messa a terra eciente. In caso di dubbio, non
collegate la macchina.

1) Mantenere premuto il pulsante laterale
di sicurezza;
2) Premere l’interruttore per azionare il
mescolatore.
SELETTORE MECCANICO DI VELOCITÀ
7Il MINIMIX è dotato di un selettore per la
variazione meccanica della velocità.
Premere e spostare il dispositivo per selezionare
il regime di giri/minuti più idoneo al tipo di
materiale da miscelare.
ATTENZIONE
ESEGUIRE LA COMMUTAZIONE SEMPRE A
MACCHINA FERMA.
VARIATORE ELETTRONICO DI VELOCITÀ
8Il MINIMIX è dotato di un variatore elettronico
della velocità di rotazione dell’utensile.
Grazie a questo dispositivo, per mezzo del
selettore, è possibile variare in qualsiasi
momento la velocità di miscelazione.

MANTENERE PREMUTO IL PULSANTE DI

Versare nel secchio una parte del prodotto da
miscelare e la relativa quantità d’acqua, avviare la
miscelazione evitando di produrre spruzzi di materiali
liquidi nelle prime fasi della miscelazione.
Proseguire con la miscelazione aggiungendo
progressivamente del prodotto no alla quantità
desiderata.
ATTENZIONE
NON FORZATE LA MACCHINA CON QUANTITATIVI
ECCESSIVI DI PRODOTTO DA MISCELARE.

particolare attenzione agli aspetti che possono
provocare rischi alla sicurezza e alla salute degli
operatori.

11 SOSTITUZIONE DELLE SPAZZOLE
• Svitare i tappi ferma-spazzole utilizzando un
utensile a taglio.
• Estrarre le spazzole consumate dalla loro sede e
sostituirle con le nuove.
• Serrare i tappi ferma-spazzole.

In caso di rottamazione dell’intera macchina o di
parti di essa, i materiali andranno smaltiti secondo i
modi indicati dalla legislazione vigente.

L’UTENSILE DEVE ESSERE RIPARATO DA PERSONALE QUALIFICATO.
Questo utensile elettrico è conforme alle relative norme di sicurezza.
Le riparazioni devono essere eseguite solo da personale qualicato che utilizzi parti di ricambio originali,
altrimenti ciò può provocare un considerevole pericolo per l’utilizzatore.
Sono esclusi dalla garanzia i guasti non dipendenti da un difetto di conformità esistente al momento
dell’acquisto, quali ad esempio:
- Usura dei materiali (tenuto conto della vita media del prodotto).
- Mancato rispetto delle indicazioni riportate su questo manuale.
- Interventi e manomissioni eseguiti da personale non autorizzato.
- Utilizzo di pezzi di ricambi non originali.

PURPOSE OF THIS MANUAL
This manual is an integral part of the machine.
It was produced by BATTIPAV S.R.L. to provide
those authorised to work with the machine with the
information required for its foreseeable lifespan.
Before starting to use this machine read the safety
chapter carefully.
Each machine is subjected to a series of tests and
carefully checked before leaving our factory.
BATTIPAV S.R.L. is constantly striving to develop
their machines and therefore reserves the right to
make any change without prior notice. Therefore, no
claims may be made on the basis of the data and
illustrations contained in this manual.

• The manufacturer accepts no responsibility where

• Cluttered areas invite injuries.

• Rubber gloves and non-skid footwear are
recommended when working outdoors. Wear
protective hair covering to contain long hair. Use
safety glasses.
• Use a mask if working operations are dusty.
Don’t abuse cord
• Never carry tool by cord or yank it to disconnect it
from socket.
• Keep cord from heat, oil and sharp edges.
Avoid unsteady positions
• Be sure to work in a safe and balanced position.
Maintain tools with care
• Keep tools sharp and clean for better and safer
performance.
• Follow all maintenance advice and instructions to
replace accessories subject to wear. Inspect tool
cords periodically and, if damaged, have them
repaired by an authorised expert. Check extension

Keep handles dry, clean and free from oil and
grease.
Disconnect tools
• When not in use, before servicing, and when
changing accessories subject to wear.
Remove service keys from tool
• Form the habit of checking to see that keys and
adjusting wrenches are removed from tool before
turning it on.
Avoid unintentional starting
• Be sure that the switch is off when plugging in the
tool.
Extension cords for outdoor works
• When tool is used outdoors, use only extension
cords intended for this particular use and so
marked.
Stay alert
• Watch what you are doing. Use common sense.
Do not operate tool when you are inattentive.
Check tool for damaged parts
• Before further use of the tool, check it and the
safety devices for damages and be sure that
they operate properly. Check for functioning
and binding of moving parts, breakage of parts,
correct mounting, and any other conditions that
may affect the correct operation of the tool.
• Damaged safety devices or other parts should
be properly repaired or replaced by an authorised
Service Centre unless otherwise indicated
elsewhere in this instruction manual.
• Have defective switches replaced by an
authorised Service Centre.
• Do not use tool if its switch cannot be turned on or
off.

Security against accidental starts.
MACHINE DESCRIPTION
The mixer MINIMIX is a specic machine for mixing
mortar, plaster, cement, glue oors, plaster and paint.
Take advantage of the mixing action of a helical tool
and is designed to personnel in the operations of the
construction industry.
The operator holds with both hands gripping the
handles of the machines and positions the tool of
mixing inside the container where it is deposited the
material to be mixed. Start the machine and proceed
with mixing until obtaining a homogeneous product.

Recommended use:
MORTAR, CEMENT, FLOOR GLUE, PLASTER AND
PAINTS.
• In normal working conditions, the machine
creates a noise emission of 99.3 dB(A); it is
therefore necessary to use proper ear defenders
in order to reduce any risk of ear injury according
to the law.
• The measured vibrations transmitted to the
system hand-arm catch up the value of 1,44m/
s2.
CAUTION
The level of vibration can vary according to the type
of used tool and the material to deal.
In order to reduce lessened the exposure to vibration
it is advised to use antivibrating protective gloves.
INSTALLATION
POSITIONING
The machine is ready for use once all packaging has
been removed.
3 Screw the tool onto MINIMIX’s threaded hub and
tighten with the 22 mm spanner provided.

• Prior to connecting the machine to the power
supply, make sure that the voltage is the same as
indicated on the machine data plate.
• The machine must be connected to an effective
earth wire. In case of doubt, do not connect the
machine.

1) Keep the lateral security button
pressed;
2) Press the switch for activating the
mixer.

7The MINIMIX machine is provided with a selector
for mechanical speed variation.
Press and move the device for selecting the
most suitable rpm regime according to the type
of material to be mixed.
CAUTION
ALWAYS CHANGE THE SPEED WHILE THE
MACHINE IS STOPPED.
ELECTRONIC SPEED CHANGER
8The MINIMIX machine is provided with an
electronic changer for adjusting the tool rotation
speed.
Thanks to this device, by means of the selector,
the mixing speed can be changed at any time.
MIXING OF THE PRODUCT
CAUTION
8BEFORE STARTING THE MIXING OPERATIONS,
THE OPERATOR MUST MAKE SURE THAT AT
LEAST 150 cm ARE LEFT FREE AROUND THE
MACHINE (photo 9).
IN ORDER TO WORK IN SAFETY CONDITIONS,
DO NOT LET OTHER PEOPLE REMAIN NEAR
THE MACHINE DURING THE CUTTING
OPERATIONS.

CAUTION
KEEP THE SECURITY BUTTON PUSHED BEFORE
PRESSING THE SWITCH.
Pour part of the product to be mixed into the bucket
along with the relative amount of water. Start the
mixing process, avoiding splashes of liquid materials
during the early mixing phases.
Continue mixing, gradually adding more product until
achieving the desired quantity.
CAUTION
DO NOT OVERWORK THE MACHINE WITH
EXCESSIVE QUANTITIES OF PRODUCT FOR
MIXING.

This electric tool complies with relative safety standards. Repairs must be carried out by trained personnel

Malfunctions not related to a conformity defect that exists at the time of purchase are excluded from the

The packing of the machine will be disposed of in
