INSTRUCTIONS FOR USING, MAINTAINING AND INSTALLING THE HOOD
ATTENTION: The hood must only be installed by a qualified technician.

WARNINGS
This appliance can be used by child en aged f om 8 yea s and above and pe sons
with educed physical senso you mental capabilities, o lack of expe ience and
knowledge if they have been given supe vision o inst uction conce ning use of
appliance in a safe way and unde stand the haza ds involved.
Child en shall not play with the appliance. Cleaning and use maintenance shall not
be made by child en without supe vision.
Befo e cleaning o pe fo ming any pe iodic o u gent maintenance to the hood,
ensu e the powe is tu ned off by emoving the plug f om the socket and tu ning
the main switch to 0 (off).
Do not to connect the hood to any piping used fo combustion appliances, such as
bu ne s, boile s o fi eplaces.
Check that the main powe supply co esponds to the voltage equi ed by the hood,
which is given on the silve label stuck inside the hood. Ensu e that the elect ic
system is co ectly ea thed and that the ea th discha ge wo ks co ectly.
When cooking, do not use any mate ials that could fo m high o unusual flames. Oil
that has been used twice and fats a e ve y dange ous and could easily fi e. Do not
p epa e flambé dishes unde the hood.
Once the specialized technician has completed the installation of the the hood

equipped, all the leads, connecto s, g ound connections must not be accessible to
the use .
Only the autho ized se vice point is g anted access by emoving the sc ewed on
panels.
Respect local legislation and egulations issued by the elative autho ities ega ding
the exhaust ai when the suction is ope ating. Failu e to espect and pe fo m all the
maintenance and cleaning ope ations desc ibed in this handbook could cause a fi e
haza d.
ATTENTION: Accessible pa ts may become hot when the hood is used with cooking
appliances.
INSTALLATION
The minimum safety distance between the bottom of the hood and the top of the
cooking hob must be 65 cm. smalle distances must be p eviously autho ized by the
manufactu e . (see installation d awings)
The hood can be only used in eci culation mode, thus it has a patented odo
emoval system. The e is not an option to connect it to a piping system to exhaust
outside you kitchen.
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
Attent on: Before proceed ng w th the nstallat on, make sure that the screws and
the anchors are already suppl ed, are su table for the type of all the hood w ll be
f xed to.
To assemble the hood, use the accesso ies that a e supplied and follow the
inst uctions given in the enclosed handbook.
Fi st of all, ma k you ceiling by a pencil befo e d illing, acco ding to the sizes at
“Figu e A” and set the hood mains cable outlet will be f om the top o f om the side,
depending on you wall plug place acco ding to “Figu e B and Figu e C”
ELECTRIC WIRING
The elect ıc wi ing must be pe fo med by a specialized elect ician fully especting
cu ent standa ds and legislation in fo ce. Check that the power supply corresponds
to the voltage requested by the hood, wh ch s g ven on the s lver label stuck
ns de the hood. Ensu e that the wi ing system confo ms to cu ent standa ds and
the ea th discha ge wo ks efficiently. Pay special attention to the hood powe cable,
ensu e that it does not pass th ough any holes without a cable clamp. Fo di ect
connection to the elect ical mains is necessa y to p ovide a device that ensu es
disconnection f om the elect ical mains, with an opening distance of the contacts
that allows the complete disconnection unde the conditions of ove voltage
catego y III. in acco dance with the ules of installation
The plug o omni pola switch must be accessible when the unit is installed.

If the powe co d is damaged, it must be eplaced by a special co d o assembly
available f om the manufactu e o its se vice agent. The cable used must be of type
H05VV-F3X0.75 mm2 minimum c oss-section.

CONTROLS
DIGITAL TOUCH CONTROL ( only for models w th Touch Control, not remote
control)

⦁ Two button + and – fo inc easing and dec easing the moto speed.
⦁ One button fo tu ning the lights on and off.
USE AND MAINTENANCE
Before beg nn ng any sort of clean ng or ma ntenance work, turn power off to
the hood by turn ng the ma n sw tch to 0 (OFF).
Chang ng the l ght bulbs
LED ba light eplacement should only be ca ied out by qualified technicians
using only o iginal spa e pa ts. “Figu e D”
Clean ng the metal f lters:
The metal filte s fitted in the hood should be washed eve y 2-3 weeks,
depending on how much the hood is used, using hot wate and a liquid
dete gent that is not too agg essive. The metal filte s can be emoved by the
special handle, unhooking the f ont pa t of the filte and pulling it downwa ds.

Electrostat c odor, smell removal system.
You hood is equipped with a patented odo , smell emoval system. As you tu n
on the hood the system sta ts to wo k with the moto and when you tu n off the
hood, it stops simultaneously. Fo best efficiency, tu n on the hood as soon as
sta ting to cook and leave it wo king fo about 30 minutes (depending on the
kitchen size) to emove the odo f om you kitchen afte you cooking is
finished. When the odo is emoved tu n off the hood. This system is integ ated
in to the uppe moto box of the hood cove ed all a ound by a special active
ca bon imp egnated filte fo ext a odo cleaning efficiency. System doesn’t
equi e any maintenance o cleaning and epai ing can be ca ied out only by

autho ized se vice points.
Clean ng the hood
The su faces of the hood should be cleaned f equently, to avoid the isk of
having to emove built up and enc usted deposits and stains.
Fo the painted o coppe plated hoods just use a soft cloth with wa m wate
and a neut al dete gent. Do not pou the dete gent di ectly onto the hood o
use powde y o ab asive p oducts.
Fo the stainless steel hood, use special p oducts and cloths fo satin finish
stainless steel (not ab asive, co osive dete gents o dete gents containing
chlo ide). ensu ing to clean in the same di ection as the satin finish.
Do not use agg essive chemical solvents o de ivatives of oil distillates that could
leave oily t aces which could cause oxidation and polyme ization.
Condensat on n the hood
Induction o glass ce amic hobs heat up the food ve y quickly, c eating cooking
steam befo e the glass o steel su face of the hood has heated up, which causes
condensation on the hood that then d ips. Anothe cause fo condensation
could be that the fume pipe is not the size we ecommend. (INSTALLATION). The
steam that emains inside the hood while it is cooling down condensates and
d ips. The e fo e it is advisable to tu n the hood on ten minutes befo e sta ting
to cook and when you have finished, leave it on so that all the fumes in the pipe
a e expelled.
Fu the mo e, it is impo tant to clean the filte s f equently and if they a e wo n
they should be eplaced (see CLEANING THE METAL FİLTERS).
The manufacturer accepts no respons b l ty for damage to the surface of the
hood due to fa lure to respect these nstruct ons.

WICHTIGE HINWEISE

Vo Du chfüh ung von Reinigungs-ode Wa tungsa beiten (o dentliche ode
auße o dentliche Wa tung) muss de St om an de Abzugshaube abgeschaltet
we den. Dazu den Netzstecke abziehen ode den Hauptschalte de Abzugshaube
auf O (OFF) stellen.
Siche stellen, dass die Netzspannung mit den Angaben auf dem silbe nen
Typenschild in de Abzugshaube übenstimmt. Siche stellen, dass die elekt ische
Anlage ko ekt gee det ist. Beim Kochen keine Substanzen ve wenden, die hohe
ode anomale Flammen e zeugen können.

besteht wenn die im vo liegenden Handbuch besch iebenen Wa tungsa beiten nicht
o dnungsmäßig du chgefüh t we den.

INSTALLATION
De Siche heitsabstand zu Unte kante de Abzugshaube zum Kochfeld muss
mindestens 65 cm bet agen. Ge inge e Abstände müssen ausd ücklich vom
He stelle genehmigt sein.
MONTAGEANLEITUNG
Achtung! Vergew ssern S e s ch, daß d e Schrauben und d e Dübel, für d e
Gegebenhe ten an der Decke vor Ort gee gnet s nd.
Sch itt 1:
Nehmen Sie die 4 Boh ungen an de Decke vo . Das Boh maß bzw. den Abstand de
Boh ungen unte einande können Sie de Zeichnung Fig. A entnehmen
Sch itt 2:
Klappen Sie die vo sichtig die beiden mittle en Klappen bzw. die beiden mittle en
Gläse auf und entnehmen Sie die Metallfettfilte . Nun können Sie die 4 Löche
sehen, an denen die Sch auben zu Deckenbefestigung du chgefüh t we den.
Sch itt 3:
Wenn nötig füh en Sie das St omanschlusskabel des Ge ätes an de Que seite du ch
den Kabelkanal. Nu so können Sie eine plane Montage an Decke gewäh leisten.
Sch itt 4 ( mit mind. 2 Pe sonen du chfüh en):
Heben Sie nun das Ge ät an die Decke und befestigen Sie die Sch auben in den
Dübeln.
Wi empfehlen hie bei die Reihenfolge de Sch auben “ übe K euz” vo zunehmen.
Sch itt 5:
Wenn alle 4 Sch auben fest angezogen sind, nehmen Sie den St omanschluss des
Netzstecke s vo . Nun müssen Sie nu noch die Metallfettfilte e neut einsetzen und
die Klappen schließen.
STROMANSCHLUSS
De St cmanschluss da f ausschließlich von einem qualifizie ten Elekt ike
du chgefüh t we den und muss unte Beachtung de am Installationso t geltenden
Vo sch iften e folgen.
S cherstellen, dass d e Netzspannung m t den Angaben auf dem s lbernen
Typensch ld n der Abzugshaube übere nst mmt. Siche stellen, dass die elekt ische
Anlage unte Beachtung de geltenden Gesetzgebung und mit eine
o dnungsmäßigen E dung ausgefüh t wo den ist. Das St omkabel de Abzugshaube
muss besonde s so gfältig ve legt we den und da f auf keinen Fall du ch Löche
gefüh t we den, die keine Kabelfüh ung haben.
Wi d das Ge ät di ekt an das St omnetz angeschlossen, muss eine Vo ichtung

vo gesehen we den, die eine T ennung vom inne halb kü zeste Zeit gewäh leistet.
Ist das Ve so gungskabel beschädigt, muss es gegen ein neues Spezialkabel ode
gegen einen beim He stelle bzw beim Kundendienst e hältlichen Satz
ausgewechselt we den. Es muss ein Kabel vom Typ HOSVV-F mit Mindestque scnitt
3x0,75mm

STEUERUNG
Funkfernbed enung (Abb. G)
Fe nbedienung:
Die Funkfe nbedienung ve fügt übe 5 Tasten, de en Funktion übe die Symbole
EIN/AUS, +/-
Licht, und Time da gestellt sind. Du ch den D uck auf die Time Taste ( Symbol
eine Uh ) wi d die 10-minütige Nachlaufautomatik aktivie t. ( diese Funktion wi d
ab Anfang 2017 vo handen sein). Nach Ablauf de 10 Minuten schaltet sich das
Ge ät von selbst ab. Wi empfehlen die Nachlaufautomatik nach jedemKochvo gang
zu aktivie en, damit alle Reste von Feuchtigkeit aus dem Ge ät t anspo tie t we den,
bevo es sich von selbst abschaltet.
GEBRAUCH UND WARTUNG
Vor Durchführung von Re n gungs- oder Wartungsarbe ten gle ch welcher Art muss
der Strom an der Abzugshaube abgeschaltet werden. Dazu den Hauptschalter der
Abzugshaube auf 0 (OFF) stellen.
Re n gung der Metallf lter
Die Metallfilte de Abzugshaube müssen alle 2-3 Wochen mit heißem Wasse und
