NORME DI SICUREZZA GENERALI
-
Per le operazioni di installazione e manutenzione usare adeguati dispositivi di protezione
individuali (DPI) conformi alla direttiva CEE 89/656.
-
Non trasportare o movimentare l’elettropompa mediante il cavo d’alimentazione.
-
Non utilizzare l’elettropompa in piscine o vasche in presenza di persone.
-
Non usare assolutamente l’elettropompa per immersione in liquidi pericolosi (tossici, infiammabili,
ecc.), o in ambienti potenzialmente esplosivi.
-
Durante le fasi di installazione e manutenzione non lavorare mai da soli.
-
Evitare assolutamente di movimentare l’elettropompa quando è in funzione o con il cavo di
alimentazione collegato all’impianto elettrico.
-Non rimuovere per nessun motivo il filtro di aspirazione causa rischio
cesoiamento/intrappolamento
Attenzione, appoggiato a terra, il motore può perdere stabilità e cadere.
CARATTERISTICHE DI UTILIZZO

Elettropompe idonee per pompaggio di acqua da pozzi; pressurizzazione di impianti civili,
agricoli, industriali ed antincendio; irrigazione.

Massima quantità di sabbia: 200 g/m³ (/230 - /330 - /530); 300 g/m³ (/400 - /700); 450 g/m³ (/900).

Massima temperatura del liquido da pompare: 60 °C.

LIVELLO DI RUMOROSITA'

INSTALLAZIONE
TRATTANDOSI DI OPERAZIONE COMP ESSA E POTENZIA MENTE RISCHIOSA,
RIVO GERSI ESC USIVAMENTE A PERSONA E QUA IFICATO.
Assemblaggio pompa e motore (accoppiamento a norme NEMA):
-Verificare che il motore abbia una potenza uguale o inferiore a quella della pompa;
-Posizionare il motore in posizione verticale;
-Sollevare la pompa e calarla lentamente allineando la sede presente nel corpo aspirante con il
cavo elettrico del motore. Concludere l’operazione inserendo il giunto della pompa
sull’estremità dell’albero motore;
-Avvitare le viti di fissaggio motore-pompa;
-Montare il copri cavo e fissarlo mediante le apposite viti;
-Montare e fissare il filtro d'aspirazione.
-
Avviare l’elettropompa solo ad installazione completata, non avviarlo a secco.
-
Prima di installare l’elettropompa verificare che il cavo di alimentazione sia scollegato dalla rete
elettrica, sia integro ed esente da tagli o danni da schiacciamento.
-
Avvitare il tubo di mandata al bocchettone dell'elettropompa.
-
Sostenere l'elettropompa con una corda fissata ai ganci presenti sulla testa dell'elettropompa
evitando che sia immersa nel fango.
-
Fissare il cavo d’alimentazione al tubo di mandata ad intervalli di circa 3 metri.
-
Si consiglia di installare dei dispositivi di controllo livello per evitare il funzionamento a secco
dell’elettropompa.
COLLEGAMENTO ELETTRICO
TRATTANDOSI DI OPERAZIONE COMP ESSA E POTENZIA MENTE RISCHIOSA,
RIVO GERSI ESC USIVAMENTE A PERSONA E QUA IFICATO.
-Collegare secondo gli esempi di schemi elettrici riportati nel manuale del motore.
-Verificare che tensione, frequenza e corrente assorbita siano uguali a quelle indicate sulla
targhetta d’identificazione del motore.
-
Per le versioni trifase, nel caso l’elettropompa fornisca scarsi valori di portata e/o prevalenza,
modificare il verso di rotazione invertendo tra loro due fasi.
MANUTENZIONE
QUA SIASI INTERVENTO DI MANUTENZIONE DEVE ESSERE EFFETTUATO
ESC USIVAMENTE DA PERSONA E QUA IFICATO.
-In condizioni di normale impiego la pompa non necessita di alcuna operazione di manutenzione.
-In caso di malfunzionamento, a interruttore disattivato, disconnettere l'elettropompa dalla rete
elettrica scollegando prima i conduttori delle fasi poi il conduttore di terra giallo/verde.
-Contattare il Servizio Assistenza comunicando i seguenti dati:
-Modello della macchina;
-Data di acquisto;
-Data inizio servizio;
-Indicazioni dettagliate inerenti il difetto riscontrato.
GARANZIA
I prodotti sono garantiti contro i difetti di produzione che si manifestino entro 24 mesi dalla data di
consegna o acquisto del bene. a data dovrà essere comprovata dal documento di consegna o
fattura di acquisto emessa dal rivenditore. In mancanza di tale documentazione, i 24 mesi verranno
calcolati dalla data di produzione (mese/anno) riportata nella stampigliatura impressa sul prodotto.
a garanzia è limitata alla sostituzione o alla riparazione, presso la sede BBC o presso un centro
assistenza autorizzato, dei prodotti o dei particolari riconosciuti difettosi e non implica la possibilità di

In order to ensure both safety and reliability of our products, we advise you to carefully follow
all the instructions given in this manual.
Please keep this manual for future reference.
Electric pumps are supplied packed in their cardboard box together with their instruction
manual and adhesive label.
Before doing any opera ion, read carefully he following ins ruc ions and he
ins ruc ions of he mo or ha will be connec ed o he pump end.
SYMBOLS
DANGER Risk of electric shock.
DANGER High risk for people and/or property.
FORBIDDEN Do not remove the safety devices.
WARNING Risk to damage the electric pump or the pumping plant.
GENERAL SAFETY RULES
- During pump installation and maintenance use suitable personal protective equipment (PPE)
in compliance with the Directive CEE 89/656
- Do not transport or handle the electric pump by means of the power cord.
- Do not use the electric pump in swimming pools or ponds when people are in them.
- It is strictly forbidden to use the electric pump with dangerous liquids (toxic, flammable, etc.)
or in potentially explosive environments.
- Never work alone during motor installation and maintenance phases.
- It is strictly forbidden to handle the electric pump while the same is working or when the
power cord is connected the power line.
- Do not remove the strainer of the electric pump to avoid the risk of getting cut /trapped.
Warning. If placed on the ground, the motor can be unstable and fall down.
TECHNICAL FEATURES

To pump water from reservoirs, collecting tanks and wells; to pressurize civil, agricultural,
industrial and fire-fighting plants; irrigation.
-
Maximum content of sand: 200 g/m³ (/230 - /330 - /530); 300 g/m³ (/400 - /700); 450 g/m³
(/900).
-
Maximum number of starts per hour: 20.
-
Maximum temperature of the liquid to be pumped: 60°C.
-
Suitable to work horizontally: electric pumps up to 24/230 – 23/330 – 15/400 – 17/530 –
13/700 – 8/900 included.
-
Minimum depth of the liquid to be pumped: 80 cm.
- Avoid to run the electric pump against close valve more than 3 minutes.
NOISE
-
The acoustic pressure of the electric pump is lower than 70db(A).
INSTALLATION
SINCE IT IS A POTENTIA Y RISKY AND COMP EX OPERATION, IT SHOU D BE
PERFORMED EXC USIVE Y BY QUA IFIED STAFF.
Motor and pump assembly (coupling according to Nema Standards)
- Verify that the motor has a capacity equal or higher than the pump one;
- Place the motor in vertical position;
- Raise the pump end and then lower it slowly, aligning the hole of the suction unit with the
electric cable of the motor. Then, insert the coupling of the pump into the end of the motor
shaft;
- Tighten the motor-pump fixing screws;
- Assemble and fix the cable guard.
- Assemble and fix the suction filter.
- Start the electric pump only when the installation is completed; do not run it without liquid.
- Before installing the motor pump, make sure that it is not connected to the power line, that it
is intact and not damaged by cuts or crushing.
- Screw the water pipe to the outlet of the pump.
- Support the electric pump with a rope attached to the handle avoiding that is submerged in
the mud.
- Fasten the power cord to the supply pipe approximately every 3 meters
- Install probes to prevent the pump from running without liquid.
WIRING
SINCE IT IS A POTENTIA Y RISKY AND COMP EX OPERATION, IT SHOU D BE

- Connect by following the example of electric drawing shown in the instruction manual of the
motor
- Check that voltage and frequency of the power mains are exactly the same as those shown
in the label of the electric pump.
- For three-phase versions, if the pump flow rate and / or head are low, change the direction
of rotation by reversing two phases.
MAINTENANCE
ANY MAINTENANCE OPERATION MUST BE DONE ON Y BY QUA IFIED
PERSONNE .
- No particular maintenance is required when the electric pump is used in normal conditions.
- In case of malfunction, turn the ON/OFF to OFF and then unplug the electric pump from the
mains, disconnecting the phase wires before the yellow/green wire:
- Contact the Customer Service immediately, specifying the following information:
- Type of Electric pump;
- Date of purchase;
- Date of commissioning;
- Full details about the defect found.
WARRANTY
The 24-month warranty against manufacturing defects is valid for any fault that may occur
within 24 months from the date of delivery to the user. Such date is specified in the Delivery
Note or the Invoice issued by the Dealer/Distributor. Without this relevant documentation, the
term (24 months) shall be deemed effective as of the date the product has been manufactured
(month/year), which is clearly marked on the product. The warranty is limited to the
replacement or repair, at BBC premises or at an authorized service center, of the products or
parts that are actually defective and does not imply the possibility of requiring any indemnity.
The warranty does not cover failures caused by: incorrect wiring, lack of adequate protection,
incorrect installation, lack of accuracy in the execution either of the system or the machine, any
type of corrosion or abrasion caused by the liquid pumped, non compliance with the limitations
of use specified in the instruction manual. Warranty shall not be recognised as valid if the
products are disassembled, repaired or altered by persons not expressly authorised.
Please, dispose of the product in a responsible manner, not as domestic waste.

NORMES GÉNÉRALES DE SÉCURITÉ
-Pour les opérations d'installation et d'entretien, utiliser des équipements de protection
individuels (EPI) conformes à la directive CEE 89/656.
-Ne pas transporter ni déplacer l’électropompe à l'aide du câble d'alimentation.
-Ne pas utiliser l’électropompe dans des piscines ou bacs en présence de personnes.

- Ne jamais enlever le filtre d’aspiration de l’électropompe pour risque d’être coupés/coincés.
Attention, posé au sol, le moteur peut perdre de la stabilité et tomber.

NIVEAU DE RUMOROSITE

INSTALLATION
VU QU'I S'AGIT D'UNE OPÉRATION COMP EXE ET POTENTIE EMENT
DANGEREUSE, S'ADRESSER EXC USIVEMENT À UN PERSONNE QUA IFIÉ.
Assemblage pompe et moteur (couplage suivant la norme NEMA) :
- Vérifier que le moteur a une puissance égale ou supérieure du la pompe;
-Positionner le moteur en position verticale ;
-Soulever la pompe et la baisser lentement en alignant l'emplacement présent dans le corps
aspirant avec le câble électrique du moteur. Conclure l'opération en introduisant le joint de la
pompe sur l'extrémité de l'arbre moteur ;
-Visser les vis de fixation moteur-pompe ;
-Monter le couvre-câble et le fixer ;
-Monter et fixer le filtre d'aspiration.
-Démarrer l’électropompe uniquement une fois l'installation terminée, ne pas le démarrer à
sec.
-Avant d'installer l'électropompe, vérifier que le câble d'alimentation soit débranché du réseau
électrique, qu'il soit intact et privé de coupures ou dommages suite à écrasement.
- Serrer le tuyau de décharge à la sortie de la pompe.
- Si la conduite de refoulement est en polyéthylène, soutenir l’électropompe par une corde
fixée aux trous sur la tête de l’électropompe.
-Fixer le câble d'alimentation au tuyau de refoulement à des intervalles de 3 mètres environ.
-On conseille d'installer des dispositifs de contrôle niveau pour éviter le fonctionnement à sec
de l'électropompe.
BRANCHEMENT ÉLECTRIQUE
VU QU'I S'AGIT D'UNE OPÉRATION COMP EXE ET POTENTIE EMENT
DANGEREUSE, S'ADRESSER EXC USIVEMENT À UN PERSONNE QUA IFIÉ.
-Connectez selon les exemples de schémas de câblage dans le manuel du moteur.
-Vérifier que les donnés de tension et fréquence de la ligne d’alimentation sont les mêmes
que ceux sur la plaque d’identification de l’électropompe.
-Pour les versions triphasées, si l'électropompe fournit des valeurs faibles de débit et/ou
pression, modifier le sens de rotation en inversant les deux phases entre elles.
ENTRETIEN
TOUTE INTERVENTION D'ENTRETIEN DOIT ÊTRE EFFECTUÉE EXC USIVEMENT PAR
UN PERSONNE QUA IFIÉ.
-Dans des conditions normales d'emploi, l’électropompe n'exige aucune opération d'entretien.
-En cas de dysfonctionnement, avec interrupteur désactivé, déconnecter l'électropompe du
réseau électrique en débranchant d'abord les conducteurs des phases, puis le conducteur de la
terre jaune/vert.
-Contacter le Service Assistance en communiquant les données suivantes :
-Modèle de la machine ;
-Date d'achat ;
-Date début service ;
-Indications détaillées relatives au défaut qui s'est vérifié.
GARANTIE
es produits sont garantis contre les défauts de production qui se manifestent dans les 24 mois à

NORMAS GENERALES DE SEGURIDAD Y LÍMITES DE EMPLEO
- Para las operaciones de instalación y mantenimiento use los dispositivos de protección individual
(DPI) conformes a la directiva CEE 89/656
- No transporte o mueva la electrobomba cogiéndolo por el cable eléctrico.
- a electrobomba no se puede utilizar en piscinas o cubas en presencia de personas.
- No utilice nunca la electrobomba para inmersión en líquidos peligrosos (tóxicos, inflamables,
etc.) o en ambientes potencialmente explosivos.
- Durante la fase de instalación y mantenimiento no trabaje nunca solo.
- Evite totalmente mover la electrobomba cuando esté en funcionamiento o con el cable de
alimentación conectado a la instalación eléctrica.
- No quitar por ningun motivo el filtro de aspiración por evitar riesgos de amputación o corte
- ¡Atención! Apoyada en el suelo, la electrobomba puede perder estabilidad y caer.

INSTALACIÓN
A TRATARSE DE UNA OPERACIÓN COMP EJA Y POTENCIA MENTE PE IGROSA,
DEBE EFECTUARSE EXC USIVAMENTE POR PERSONA CUA IFICADO.
Acoplamiento bomba y motor según normativa NEMA:
- Verificar que el motor tiene una capacidad igual o superior que la bomba;
- Sitúe el motor en posición vertical;
- evante la bomba y bájela despacio, poniendo en línea el asiento del cuerpo de aspiración con
el cable eléctrico del motor. Termine la operación insertando el casquillo de la bomba en el eje del
motor;
- Atornille los tornillos de fijación motor-bomba;
- Monte el cubrecable y fíjelo;
- Monte el filtro de aspiración y fíjelo.
- Arranque la electrobomba solo cuando la instalación esté completada, no lo arranque en seco.
- Antes de instalar la electrobomba, verifique que el cable de alimentación se encuentre
desconectado de la red eléctrica, no esté dañado ni presente cortes o daños por aplastamiento.
- Ajustar el tubo de impulsión a la salida de la electrobomba.
- Sujetar la electrobomba con una cuerda fijada a la manija evitando el contacto con el lodo.
- Fije el cable eléctrico al tubo de salida a intervalos de aproximadamente 3 metros.
- Se aconseja instalar dispositivos de control de nivel para evitar el
funcionamiento en seco.
CONEXIÓN ELÉCTRICA
A TRATARSE DE UNA OPERACIÓN COMP EJA Y POTENCIA MENTE PE IGROSA,
DEBE EFECTUARSE EXC USIVAMENTE POR PERSONA CUA IFICADO.
- Realizar la conexión según el ejemplo de esquema eléctrico, representado en el manual del
motor.
- Asegurarse que la tensión, frecuencia y corriente absorbida sean iguales a aquellas indicadas
en la tarjeta de identificación del motor.
- Para las versiones trifásicas, en el caso que la electrobomba no tenga buenos rendimientos de
caudal y/o altura, modifique el sentido de rotación invirtiendo entre sí dos fases.
MANTENIMIENTO
CUA QUIER INTERVENCIÓN DE MANTENIMIENTO DEBE SER EFECTUADA
SO AMENTE POR PERSONA CUA IFICADO
- En condiciones de empleo normales, la electrobomba no necesita ningún mantenimiento.
- En caso de mal funcionamiento, con el interruptor desconectado, desconecte la electrobomba de
la red eléctrica, primero desconectando los cables de las fases y por último el conductor de tierra
amarillo/verde.
- Contacte con el Servicio de Asistencia Técnica, comunicando los siguientes datos:
- Modelo de electrobomba;
- Fecha de compra;
- Fecha de instalación;
- Indicaciones detalladas del defecto localizado.
GARANTÍA
os productos están garantizados frente a los defectos de fabricación que se verifiquen dentro de
los 24 meses a partir de la fecha de entrega o compra. a fecha se deberá comprobar con el
albarán o la factura de compra emitida por el distribuidor. En ausencia de tal documentación, los
24 meses se calcularán a partir de la fecha de fabricación (mes/año) indicada en el producto. a
garantía está limitada a la sustitución o a la reparación, en la sede de BBC o en un centro de
asistencia autorizado, de los productos o de las piezas considerados defectuosos y no supone la
posibilidad de solicitar indemnización. a garantía no cubre las averías provocadas por errores de

ALLGEMEINE SICHERHEITSNORMEN
- Zur Installation und Wartung muss man die persönliche Schutzausrüstung (PSA) tragen,
nach EWG-Richtlinie 89/656.
- Nie mithilfe des Stromkabels transportieren oder bewegen.
- Die Elektropumpe nicht in Schwimmbecken oder Wannen verwenden, wenn sich darin
Personen aufhalten.
- Die Elektropumpe ist nicht zum Eintauchen in gefährliche Flüssigkeiten (giftige, entzündbare
Flüssigkeiten, usw.) geeignet, noch zur Nutzung in explosionsgefährdeten Umgebungen
- Bei der Montage und Wartung nicht alleine arbeiten.
- Die Elektropumpe nicht bewegen, wenn er in Betrieb ist oder wenn das Netzkabel nicht
abgetrennt wurde.
- Nicht entfernen den Filter der Elektropumpe, um die Gefahr von Schnitt- / gefangen zu
vermeiden
- Achtung! Steht die elektrische Pumpe auf dem Boden könnte die Stabilität beeinträchtigt

Zusammenbau der Pumpe mit dem Motor (NEMA-Stecker)
- Der Motor muss eistung gleich oder höher als die des Motors haben;
- Den Motor in die vertikale Stellung bringen;
- Die Pumpe anheben, langsam senken, den Sitz des Ansaugkörpers mit dem Motorkabel
ausrichten. Zum Abschluss setzt man das Verbindungsteil der Pumpe auf das Ende der
Motorwelle;
- Die Motor-Pumpen-Verbindungsschrauben anziehen;
- Die Kabelabdeckung montieren und befestigen;
- Den Ansaugfilter montieren und befestigen.
- Die Elektropumpe nur nach Abschluss der Installation in Betrieb nehmen, nicht trocken
starten.
- Vor der Installation der Elektropumpe muss man prüfen, dass das Stromkabel von dem Netz
abgetrennt wurde, es muss auch unversehrt, ohne Schnitt- oder Quetschstellen sein.
- Ziehen Sie den Ablaufschlauch an den Auslass der Pumpe.
- Wenn das Druckrohr aus Kunststoff (Polyäthylen) ist, muss die Elektropumpe mit einem Seil
zusätzlich befestigt werden.
- Fixieren Sie das Pumpenkabel in einem Mindestabstand von etwa 3 Meter am Steigrohr.
- Einen Trockenlaufschutz montieren, um sicher zu gehen, dass die Pumpe nicht trocken läuft.

- Schließen Sie nach den Beispielen der Schaltpläne im Motorhandbuch
- Prüfen, ob die Spannung, Frequenz und Stromverbrauch sind die gleichen wie die auf dem
Typenschild des Motors gezeigt.
- Sollte die Elektropumpe bei den Dreiphasen-Versionen, einen ungenügenden Förderstrom
oder –höhe bieten, muss man durch Umkehren der beiden Phasen die Drehrichtung ändern.
WARTUNG
WARTUNGSEINGRIFFE MÜSSEN VON QUA IFIZIERTEM FACHPERSONA
DURCHGEFÜHRT WERDEN.
- Bei Betrieb unter normalen Umständen sind Wartungsarbeiten nicht erforderlich.
- Bei einem Defekt isoliert man, bei deaktiviertem Schalter, die Elektropumpe vom Stromnetz,
dazu trennt man zuerst die Phasenleiter und dann die gelb/grüne Erdung ab.
- Den Kundendienst verständigen und folgende Daten angeben.
- Pumpenmodell,
- Kaufdatum;
- Datum Erstinbetriebnahme;
- Genaue Angaben zum Defekt.
GARANTIE
Ab dem Zeitpunkt der ieferung an den Verbraucher gewähren wir auf unsere Produkte 24
Monate Garantie ab ieferdatum oder ab Kauf. Belegt werden kann dieses Datum mit dem
ieferschein oder der Rechnung des Händler. Ohne diese Belege beginnt die Frist von 24-
Monaten-Garantie ab dem Zeitpunkt der Herstellung des Produkts ( Monat / Jahr ), der auf dem
Produkt eingraviert ist. Die Garantieleistung ist limitiert auf Austausch oder Reparatur am
Werkssitz der BBC oder in einem autorisierten Kundendienstcenter, unter der Voraussetzung,
dass die Produkte oder Ersatzteile tatsächlich defekt sind und schließt eine Entschädigung
bzw. eines Schadensersatz aus. Die Garantieleistung beinhaltet keine Defekte, die aus
folgenden Fehlern resultieren: falsche elektrische Verbindungen, Sicherheitsmängel, falsche
Montage, unsachgemäße Tätigkeiten, Korrosion oder Abschürfungen durch die genutzten
Flüssigkeiten und durch ein Nichtbeachten der Betriebsgrenzen aus der Gebrauchsanweisung.
Die Garantie verfällt bei Demontage, Reparaturen oder Manipulierungen durch nicht
autorisiertes Personal.
Dieses Produkt darf nicht zusammen mit dem normalem Hausmüll entsorgt werden.
