ON/OFF
① Turn on the device
Press and hold the button for 3 seconds to turn on the device,
the indicator light will light up and flash in green after 2
seconds, then the device is ready to work.
③ Lock the battery cover
Rotate the cover clockwise to lock it.

Tips: The battery is well installed when the indicator flashes
green and the BBQ device is ready to work.

② Turn off the device
Press and hold the button for 3 seconds to turn off the
device, the indicator light will turn red and goes out after
2 seconds, then the device is turned off.

●The device will turn off automatically if there’s no probe
inserted.
The device will turn off automatically when the battery is
low.
●
Indicator Light
●The indicator light will flash 4 times in red before low
battery automatic shutdown.
●The indicator light will flash in red every second during
the temperature alarm.
●The indicator light will flash in green every 3 seconds
when not connected.
●The indicator light will flash in green every 5 seconds
when connected.

Search the Inkbird Pro app from Google Play or App Store
to download it for free, or you can scan the QR code to
download it directly.
●Please make sure all of the following requirements are
met to download the app smoothly：
Your iOS device must be running iOS 10.0 or above to
download the Inkbird Pro app.
Your Android device must be running Android 4.4 or
above to download the Inkbird Pro app.

Install Probes

●Insert the probes into the device when the power is
turned on, then connect the device to your phone to
check the instant temperature.
●Please make sure probes are inserted into the center of
the food to get accurate temperature readings.
Connect to your phone

1.Press and hold the button for 3 seconds to turn on the
device.
2. Register before using the Inkbird Pro app. Select your
Country/Region, enter your phone number or e-mail, then
a verification code will be sent to you, enter it to confirm
your identity and the registration is done.
4. Open the App and switch it to Bluetooth mode.
5. Tap “＋” to choose the model of the device, then follow
the guide to pair the device with your phone.
3. Turn on Bluetooth on your phone and then enable the
Location Service.

Note: Please turn on GPS on your Android phone as Google
Play requires it to work fully.Once the device is successfully
paired with your phone, you will not need to pair it again
unless you change your phone.

●The maximum temperature for short time measurement
is 310℃/590℉ and the maximum temperature for long
time measurement is 250℃/482℉, the probe and the
metal wire will be burned out if the temperature goes
beyond the maximum number.

●Do not put probes or metal wire into fire or contact the
heating tube directly.
●Do not put probes or the metal wire into water, it may
lead to inaccurate measurements.
●Do not press probes and the metal wire too hard, it
may damage the the plastic film of the wire and lead to
short circuit.
