Only service personnel who have been professionally trained and have obtained may service
the sweeper.
If your sweeper is abnormal, refer to the Common Fault Analysis and Elimination and email us.
• WARNING: Risk of electric shock, use indoors in dry locations only.
• Your robot is not a toy. Do not sit or stand on this device. Small children and pets should be
supervised when your robot is operating.
• Store and operate your robot in room temperature environments only.
• Do not use this device to pick up sharp objects, glass, or anything that is burning or smoking.
• Do not use this device to pick up spills of water, bleach, paint, other chemicals, or anything wet.
• Do not spray or pour liquids on your robot.
• Before using this device, pick up objects like clothing, loose papers, pull cords for blinds or
curtains, power cords, and any fragile objects. If the device passes over a power cord and drags
it, there is a chance an object could be pulled off a table or shelf.
• If the room to be cleaned has a balcony, a physical barrier should be used to prevent access to
the balcony and ensure safe operation.
• Do not place anything on top of your robot.
• Be aware that the robot moves on its own. Take care when walking in the area that the robot is
operating in to avoid stepping on it.
• Do not operate the robot in areas with exposed electrical sockets in the floor.
• WARNING Shock Hazard: Your robot comes with a region approved power supply cord. Do

not use any other power supply cord. For replacement cords, please contact Customer Care to
ensure the proper selection of a country-specific power supply cord.
• This robot is intended for dry floor use only.
• WARNING Shock and Fire Hazard: This product is designed to be plugged into a standard
electical socket only. The product may not be used with any type of power converter. Use of
power converters will immediately void the warranty.
• Do not use non-rechargeable batteries. Use only the rechargeable battery supplied with the
product.
• CAUTION: Only charge one of the following: maximum 14.4V, maximum 3000mAh Ni-MH, or
maximum 3200mAh Li-ion battery. Other types of batteries may burst. Always contact Customer
Care to ensure the correct replacement of your battery.
• WARNING Shock Hazard: Do not use a Home Base with a damaged cord or plug. If the cord or
plug is damaged, it must be replaced.
• Always charge and remove the battery from your robot and accessories before long-term storage
or transportation.
• If you live in an area prone to electrical storms, it is recommended that you use additional surge
protection. Your robot’s Home Base should be protected with a surge protector in the event of
severe electrical storms.
• WARNING! Shock Hazard: Always disconnect your robot from the Home Base before cleaning
or maintaining it.
• Before every use, check the battery pack for any signs of damage or leakage. Do not charge
damaged or leaking battery packs.
• WARNING! Chemical Exposure: If the battery pack is leaking, do not allow the liquid to come in
contact with skin or eyes. If contact has been made, wash the affected area with copious
amounts of water and seek medical advice. Place the battery in a sealed plastic bag and
dispose of it safely according to local environmental regulations.
• The battery pack must be removed from the robot before disposal.
• WARNING! Fire or Explosion Hazard: Do not crush or dismantle battery packs. Do not heat or
place the battery pack near any heat source or direct sunlight. Do not incinerate or short-circuit
the battery pack. Do not subject batteries to mechanical shock.
• Do not immerse the battery pack in any liquid.
• Contact your local waste management authority for more information on battery recycling and
disposal regulations in your area.

USING YOUR ROBOT VACUUM
(1) Operating
1.Remove the protective materials from the robot vacuum cleaner and base.
2.Place the automatic dust emptying base against a wall, but make sure there is clear
space in the front of the base and on both sides of it.
Note: Please fully charge the robot vacuum cleaner before your first-time use. Manually
align the charging contacts of the robot vacuum cleaner with those on the base.

Notes:
lt takes up to 6 hours to reach a full charge. This will provide up to 150 minutes of cleaning
time on hard floors with minimum suction power.

Do not move the machine by hand after starting to
clean.
DON'T do any artificial behavior may obstacles the
machine is sweeping automatically. These will
result in the machine can't clean cleanly, or
cleaning program be messed, and the robot
vacuum will not be able to return to the charging
place properly.
If you need to interrupt cleaning to self charge,
please choose to pause cleaning and recharge on
the app instead of manually moving it to the front of
the charging station.

REGULAR ROBOT CARE
5. After injecting water into the two-in-one water
tank, close the two-in-one water tank, shake the
two-in-one water tank from left to right, pour out
the dirty water, and repeat several times until the
two-in-one water tank is cleaned.
6. Turn the two-in-one water tank over and
remove the mop support to replace the mop
or clean it.

1. If the mop is too dirty, it will affect the mopping effect, please clean it in time.
2. Be sure to remove the mop to clean and wring out the installation. Do not install it on the two-in-one
water tank for cleaning, otherwise it is easy to damage the two-in-one a tank of water.
3.It is recommended to replace the mop every 6-12 months to ensure the cleaning effect.

1. Press and hold the 2-in-1 water tank
release button while pulling the 2-in-1 water
tank outwards.
2. Snap the grip of the two-in-one water
tank dust box and remove the filter support.
4. Clean the debris on the filter and filter
card with a cleaning brush.

When the dust bag is full, the orange light of the dust collector flashes, or the APP notifies you,
please replace the dust bag in time. When the dust bag is in normal use, the white light is on.
If the orange light of the dust collecting station flashes after
replacing the dust bag, it is recommended to unplug the power
plug, reverse the dust collecting charging pile, and check
whether the dust channel is blocked by foreign matter. If the
dust passage is blocked, remove the transparent cover of the
dust passage with a screwdriver and clean out the foreign
matter by referring to the following figure.
Note: Violent disassembly is prohibited. When you're done, put
it back.
Use a damp cloth to clean all sensors and the robot top once per month.

Fault warning Solution
The charging is abnormal. Please
clear the charging contact area.
Please check whether the original power adapter is
used, please Check whether the charging seat is
placed in a horizontal position; Please close After
turning off the power supply of the host and charging
base, wipe the metal Contact plate.
There are too many obstacles near the charging seat, please place
the charging seat in an open area. The host is too far away from the
recharge seat, please place the host near the charging seat to try.
Battery power is low, please charge by the charging seat before
use; Ambient temperature too low (below 0°C) or too high (above
50°C)
The battery is low, please charge it by the charging seat before use.
