Assembling/operating your garment steamer
• Unwind and straighten the power cord.
• Always ensure the steamer is properly assembled before use.
• Steam a piece of unwanted fabric to remove any possibly remaining
production residues and odors from the steamer, and also to test the
most suitable temperatures for your fabrics.
1. Place the fabric in a dry and ventilated place and at least 20 cm (8
inches) away from any walls (otherwise moisture may cause
mildew).
2. Empty garment pockets and straighten turn-ups such as cuffs and
hems.
3. Hang the garment from a hanger and stretch the fabric slightly with
one hand, making sure there is nothing behind the fabric that could
be damaged by the steam.
4. Put the fabric brush against the garment, pressing and holding the
Steam Activation Button while moving your arm in an up and down
motion, targeting creases on the fabric.
5. Release the Steam Activation Button to stop.
6.When using the steamer without the fabric brush, keep a distance of
at least 5 cm (2 inches) between the steam head and the garment.
NOTE: Do not steam over metal accessories. Use with caution when
steaming around metal accessories.
WARNING: When using the garment steamer, do not touch the steam
head. Make sure the steamer head is facing away from you and in an
upright position.
This garment steamer will generate a large flow of high temperature
air that can cause burns if not handled carefully.
6.The garment steamer is designed to be used in an upright position
on hanging garments, as the steamer can easily move over the
fabric in an up and down motion.
7.The garment steamer is easy to use and is perfect for removing
wrinkles/creases from garments, curtains, and fabrics.
