Purpose
• To hoop very fine and delicate up to thick and rigid materials.
• To embroider trims and quilt sandwiches.
• To embroider right to the edge of the fabric.

Malfunction of Medically Necessary Equipment
Cardiac pacemakers or other medical devices can be significantly
interfered with in their function by the magnetic field of the
embroidery hoop.
Damage to Mmagnetic Storage Media, Electronic and
Mechanical Devices
Magnetic media and devices can be permanently damaged in their
function by the magnetic field of the embroidery hoop.
How to Store/Transport the Magnetic Embroidery Hoop
Do not place or store the components of the hoop on top of each
other without using an intermediate layer (the supplied separating
material or fabric). Separating the components of the hoop that lie
directly on top of each other can require a significant amount of force.
Keep the Magnetic Embroidery Hoop out of the reach or children.

Application
Preparing the Machine
> Update the firmware of the machine.
– b70 / V9.49 or higher
– b79 / V9.65 or higher
> Load the embroidery file «Crosshairs» for the corresponding hoop
size onto the machine.

Preparing the Embroidery Hoop
The Embroidery Hoop center does not correspond to the center of the
embroidery design. The embroidered crosshairs facilitate the placement
of the centering rulers for an improved positioning of the material.
> Lift the inner ring from the outer ring at the corner recesses and
remove the separating layer.
> Hoop some cut-away stabilizer, as described below.
> Attach the Magnetic Embroidery Hoop to the embroidery module.
> Embroider the embroidery file «Crosshairs» with a dark thread and
remove the embroidery hoop without moving the hoop components.

> Extend the embroidered crosshairs with ruler and pen in all directions
up to the inner edge of the inner ring.
> Stick the zero point of the centering rulers in extension of the
crosshair lines on all sides of the hoop. (Fig.3)
> Cut away overlapping ruler ends.
> Transfer the outer edges of the bracket to the centering ruler. (Fig.4)
How to Hoop the Material
> Place the material to be embroidered evenly on top of the outer ring.
> Position the inner ring with the bracket marking against the bracket.
(Fig.5) CAUTION!To avoid pinching the fingers between the
two hoop components, hold the inner ring at a corner recess.
> Carefully flip the inner ring down onto the material.
– Both hoop components are flush on top of each other.
> Tighten the material layers evenly in the embroidery hoop.
How to Rehoop the Material
> Center the embroidery hoop to the needle.
> Lift the inner ring at a corner recess to remove it from the outer ring.
> Reposition the material and hoop it again with the inner ring. (Fig.6)

> By using the functions «Absolute Check of the Design Position» or
«Check the Size of the Embroidery Design», reposition the
embroidery design and continue embroidering. (Fig.7)
