To Assemble:

Identify and Separate all the

PartsandHardware.

Install Casters (C) through Flat washer (D) to

the bottom of the Leg Frames (P-1) and tighten

with Caster wrench (F) as shown in illustra-

tions # 1.

Install the Top Cross Bar (P-2) on the top

of the Leg Frame (P-1) by using Socket

Screw (A), also install the bottom cross

bars (P-3) with same type of Socket

Screws (A). Tighten withAllenWrench

(E). See illustration # 2.

Do not use unless all screws are tight. At least every six months, check all screws

to be sure they are tight. If parts are missing, broken, damaged, or worn, stop use

of the product until repairs are made by your dealer using factory authorized parts.

Assemble Bottom Book Rack (P-6) on

each side of the Leg Frame (P-1) by

inserting threaded rod portion of Book

Rack through the bottom two holes on

Leg Frame (P-1) and fasten by using

Interior Threaded Post (B) and tighten

withAllen Wrench (E) per illustration

#3.

5. Assemble 4-Middle Book Rack (P-5) on

one side of Leg Frame (P-1) one at the

time. Insert the hook at the bottom of

Middle Book Rack (P-5) in to the loop of

the Bottom Book Rack (P-6) as shown in

illustration # 4a. Insert the threaded

portion on the end of each rack into the

opening hole on Leg Frame (P-1). Fasten

with Interior Threaded Post (B) and tighten

withAllen Wrench (E). Repeat the pro-

cess with the other 3 Middle Book racks

(P-5). Assemble the Top Book Rack (P-4)

this rack does not have loop like the

Middle book racks has use the interior

Threaded Post to fasten the book rack to

the leg at top. See Illustration # 4.

Assemble other set of 4-Middle Book

Rack (P-5) on other side of the Leg

Frame (P-1) by following step 4. See

illustration # 5.

Assemble the other Leg Frame (P-1) by

lining the threaded ends of the Book

Racks (P-4), (P-5) and (P-6) on the Leg

Frame (P-1). Make sure all the hooks on

the bottom of each book rack are in the

loops of others. Fasten by using Interior

Threaded Posts (B). Use Socket Screws

(A) to fasten the 3-Cross Bars (P-2) and

(P-3). Tighten withAllen Wrench (E).

Place the Tubs (P-7) sideway through the

Leg Frames (P-1) then turn them over so

rest on the Bottom Cross Bars (P-3).
