Measurethelength and widthofyournew board. Determine thewallcenter line and height

offthe floor thatyou want yournew board tobe located. Hold yourboard up inposition and

drawa line 3/8” above the top edge of yourboard and3/8” below the bottom edge of your

board. Ifyourwallhasstuds,determine the centerlineof thestuds. It is recommendedthat

you tie into as many studs as possible when mounting your board. .

NOTE: The proper installation of your board will require at least two people.

Tools required: Tape measure, chalkline, electric drill / screwdriver, drill and

screwdriver bits, stud finder and level. .

To Assemble and Attach to Wall:

IdentifyandSeparate all thePartsand Hardware.

Afteryouhave followed theguidelinesfrom the previouspage,install the correctnumber of Board

Mounts(B)forthe size boardyouaremounting to thewall. InstalltheBoard Mounts asshownin

Illustration#1andIllustration#1a.

3.) For all walls except sheet rock: .

Predrilla 5/16” diameter holeon theline thatwas drawn 3/8”below and 3/8” above the

top andbottom edges of your new board. Push in a PlasticAnchor(C) intothe predrilled

hole. Place the bottomhole inthe WallMount (B) ontop ofthe PlasticAnchor(C) and

attachusing one CS Screw(D). Repeat thisStep foreach WallMount that is required

for your size board. . .

5.) Place theGlass Board(P1) between andresting onthe step ledgeon each Wall Mount (B).

Secure the Glass Board (P1) in place by screwing in a Top Cap (A) into each treaded hole in

the Wall Mounts (B) as shown in Illustration #3 .

3a.) For sheet rock walls: .

Screwin a DrywallAnchor(F)on the linethat was drawn3/8” belowand 3/8” abovethe

top and bottom edges ofyour new board. Place thebottom holein the Wall Mount(B)

ontop ofthe Drywall Anchor (F) and attachusingone CSScrew (D). Repeat this Step

for each Wall Mount that is required for your size board. . .

Follow These Instructions to Install the Glass Tray

1.) Aftertheboardhas beeninstalled, pickthe location thatyou would likeyour tray tobe installed.

Marka line atleast 1”down from the bottom ofthe board. Makesure your location willnot

interferewith the bottom Mountsthatare holding theboard.

2.) Placethe GlassTray (P-2)on theline and markthe right and leftedgesof thetray on theline.

Measurein 1” from the edge marks of thetray andmake you marks.

3.) Predrill two 5/16” diameter holes at your marked points below the Glass Board on the wall. .

Pushin a PlasticAnchor(C)in eachhole.Attach aGlassTray Mount(E) overthe Plastic

Anchor (C) using one CS Screw(D) for each mount. .

4.) Slidein the GlassTray(P-2) intothe slots of theGlassTray Mounts(E) andsecure in placeby

tighteningtheplastic set screwsinthe bottom flangeofeach mount. asshownin illustration #2.

3a.) Screwin a DrywallAnchor(F) ateach of yourmarked pointsbelowthe Glass Boardon thewall.

Attacha GlassTrayMount (E)over the DrywalAnchor(F)using one CSScrew(D) for each mount.
