DESTINAZIONE D’USO
La vasca di lavaggio ad ultrasuoni è destinata al seguente uso:
• Per la pulizia di oggetti in genere nei seguenti settori: aerospaziale, farmaceutico, automobilistico,
navale, ltrazione, stampaggio, placcatura e nitura delle superci, semiconduttori, ecc..
• Per la pulizia di componenti meccanici: ingranaggi, valvole EGR, cuscinetti, ecc..
Non sono consentite le seguenti operazioni:
• È vietato l’utilizzo su persone o animali.
• Non inserire gioielli delicati, perle, ceramiche, orologi.
• È vietato l’utilizzo a temperature diverse da quelle indicate nella tabella DATI TECNICI.
• È vietato l’uso in ambienti contenenti atmosfere esplosive o potenzialmente tali.
• È vietato l’uso in ambienti umidi, bagnati; non esporre la vasca di lavaggio a pioggia o neve.
• È vietato l’uso per tutte le applicazioni diverse da quelle indicate.
SICUREZZA DELLA POSTAZIONE DI LAVORO
Utilizzare la vasca di lavaggio in una zona asciutta evitando umidità.
Non utilizzare la vasca di lavaggio in ambienti contenenti atmosfere potenzialmente esplosive
perché possono svilupparsi scintille in grado di incendiare polveri o vapori.
Evitare il contatto con apparecchiature in tensione, in quanto possono causare una scossa
elettrica.
Impedire che bambini o visitatori possano avvicinarsi alla postazione di lavoro mentre si sta
operando con la vasca di lavaggio. La presenza di altre persone provoca distrazione.
Non utilizzare la vasca di lavaggio in prossimità di materiale inammabile.
Attenzione alla temperatura della soluzione.
INDICAZIONE PER LA SICUREZZA DEL PERSONALE
• Si raccomanda la massima attenzione, avendo cura di concentrarsi sempre sulle proprie azioni. Non
utilizzare la vasca di lavaggio in caso di stanchezza o sotto l’effetto di droghe, bevande alcoliche o
medicinali.
IMPORTANTE LEGGERE COMPLETAMENTE IL PRESENTE MANUALE
PRIMA DI UTILIZZARE LA VASCA DI LAVAGGIO AD ULTRASUONI. IN
CASO DI MANCATO RISPETTO DELLE NORME DI SICUREZZA E DELLE
ISTRUZIONI OPERATIVE, POSSONO VERIFICARSI SERI INFORTUNI.

• Utilizzare sempre i seguenti dispositivi individuali di protezione:
• occhiali di protezione
• guanti di protezione per agenti sici
• indumenti protettivi di lavoro
• scarpe di sicurezza
• Durante l’utilizzo la vasca di lavaggio si surriscalda, in questa fase non toccare l’interno della vasca
a mani nude.
• Non operare sul cavo di alimentazione o sui comandi della vasca di lavaggio con le mani umide
o bagnate.
• Effettuare le operazioni di pulizia in ambienti adeguatamente areati ed asciutti.
• Non inalare eventuali gas nocivi sprigionati durante l’operazione di pulizia.
• Prima di riporre la vasca di lavaggio assicurarsi che la vasca si sia raffreddata raggiungendo
la temperatura ambiente.
INDICAZIONI DI SICUREZZA PER LA VASCA DI LAVAGGIO
• Periodicamente vericare l’integrità della vasca di lavaggio e del cavo di alimentazione.
• Non utilizzare la vasca di lavaggio se è danneggiata, poiché vi è rischio di scosse elettriche.
• La vasca di lavaggio non deve essere modicata. Le modiche possono ridurre l’efcacia delle misure
di sicurezza ed aumentare i rischi per l’operatore.
• Collegare il cavo di alimentazione alla presa di rete, assicurandosi che la tensione di rete sia quella
indicata sulla targhetta della vasca. (Vedere tabella DATI TECNICI)
• Non coprire in alcun modo la vasca di lavaggio durante il suo l’utilizzo. Garantire uno spazio adeguato
per la ventilazione.
• Staccare la presa di alimentazione quando la vasca di lavaggio non è in uso.
• Non utilizzare la vasca di lavaggio in ambienti umidi, bagnati, non esporlo a pioggia. Ambienti umidi e
contaminati aumentano il rischio di scosse elettriche.

UTILIZZO ACCURATO DELLA VASCA DI LAVAGGIO
• Posizionare la vasca di lavaggio su una supercie piana e pulita che sia in grado di sostenerne il peso.
• Lasciare spazio ai lati della vasca per un adeguato passaggio d’aria per le ventole di raffreddamento.
• Non azionare la vasca di lavaggio senza liquido interno. Assicurarsi che il rubinetto di scarico sia
chiuso. Riempire la vasca, assicurandosi che il liquido non superi il livello massimo e che abbia un
livello minimo di circa 7 cm.
• Utilizzare esclusivamente soluzioni a base d’acqua. Non utilizzare detergenti schiumogeni per la
pulizia di oggetti.
Soluzioni di pulizia fortemente acide o alcaline causano corrosione, ruggine o forature della
vasca o del corpo macchina. Per evitare questo problema diluire in una soluzione con pH
delicato.
• Non far cadere alcun oggetto direttamente nella vasca, per evitare danni. Adagiare sempre con
delicatezza i componenti da pulire all’interno del cestello.
• Durante la pulizia non sovrapporre gli oggetti, lasciare sempre uno spazio adeguato tra gli stessi per
una efciente pulizia.
• Durante l’utilizzo coprire sempre la vasca con il coperchio, per evitare spruzzi ed evaporazione del
liquido.
• Per il riempimento o svuotamento della vasca, scollegare sempre il cavo di alimentazione dalla rete.
• Fare attenzione durante la rimozione degli oggetti inseriti nella vasca, il liquido potrebbe essere caldo
e creare danneggiamenti.
• Ad operazioni ultimate procedere con lo svuotamento del liquido nella vasca attraverso il rubinetto di
scarico.
Il liquido presente nella vasca di lavaggio deve essere smaltito nel rispetto dell’ambiente e
delle leggi vigenti.
• Per la pulizia delle parti esterne della vasca, utilizzare un panno asciutto, scollegando sempre
l’alimentazione di rete. Non utilizzare mai panni umidi o bagnati.

LEGENDA/MODALITÀ
A: Display LED temperatura.
B: Display LED tempo di pulizia.
C: Riscaldamento:
- Premere questo tasto per avviare/interrompere la funzione di riscaldamento (al primo utilizzo il
dispositivo visualizzerà la temperatura ambiente).
D: Aumento della temperatura:
- Premere per impostare la temperatura.
- Premere una volta per aumentare la temperatura di 1°C; tenere premuto per aumentare di 10°C.
E: Riduzione della temperatura:
- Premere per impostare la temperatura.
- Premere una volta per ridurre la temperatura di 1°C; tenere premuto per ridurre di 10°C.
F: Degasaggio: soluzioni con molte bolle d’aria riducono l’efcacia della pulizia ad ultrasuoni.
- Attivando la funzione “Degas”, prima del processo pulitura, si rimuovono le bolle d’aria presenti nella
soluzione, migliorando l’efcacia del lavaggio seguente.
G: Soft: potenza al 60% per le applicazioni delicate.
H: Normale: potenza al 100% per le applicazioni normali.
I: Impostazione Timer aumento tempo:
- Premere questo tasto per impostare il tempo di pulizia.
- Premere una volta per aumentare il tempo di 1 minuto.
- Tenere premuto per aumentare il tempo di 10 minuti.
J: Impostazione Timer riduzione tempo:
- Premere una volta per ridurre il tempo di 1 minuto.
- Tenere premuto per ridurre il tempo di 10 minuti.

UTILIZZO/FUNZIONAMENTO
FASE AZIONE
1°
Selezionare la soluzione di pulizia: riempire la vasca per almeno ½ con la soluzione. Non superare
il livello di riempimento indicato.
NOTA: non utilizzare mai alcool, benzina o soluzioni inammabili, potrebbero causare incendi o
esplosioni. Utilizzare esclusivamente soluzioni a base di acqua.
2° Porre gli oggetti nel cestello, quindi abbassare lentamente il cestello nella vasca. Non posizionare gli
oggetti direttamente nella vasca (gli oggetti devono essere ricoperti completamente dalla soluzione).
3°
Collegare la vasca ad ultrasuoni ad una presa di alimentazione dotata di messa a terra. Dare tensio-
ne ed accendere l’interruttore posto sul retro della vasca.
NOTA: all’accensione del dispositivo viene visualizzata la temperatura ambiente. Il tempo e la tempe-
ratura di default sono gli ultimi impostati. (Tempo di default per l’utilizzo iniziale 3 minuti).
Timer
Premere + / - per impostare il tempo di pulizia. Quando il conto alla rovescio del timer arriva a 00:00
la pulizia ad ultrasuoni si arresta.
I tempi di lavaggio dipendono dalle condizioni del particolare da lavare, dal tipo di detergente e dalla
temperatura. Normalmente cicli di lavaggio di 15÷30 minuti sono sufcienti per una buona pulizia
dei pezzi.
NOTA: il dispositivo è dotato di funzione di memoria e accetta il tempo impostato l’ultima volta.
Riscaldamento
Premere il pulsante “Heating” per avviare o interrompere il riscaldamento. Premere + / - per impostare
la temperatura.
1) Per un risultato di pulizia ottimale, si consiglia una temperatura della soluzione di 40÷60°C.
Riscaldando l’acqua con il detergente scioglie il grasso e migliora l’efcacia dell’azione pulente.
2) Quando si imposta la temperatura, se la temperatura impostata supera la temperatura ambiente,
premere il tasto “Heating”. Si aziona la funzione di riscaldamento e si accende l’indicatore.
Se la temperatura impostata è inferiore alla temperatura ambiente, non si aziona la funzione di
riscaldamento e l’indicatore rimane spento.
3) La funzione di riscaldamento non si spegne automaticamente premere il tasto “Heating”.
NOTA: il dispositivo è dotato di funzione di memoria e accetta la temperatura impostata l’ultima volta.
Modalità di
degasaggio
Una volta impostato il timer e la temperatura, premere “Degas”. Si accenderà l’indicatore corrispon-
dente e il dispositivo funzionerà in modalità degasazione:
- funzionerà per 6 secondi e poi si spegnerà per 2 secondi, funzionerà altri 6 secondi ecc…
Verrà anche visualizzato il conto alla rovescia.
Il funzionamento ad intermittenza della funzione a ultrasuoni consente una più rapida degasazione
del liquido di pulizia.
Terminata la rimozione delle bolle dal liquido di lavaggio, per cambiare modalità premere “Soft” o
“Normal” l’indicatore della funzione degasaggio si spegnerà e accenderà l’indicatore della funzione
“Soft” o “Normal”.
Qualora si desideri interrompere l’operazione, premere nuovamente “Soft” o “Normal”. A questo pun-
to sia la funzione di riscaldamento che quella di pulizia a ultrasuoni si interromperanno e si spegnerà
l’indicatore corrispondente.

normale
Una volta impostato il timer e la temperatura, premere “Normal”. Si accenderà l’indicatore corrispon-
dente e il dispositivo funzionerà in modalità normale opererà quindi ininterrottamente con potenza
degli ultrasuoni a pieno regime e verrà visualizzato il conto alla rovescia.
Qualora si desideri cambiare modalità premere “Degas” o “Soft” l’indicatore della funzione normale si
spegnerà e si accenderà l’indicatore della funzione Degasaggio o Soft.
Qualora si desideri interrompere l’operazione, premere nuovamente “Normal”. A questo punto sia la
funzione di riscaldamento che quella di pulizia a ultrasuoni si interromperanno e si spegnerà l’indi-
catore corrispondente.
Modalità Soft
Una volta impostato il timer e la temperatura, premere “Soft”. Si accenderà l’indicatore corrisponden-
te e il dispositivo funzionerà in modalità “Soft”.
Qualora si desideri cambiare modalità premere “Degas” o “Normal” l’indicatore della funzione “Soft”
si spegnerà e si accenderà l’indicatore della funzione Degasaggio o Normale.
Qualora si desideri interrompere l’operazione, premere nuovamente “Soft”. A questo punto sia la fun-
zione di riscaldamento che quella di pulizia a ultrasuoni si interromperanno e si spegnerà l’indicatore
corrispondente.
NOTA: le funzioni “Degas” “Normal” e “Soft” non possono essere azionate contemporaneamente.

MANUTENZIONE
Gli interventi di manutenzione e di riparazione devono essere eseguiti da personale specializzato. Per
tali interventi potete rivolgervi al centro riparazioni di Beta Utensili S.P.A.
SMALTIMENTO
Il simbolo del cassonetto barrato riportato sull’apparecchiatura o sulla confezione indica che il prodotto,
alla ne della sua vita utile, deve essere smaltito separatamente dagli altri riuti urbani.
L’utilizzatore che intendesse smaltire questo strumento può:
- Consegnarlo presso un centro di raccolta di riuti elettronici od elettrotecnici.
- Riconsegnarlo al proprio rivenditore al momento dell’acquisto di uno strumento equivalente.
- Nel caso di prodotti ad uso esclusivo professionale, contattare il produttore che dovrà disporre
una procedura per il corretto smaltimento.
Il corretto smaltimento di questo prodotto permette il riutilizzo delle materie prime in esso contenute ed
evita danni all’ambiente ed alla salute umana.
Lo smaltimento abusivo del prodotto costituisce una violazione della norma sullo smaltimento di riuti
pericolosi, comporta l’applicazione delle sanzioni previste.
GARANZIA
Questa attrezzatura è fabbricata e collaudata secondo le norme attualmente vigenti nella Comunità
Europea. E’ coperta da garanzia per un periodo di 12 mesi per uso professionale o 24 mesi per uso
non professionale.
Vengono riparati guasti dovuti a difetti di materiale o di produzione, mediante ripristino o sostituzione dei
pezzi difettosi a nostra discrezione. L’effettuazione di uno o più interventi nel periodo di garanzia non
modica la data di scadenza della stessa.
Non sono soggetti a garanzia difetti dovuti all’usura, all’uso errato od improprio e a rotture causate da
colpi e/o cadute. La garanzia decade quando vengono apportate modiche, quando lo strumento viene
manomesso, quando viene inviato all’assistenza smontato.
Sono espressamente esclusi danni causati a persone e/o cose di qualsiasi genere e/o natura, diretti
e/o indiretti.

PURPOSE OF USE
The ultrasonic cleaner can be used for the following purposes:
• Cleaning items from the following industries: aerospace, pharmaceutical, automotive, marine, ltration,
moulding, plating & surface nishing, semiconductors etc.
• Cleaning mechanical parts: gears, EGR valves, bearings etc.
The ultrasonic cleaner must not be used for the following operations:
• Use on people or animals.
• Use for soft jewellery, pearls, ceramics, watches.
• Use at any temperatures other than those stated in the TECHNICAL DATA table.
• Use in environments containing explosive, or potentially explosive, atmospheres.
• Use in damp or wet environments; exposure to rain or snow.
• Use for any applications other than the stated ones.
WORK AREA SAFETY
Use the cleaner in a dry area, avoiding humidity.
Do not operate the cleaner in environments containing potentially explosive atmospheres, because
sparks may be generated which can ignite the dust or fumes.
Avoid contact with live equipment, as electric shocks may be caused.
Keep children and bystanders away from your workplace while operating the cleaner. Other
people may distract you.
Do not use the cleaner near ammable material.
Pay attention to the temperature of the solution.
PERSONNEL SAFETY
• Stay alert; watch what you are doing. Do not use the cleaner while tired or under the inuence of drugs,
alcohol, or medication.

• Always use the following personal protective equipment:
• safety shoes
• eye protection
• protective workwear
• protective gloves against physical agents
•During use the cleaner gets overheated. Do not touch the interior of the cleaner with your bare hands
at this stage.
•Do not operate the power supply cable or the controls of the cleaner with damp or wet hands.
•Use the cleaner in well-aired, dry rooms.
•Do not inhale any harmful gases that may be released during the cleaning operations.
•Before replacing the cleaner, make sure that it has cooled to room temperature.
CLEANER SAFETY
•Periodically check that the cleaner and the power supply cable are free from defects.
•Do not use the cleaner if damaged, because electric shocks may occur.
•Do not modify the cleaner. This can reduce the effectiveness of safety measures and increase
operator risk.
•Connect the power supply cable to the mains socket, checking that the mains voltage matches the
voltage stated on the plate of the cleaner. (See TECHNICAL DATA table)
•Do not cover the cleaner while using it. Allow for an adequate amount of space for ventilation.
•Unplug the cleaner when not in use.
•Do not use the cleaner in humid or wet environments; do not expose it to rain. Wet and contaminated
environments increase the risk of electric shocks.

WEAR PROTECTIVE MASK AGAINST PHYSICAL AGENTS
CLEANER USE AND CARE
• Place the cleaner on a at, clean surface that can support its weight.
•Allow for a proper amount of space at the sides of the tank, so that the cooling fans can receive
adequate ventilation.
• Do not operate the unit without uid in the tank. Ensure that the drain tap is in the closed position. Fill
the tank, ensuring that the uid is not higher than the max. mark, and that there is a minimum depth
of 7 cm.
• Use only water-based solutions. Do not use any detergent solutions to clean items.
Strong acid or alkaline cleaning solutions will cause corrosion, rust or puncture of tank or
machine body. To overcome this problem, dilute to a mild pH solution.
•Do not drop any item into the tank, as this may cause damage. Always place the items to clean gently
into the basket.
•Do not overlap items while cleaning; always allow plenty of clear space between the items to ensure
efcient cleaning.
• Keep the lid on during use; this will prevent splashes and reduce evaporation of the uid.
• Always remove the power plug from the socket before lling or emptying the tank.
• Take care when removing items from the cleaning tank, as the uid is likely to be hot, and displaced
uid can cause damage.
• When cleaning is complete, empty the tank through the drain tap.
The uid in the cleaner should be disposed of in an environmentally friendly way and in
compliance with current laws.

OPERATION GUIDELINES
Step Action
1°
Select your cleaning solution: ll at least ½ of the tank with the solution. Do not exceed the lling line.
NOTE: Do not use alcohol, petrol or ammable solutions. Doing so could cause a re or explosion.
Use only water-based solutions.
2° Place the items into the basket; then slowly lower the basket into the tank. Do not allow the items to
contact the tank bottom (the solution should cover the items).
3°
Plug the cleaner into a grounded outlet.
Power on and turn on the power switch on the back side of the cleaner.
NOTE: When the device is powered on, the room temperature will be displayed. The default time and
temperature are those you set last time. (3 minutes’ default time for initial use).
Timer Press + / - to set the cleaning time. When the timer counts down to 00:00, the ultrasonic cleaner will
stop working.
The cleaning time depends on the conditions of the item to clean, the type of detergent used and
temperature. Cleaning cycles of 15÷30 minutes are usually enough to clean the items properly.
NOTE: The device comes with the memory function and acquiesces in the time you set last time.
Heating
Press the “Heating” key to start or stop heating. Press + / - to set the temperature.
1) To get the best cleaning result, the recommended solution temperature is 40÷60 °C. Warm water
and detergent will soften grease and improve the cleaning result.
2) When setting the temperature, if the set temperature exceeds the room temperature, press the
“Heating” key. Heating will be started and the indicator will turn on.
If the set temperature is lower than the room temperature, heating will not be started, and the indicator
will not turn on.
3) Heating will not shut off automatically; press the “Heating” key.
NOTE: The device comes with the memory function and acquiesces in the temperature you set last
time.
Degas mode
After the timer and temperature have been set, press “Degas”. The corresponding indicator will go on,
and the device will work in “Degas” mode:
- It will work for 6 seconds, stop for 2 seconds, then work for 6 seconds etc.
The countdown will be displayed.
The intermittent operation of ultrasonic power results in quicker degassing of the cleaning liquid.
After the air bubbles have been removed from the cleaning liquid, to change mode, press “Soft” or
“Normal”. The “Degas” indicator will turn off, and the indicator for the “Soft” or “Normal” mode will
turn on.
If you want to stop working, just press “Soft” or “Normal” again. Both heating and ultrasonic cleaning
will stop, and the corresponding indicator will turn off.

and the corresponding indicator will turn off.
Soft mode
After the timer and temperature have been set, press “Soft”. The corresponding indicator will turn on,
and the device will work in “Soft” mode.
If you want to switch to the other mode, just press “ “Degas” or “Normal”; the “Soft” indicator will turn
off, and the indicator for the “Degas” or “Normal” mode will turn on.
If you want to stop working, press “Soft” again. Then both heating and ultrasonic cleaning will stop,
and the corresponding indicator will turn off.

Maintenance and repair jobs must be carried out by trained personnel. For such jobs, you can contact
Beta Untensili S.P.A.’s repair centre.
DISPOSAL
The crossed-out wheelie bin symbol on the equipment or packaging means that the product should be
collected separately from other types of urban waste at the end of its useful life.
Any user who is going to dispose of this tool can:
- deliver it to an appropriate collection facility for electronic or electrotechnical equipment;
- return it to the dealer upon purchase of a new, equivalent item of equipment;
- in case of a product for professional use only, contact the manufacturer which will arrange for
the product to be properly disposed of.
Proper disposal of this product allows the raw materials contained in it to be reused and prevents da-
mage to the environment or human health.
Illegal disposal of this product is a violation of the provision concerning the disposal of hazardous waste
and will give way to the application of such nes as provided for under current regulations.
WARRANTY
This tool is manufactured and tested in accordance with current EU regulations. It is covered by a
12-month warranty for professional use or a 24-month warranty for nonprofessional use.
We will repair any breakdowns caused by material or manufacturing defects by xing the defective
pieces or replacing them at our discretion.
Should assistance be required once or several times during the warranty period, the expiry date of this
warranty will remain unchanged.
This warranty will not cover defects due to wear, misuse or breakdowns caused by blows and/or falls.
In addition, this warranty will no longer be valid if any changes are made, or if the tool is damaged or
sent to the customer service in pieces.
This warranty explicitly excludes any damage to people and/or things, whether direct or consequential.

DESTINATION D’UTILISATION
La cuve de lavage à ultrasons est destinée à l'utilisation suivante :
• Pour le nettoyage d'objets en général dans les secteurs suivants : aérospatial, pharmaceutique,
automobile, naval, ltrage, moulage, plaquage et nition des surfaces, semi-conducteurs etc.

SÉCURITÉ DU POSTE DE TRAVAIL
Utiliser la cuve de lavage dans une zone sèche en évitant l'humidité.
Ne pas utiliser la cuve de lavage dans des milieux contenant des atmosphères potentiellement
explosives car des étincelles peuvent donner feu aux poussières ou vapeurs.
Éviter le contact avec des appareils sous tension, car ils sont susceptibles de causer une secousse
électrique.
Empêcher que des enfants ou des visiteurs puissent s'approcher du poste de travail pendant
l'utilisation de la cuve de lavage. La présence d'autres personnes peut distraire.
Ne pas utiliser la cuve de lavage à proximité de matériau inammable.
Attention à la température de la solution.
RECOMMANDATIONS POUR LA SÉCURITÉ DU PERSONNEL
• La plus grande attention doit être apportée aux actions effectuées. Ne pas utiliser la cuve de lavage en

• Utiliser systématiquement les équipements de protection individuelle suivants :
• chaussures de sécurité
• lunettes de protection
• vêtements de travail de protection
• gants de protection contre les agents physiques
•Pendant l'utilisation, la cuve de lavage surchauffe, lors de cette phase, ne pas toucher l'intérieur de
la cuve à mains nues.
•Ne pas intervenir sur le câble d'alimentation ou sur les commandes de la cuve de lavage avec les
mains humides ou mouillées.
•Effectuer les opérations de nettoyage dans des locaux correctement aérés et secs.
•Ne pas inhaler les éventuels gaz nocifs libérés pendant l'opération de nettoyage.
•Avant de ranger la cuve de lavage, s'assurer que la cuve ait refroidi et ait atteint la température
ambiante.
INDICATIONS DE SÉCURITÉ POUR LA CUVE DE LAVAGE
• Vérier périodiquement l'intégrité de la cuve de lavage et du câble d'alimentation.
•Ne pas utiliser la cuve de lavage si elle est endommagée à cause du risque de secousses électriques.
• La cuve de lavage ne doit pas être modié. Les modications peuvent réduire l’efcacité des mesures
de sécurité et augmenter les risques pour l'opérateur.
•Brancher le câble d'alimentation à la prise en s'assurant que la tension de réseau soit celle indiquée
sur la plaque de la cuve. (Consulter le tableau DONNÉES TECHNIQUES)
•Ne couvrir en aucun cas la cuve de lavage pendant son utilisation. Prévoir un espace approprié pour
l'aération.
•Débrancher la prise électrique lorsque la cuve de lavage n'est pas utilisée.
•Ne pas utiliser la cuve de lavage dans des milieux humides, mouillés, ne pas l'exposer à la pluie. Les
milieux humides et contaminés augmentent le risque de secousses électriques.

UTILISATION ATTENTIVE DE LA CUVE DE LAVAGE
• Positionner la cuve de lavage sur une surface plate et propre en mesure de soutenir le poids.
•Laisser un espace sur les cotés de la cuve pour le passage de l'air pour les ventilateurs de
refroidissement.
•Ne pas actionner la cuve de lavage sans liquide interne. S'assurer que le robinet d'écoulement soit
fermé. Remplir la cuve en s'assurant que le liquide ne dépasse pas le niveau maximum et que le
niveau minimum soit d'environ 7 cm.
•Utiliser exclusivement des solutions à base d'eau. Ne pas utiliser de détergents mousseux pour le
nettoyage d'objets.
Des solutions de nettoyage fortement acides ou alcalines provoquent la corrosion, la rouille
ou peuvent trouer la cuve ou le corps de la machine. Pour éviter ce problème, diluer dans
une solution avec pH délicat.
•Ne pas faire tomber d'objets directement dans la cuve pour éviter les dommages. Placer délicatement
les composants à nettoyer dans le panier.
• Pendant le nettoyage, ne pas superposer les objets, laisser un espace sufsant entre eux pour un
nettoyage efcace.
•Pendant l'utilisation, placer systématiquement le couvercle sur la cuve pour éviter les éclaboussures
et l'évaporation du liquide.
• Pour remplir ou vider la cuve, débrancher systématiquement le câble d'alimentation du réseau.
•Faire attention pendant le retrait des objets se trouvant dans la cuve, le liquide pourrait être chaud et
créer des dommages.
•Lorsque les opérations sont terminées, procéder à la vidange du liquide de la cuve à travers le robinet
d'écoulement.
Le liquide présent dans la cuve de lavage doit être écoulé dans le respect de l'environnement
et des lois en vigueur.
•Pour le nettoyage des parties externes de la cuve, utiliser un chiffon sec, après avoir l'avoir débranchée
de l'alimentation de réseau. Ne jamais utiliser de chiffons humides ou mouillés.

UTILISATION/FONCTIONNEMENT
Phase Action
1)
Sélectionner la solution de nettoyage : remplir la cuve à moitié avec la solution. Ne pas dépasser le
niveau de remplissage indiqué.
NOTE : ne jamais utiliser d'alcool, d'essence ou de solutions inammables qui pourraient causer des
incendies ou explosions. Utiliser exclusivement des solutions à base d'eau.
2) Placer les objets dans le panier, puis abaisser lentement le panier dans la cuve. Ne pas mettre les
objets directement dans la cuve (les objets doivent être complètement recouverts de solution).
3)
Brancher la cuve à ultrasons à une prise d'alimentation munie de mise à la terre.
Apporter de la tension et actionner l'interrupteur situé à l'arrière de la cuve.
NOTE : lorsque le dispositif est mis en marche, la température ambiante s'afche. La durée et la
température par défaut sont les dernières programmées. (Durée par défaut pour l'utilisation initiale
: 3 minutes).
Timer
Appuyer sur + / - pour programmer la durée du nettoyage. Quand le compte à rebours du timer arrive
à 00:00, le nettoyage à ultrasons s'arrête.
Les durées de lavage dépendent des conditions de l'objet à laver, du type de détergent et de la
température. Normalement, des cycles de lavage de 15÷30 minutes sont sufsants pour un bon
nettoyage des pièces.
NOTE : le dispositif est muni de fonction de mémoire et accepte la durée programmée la dernière
fois.
Réchauffement
Appuyer sur la touche “Heating” pour lancer ou interrompre le réchauffement. Appuyer sur + / - pour
programmer la température.
1) Pour un excellent nettoyage, une température de la solution de 40÷60 ℃ est recommandée. En
chauffant l'eau avec le détergent, la gras se dissout et améliore l'efcacité de l'action de nettoyage.
2) Lorsque l'on programme la température, si cette dernière dépasse la température ambiante,
appuyer sur la touche “Heating”. La fonction de réchauffement s’actionne et l'indicateur s'éclaire.
Si la température programmée est inférieure à la température ambiante, la fonction de réchauffement
ne s'actionne pas et l'indicateur reste éteint.
3) La fonction de réchauffement ne s'éteint pas automatiquement, appuyer sur la touche “Heating”.
NOTE : le dispositif est doté de fonction de mémoire et accepte la température programmée la
dernière fois.
Modalité de
dégazage
Après avoir programmé le timer et la température, appuyer sur “Degas”. L'indicateur correspondant
s'éclairera et le dispositif fonctionnera en modalité dégazage :
- il fonctionnera pendant 6 secondes puis s'éteindra pendant 2 secondes, fonctionnera à nouveau 6
secondes etc.
Le compte à rebours sera également afché.
Le fonctionnement intermittent de la fonction à ultrasons permet un dégazage plus rapide du liquide
de nettoyage.
Après l'élimination des bulles du liquide de lavage, pour changer de modalité, appuyer sur “Soft”
ou “Normal”, l’indicateur de la fonction dégazage s'éteindra et l'indicateur de la fonction “Soft” ou
“Normal” s'éclairera.
Si l'on souhaite interrompre l'opération, appuyer à nouveau sur “Soft” ou “Normal”. A ce stade, tant
la fonction de réchauffement que la fonction de nettoyage à ultrasons s'interrompront et l'indicateur
correspondant s'éteindra.
