Thank you very much for your choice of our products and please read this manual carefully before
using!
I. Overview
ZB500S Automatic Solder Cream Mixer makes solder cream move downward constantly through
centrifugal force generated by revolution and cooperation with energy from rotation at 45 degree
angle of axis of revolution. Solder cream located in the tank bottom makes upward movement from
the surrounding, which forms a tornado-funnel shaped stirring action, and it can stir, soften and
defoam the solder cream with appropriate viscosity. Solder cream has good wettability, even
diffusivity, excellent printing effect after mixing, which achieves the best welding performance when
reflowing soldering. Its characteristics are as follows:
·There is special control circuit, adjustable mixing time and easy operation.
·Solder cream is placed by 45 degrees and rotates along axis direction and solder cream won't
stick to the pot cover.
·Smooth operation, low noise, temperature return naturally and bubble remove in the process of
mixing.
·There is no need to open cover for solder cream pot and it is convenient and safe for
pick-and-place.
·There is safety device to ensure the personal safety.

IV. Installation and debugging
1. Remove the packaging, read this manual carefully. Both hands hold the base to lift the host in right
direction, put host well onto solid and smooth ground.
2. Open the lock, open machine cover, run revolution-running device clockwise by hand, fixture of
solder cream pot should make corresponding rotation movement at the same time.
3. Confirm the power and turn power switch to OFF position and connect to the power supply.
4. Connect ground electrode of the host.
V. Operating steps
Step1: Loose the lock button and open the machine cover.
Step2: Take solder cream and put lining (remarks: don't need to add lining if solder cream diameter is
more than φ64.), take attached balance weights 500g.

Step3: Put solder cream and balance weights into solder cream pot (remarks: if we mix 2 bottles of
solder cream at the same time, we can cancel balance weights).
Step4: Cover machine cover and lock machine lock.
Step5: Set reference of mixing time at 15 minutes (remarks: H-hours, M-minutes, S-seconds in time
relay), set to 15M00.

Step6: Turn on the power supply, open the power supply switch, boot device to begin mixing.

Step7: When mixing time is over and mixing head stops rotating, press stop button, turn the power off
and remove the solder cream.
Note: If we need to mix two bottles of solder cream at the same time, we should make sure that the
weight is roughly equal and difference is not more than 50 grams. If we just need to mix one bottle of
solder cream, we choose balance weight 500g according to weight of solder cream or use an empty
solder cream pot to load unused solder cream (or other items) which has equal weight as a balance
weight.
VI. Maintenance
Solder cream mixer is precise machinery and equipment and it will prolong the service life via
frequent maintenance.
1. Machine uses fully-enclosed bearing and please keep machine clean.
2. Rotation devise belt is not durable item and please replace in the case of breakage.
VII. Matters needing attention
1. Mixing operation is strictly prohibited when opening cover or unlocking.
2. There are some vibrations when machine runs so machine should be placed in a smooth and
solid place. If there is intense and abnormal vibration noise when machine runs, please shut the
power immediately and after all parts of machine stop running, please open cover for check and
troubleshooting.

3. Before starting of machine, please make sure that there is no tool, gloves or other items in
the machine, solder cream pot is placed correctly and weight difference on both sides of
operation unit is not more than 50 grams, otherwise it will cause violent vibration of machine
and lead machine damage in operation.
4. After ending of operation or pressing STOP button in the process of operation to make
machine stop running, please make sure that mixing head is stopped fully via observation
window and then open lock to open cover for further operation.

IX. After-sales service
This machine warranty period is 12 months from the date of purchase; we will repair for free if
it doesn't belong to man-made fault during the warranty period. In the case of man-made fault or
beyond warranty period, we will take maintenance fee according to the circumstances and guarantee
lifelong maintenance.
