Bearing and Gear Puller
Mechanical puller for removing bearings, gears and bushes from shafts.
Suitable for engineering, automotive, marine and agricultural applications.
Included
2 / 2 circular puller halves made of forged steel
with the dimensions:
1 1/4 "- 2 1/4 " (30 mm - 50 mm)
2 / 2 circular puller halves made of forged steel
with the dimensions:
2 1/4" - 3 1/2" (30 mm - 75 mm)
Bolt: 9,5 mm x L 125 x 3 / 8 "x 24UNF Bolt: 12,7 mm x L 135 mm x 1 / 2 "x 20UNF
Extention: 3/8" x 16UNC Extention: 3/8" x 15UNC
The product consists of a chromium-vanadium alloy and meets the highest quality standards.
Notes:
The manufacturer is not liable for damage to the shells of A, caused by the operation of the pressure
screw E, with a hammer instead of a wrench.
The L-shaped brackets Fmay be only used in pairing. The use of brackets as crowbar is strongly
discouraged.
Do not use the puller for pulling bearings and / or gear with too small outer diameters. All damage by
improper use of the tool, falling out of the guarantee facility of the manufacturer.

OPERATION
Using at gears and bearings
1.
Take the two semi-
circular
Shells A
2.
Set this to the object that
be pulled.
3.
Connect the shells with
screws B.
4.
Remove security ring of
the bearing / gear, the
semi-circular shells A
grips around the bearing
or gear.
5.
Now attach the two
screws Cto the shell unit
A
6.
Insert the bracket D, on
the screws Cand secure
with the help of the
accompanying nuts.
7.
Turn the screw Ethrough
the central thread of the
bracket Dto the object to
be extracted.
8.
Turn the pressure screw
Eclockwise until the
bearing or gear is
removed.
Using at pulley
1.
During removal of a
pulley, first insert the
puller jaws Fto the
pulley.
2.
Attach the puller jaws F
to the mounting
brackets Dand secure
the puller jaws with the
associated nuts.
3.
Turn the pressure screw Einto the central
threaded of the bracket Duntil the pressure screw
touch the pulley. By tightening of the screw E, you
can pull out the pulley.
