Vacuum-Ausbeulsatz
mit Handpumpe
ALLGEMEIN
Der Ausbeulsatz dient dem Ausbeulen großer Flächen und ist durch die Handpumpe unabhängig von
Druckluftsystemen.

SICHERHEITSHINWEISE
Verwenden Sie das Gerät in einem geeigneten Arbeitsbereich. Halten Sie diesen Bereich frei von
nicht benötigten Werkstücken und Werkzeugen.
Sorgen Sie für ausreichende Beleuchtung.
Prüfen Sie die ordnungsgemäße Funktion des Geräts vor jeder erneuten Verwendung. Ersetzen
Sie defekte oder verschlissene Komponenten umgehend.
Tragen Sie bei der Verwendung dieses Beulenhammers stets eine geeignete Sicherheitsbrille
(oder einen Gesichtschutz) sowie Schutzhandschuhe.
Legen Sie zu lockere Kleidung, Krawatten, Armbanduhren, Ringe sowie andere lose
Schmuckstücke vor der Arbeit ab und binden Sie langes Haar zurück oder zusammen.
Tragen Sie angemessene Arbeitskleidung und halten Sie Hände und Körper fern von
bewegenden Komponenten.
Wahren Sie einen sicheren Stand. Lehnen Sie sich nicht zu weit vor. Gehen Sie sicher, dass der
Fußboden nicht rutschig ist und tragen Sie rutschfeste Sicherheitsschuhe.
Halten Sie Kinder und unerlaubte Personen vom Arbeitsplatz fern.
Sichern Sie das Werkstück vor der Verwendung des Beulenhammers.

ANWENDUNG
1. Nehmen Sie den passenden Saugkopf, entfernen Sie die Schutzkappe und schrauben Sie den
Saugkopf an das Grundgerät. Eine handfeste Montage ist ausreichend.
2. Verschießen Sie das Unterdruckventil.
3. Setzen Sie den Saugkopf auf die auszubeulende Stelle.
4. Durch mehrmaliges Betätigen der Handpumpe ensteht ein Unterdruck, das Gerät saugt sich am
Karosserieteil fest.
5. Beulen lassen sich nun durch Betätigen des Gleithammers entfernen. Der Gleithammer muss
dafür schnell gegen den oberen Anschlag geschlagen werden.
6. Zum Entfernen vom Saugkopf / Ausbeulgerät das Unterdruckventil öffnen.

Vacuum Dent Puller Kit
with Hand Pump
GENERAL INFORMATION
The dent puller kit serves for the repair of large dents and, due to the hand pump, it is independent of
compressed air systems.
CONTENTS
Basic unit with slide hammer and hand pump
3 changeable suction heads, Ø 70 mm, Ø 100 mm, Ø 125 mm
SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Use the device in a suitable working space. Keep the area free from unused materials and tools.
Provide for sufficient lighting.
Check the device for proper functioning every time you want to use it. Immediately replace
defective or worn components.
When you use this body hammer always wear appropriate safety goggles (or a face protection) as
well as protective gloves.
Take off all loose clothing, ties, wrist watches, rings and any other loose jewelry before you start
your work and tie up or contain long hair.
Wear adequate working clothes and keep hands and body away from moving components.
Make sure for a safe foothold. Do not lean over too much. Make sure that the floor is not slippery
and wear slip-resistant safety shoes.
Keep children and unauthorized persons away from the workplace.
Secure the work piece before you use the body hammer.

USE
1. Choose a suitable suction head, remove the protective cap and screw the suction head to the
basic unit. It is sufficient to fasten it finger-tight.
2. Close the vacuum valve.
3. Place the suction head on the area to be flattened out.
4. Actuating the hand pump several times will generate a vacuum and the device attaches itself to
the car body part.
5. Now, dents can be flattened out by actuating the slide hammer. To do so, the slide hammer needs
to be thrust quickly against the upper limit stop.
6. Open the vacuum valve to remove the suction head / dent puller tool.

Juego de reparación de abolladuras con vacío y

INFORMAACION GENERAL
Este juego sirve para reparar las abolladuras, y debido a la bomba manual, es independiente de los
sistemas de aire .

INSTRUCCIONES DE SEGURIDAD
Use el dispositivo en un lugar de trabajo adecuado. Mantenga la zona libre de herramientas y
cosas que no use.
Provéase de suficiente luz.
Compruebe que el dispositivo está bien y funciona correctamente cada vez que quiera usarlo.
Cambie inmediatamente cualquier parte que este dañada o gastada.
Cuando use este martillo lleve siempre guantes de seguridad adecuados así como gafas de
seguridad.
Retire toda la ropa floja, relojes, anillos, y todo aquello que pueda engancharse antes de trabajar.
Lleve ropa de trabajo adecuada y mantenga las manos y el cuerpo lejos de las partes móviles.
Esté en una posición cómoda. Esté seguro de que el suelo no está resbaladizo y lleve calzado
antideslizante.
Mantenga a los niños y a las personas no autorizadas lejos de la zona de trabajo.
Asegure la pieza de trabajo antes de usar el martillo.

USO
1. Elija un cabezal de succión adecuado, quite la tapa protectora y atorníllelo a la unidad básica. Es
suficiente con hacerlo manualmente.
2. Cierre la válvula de vacío.
3. Coloque el cabezal de succión en una zona plana.
4. Accionando la válvula manual varias veces generará un vacío y el dispositivo se adhirá a la
carrocería.
5. Ahora, las abolladuras pueden ser aplanados accionando el martillo deslizante. Para hacerlo, el
martillo deslizande necesita ser empujado rápidamente contra el límite superior.
6. Abra la válvula de vacío para quitar el cabezal de succión y la herramienta.
