바닥면의 배터리 캡을 부속된 전용 렌치로 분리하고 부속 배터리(LR43)
2개를 그림과 같이 넣은 후 배터리 캡을 조여 주십시오.
배터리 방향을 반대로 넣으면 LED가 점등되지 않습니다.

BMM20 본체
내부의 정밀 슬라이드부 및 Seal부의 윤활유가 경화되어 측정자의 스트
로크가 불안정한 경우가 있으므로, 몇 차례 손가락으로 측정자를 스트로
크시킨 후 사용하십시오. 또한 스트로크시에 LED(청색)의 점등을 확인
하십시오. LED(청색)가 점등되지 않는 경우나 점등이 약한 경우는 배터
리 수명이 다한 것이므로 배터리를 새것으로 교환하십시오.

Remove the protection cover on the sensor plate, which is applied to
avoid errors during transport or storage, before use.
The lubricant around the slide shaft and the sealing, is likely to harden
under the circumstances such as the cold weather or a long interval at
rest, causing decient stroke of the sensor plate. Please press the
sensor plate by approx. 2mm several times before use.
Make sure at each stroke that the LED (blue) turns on. If it does not turn
on or lights feebly, the batteries have run or are running down. Replace
the batteries with new ones.
Untight and remove the Battery Cap from the sensor bottom with
dedicated wrench. Load two LR43 mercury batteries into the housing
with the negative (minus) electrode rst as illustrated right. Tighten the
Battery Cap with dedicated wrench. If the batteries are loaded inversely,
the touch signal lamp fails to turn on.
Completely remove oil, dust, etc from the sensor plate, unit sole and
mounting surface prior to measuring operation.

경유 등에 담구어 기기 전체를 씻지 마십시오.
장기간 보관하는 경우 배터리를 분리 하십시오.
본 기기는 분해할 수 없습니다.
배터리는 유아의 손이 닿지 않는 곳에 보관하여 주십시오.
배터리의 전압이 저하된 경우 배터리를 교환 하십시오.
정밀 전자 부품이 내장되어 있으므로 쿨런트를 분사하거나 충격을 가하지
마십시오. 또한 사용 후에는 기계 테이블 및 지그 위에 방치하지 마십시오.
사용 시에 쿨런트가 본 기기에 부착된 경우는 방치하지 말고 반드시 쿨런트
를 닦아내십시오.
사양 및 높이는 측정 환경이 온도 20℃±0.5℃/습도 55％±5％일 때의 값
입니다. 위 환경 이외의 정밀 측정의 경우, 블럭 게이지와의 비교를 통해
높이를 보정하십시오.
본 기기 측정면에 공구를 급이송으로 접근시킬때는 여유가 있는 위치에서
멈추고 남은 부분은 핸들을 사용하여 천천히 이송하십시오. 급이송 상태로
본 기기와 충돌할 경우 본 기기 및 절삭 공구, 가공물, 장비등이 파손 될 수
있으며, 파편으로 인하여 인체에 위험을 미칠 우려가 있습니다.
측정면 또는 바닥면이 얼룩진 상태의 본 기기로 측정할 경우 측정이 안되거
나 오차가 발생합니다. 그대로 가공을 하면 기계, 공구, 가공물등이 파손 될
수 있으며, 인체에 위험을 미칠 우려가 있습니다.

사용상의 주의 CAUTION IN USE
가공물 표면에 베이스 마스터 미니(BMM-20)를
놓고 핸들을 사용하여 공구를 측정면에 접촉시킵
니다.LED가 점등되는 위치가 가공물 기준면으로
부터 40mm 위치입니다. 공구 길이 측정의 경우,
기준 공구와의 비교를 통해 공구의 길이를 검출할
수 있습니다.

소경 공구의 인선 위치 측정시에는 보호 커버
에 부착 되어 있는 확대경(배율 5배)을 사용
하십시오.
베이스 마스터 미니(BMM-20)를 사용하여Ｘ방향 및 Ｙ방향의 측정은
수행 하지 마십시오. 본 기기가 낙하하여 파손될 우려가 있습니다.
Never use BMM-20 to detect either X or Y position. Because the
unit may fall down and be damaged.

본 기기에 스트랩을 장착한 상태에서 휘두르거나 하지 마십시오.

CAUTION
Mount BMM-20 on the workpiece surface.
Move the spindle or "Z" axis carefully until
the tool touches the sensor plate, which will
instantly light the LED lamp. This will then
give you an exact reading off 40mm distance
from the reference surface to the tool.
To nd the cutting adge of a small diameter
tool, please utilize a magnifying glass
(magnifying power of 5) attached to the
protection cover.
Don't immerse the BASE MASTER mini directly into Kerosene for washing.
Take out the batteries when not using this sensor for extended periods.
It is not possible to overhaul this sensor. In the event of problem please
contact your supplier.
Store the batteries in a safe place out of reach of babies to prevent
swallowing.
Replace two batteries at the same time when voltage becomes low.
The precision electronic parts are contained with the head. Take care not
to splash any coolant and avoid any accidental collisions.
Do not to leave it on the machine table and the jig, when not in use.
Remove coolant immediately if it is attached to the unit.
Specications and height are the gures under measurement environment
at a temperature of 20℃±0.5℃(equivalent to 68°F) and at a humidity of
55%±5%. For precise mesuremennt under different environment,
compare the height with a block gage and compensate the difference.
Measurement may be in error, if the sensor plate or sole plane is soiled.
Any attempt to commence machining after a false reading may lead to
damage of the tool, workpiece, machine, etc. and broken parts could
endanger persons in the area.
When any tool approaches the sensor plate at a high feed rate, then it
should be arrested at a sufciently safe distance to allow the nal approach
at ne feed by hand. Should the tool collide with the BASE MASTER mini
at a high feed then damage may be caused and broken parts could
endanger persons in the area.
Never swing or shake the BASE MASTER mini by holding the strap.
Should the strap break then damage or injury may be caused.
Replace the strap if deteriorated.
