 Überschreiten Sie nicht das zulässige Gesamtgewicht!
Fahrer und Gepäck maximal 105 kg (E-Version = 120 kg)
 Überschreiten Sie nicht die zulässigen Anzugsmomente!
(siehe nachfolgende Abbildung)
 Montieren Sie keine Lenkerhörnchen!
(Fragen Sie nach einer Spezialanfertigung dafür)
 Verwenden Sie den Lenker gemäß der ASTM F2043-13* Einstufung:
bis Kategorie 3 (E-Version bis Kategorie 4)
 Halten Sie die gummierten Bereiche frei von Fett, Öl, Montagepaste!
 Verwenden Sie den Lenker bei äußeren Schäden nicht mehr!
Lassen Sie diesen erst von uns fachkundig Inspizieren.

MONTAGE
SO KÜRZEN SIE DEN LENKER RICHTIG
 kürzen Sie den Lenker maximal 4 cm auf jeder Seite.
 Verwenden Sie zum Kürzen ein spezielles Carbon-Sägeblatt.
 Umwickeln Sie die zu schneidende Stelle mit Klebeband,
um ein Ausfransen der Fasern zu vermeiden.
 Scharfe Schnittkanten brechen Sie mit etwas Schleifpapier (200-600).

Sorgfalt und nach dem aktuellen Stand der Technik gefertigt und geprüft. Sollten wider
Erwarten dennoch Herstellungs- und/oder Materialmängel auftreten, haben Sie die
gesetzliche 24-monatige Sachmängelhaftung (Gewährleistung) auf Material und
Verarbeitung. Darüber hinaus haftet die all ahead composites GmbH nicht für
mittelbare oder Folgeschäden, die sich hieraus ergeben.
Gewährleistungsansprüche können nur mit gültigem Kaufbeleg und nur durch den
Erstkäufer geltend gemacht werden. Der Händler, bei dem Sie Ihr BIKE AHEAD
COMPOSITES Produkt erworben haben, ist dabei Ihr Ansprechpartner.
In folgenden Fällen besteht kein Anspruch auf Gewährleistung:
 Normale Abnutzung oder Verschleiß durch den Gebrauch des Produkts
 Unsachgemäßer Gebrauch, Montage, Reparatur oder Umgang
 Verwendung nicht passender Produkte oder Modifikation der Komponente
 Vermietung oder kommerzieller Gebrauch
 Schäden durch Unfälle oder Liefer- und Transportschäden
 Änderung, Unkenntlichmachung oder Entfernung der Seriennummer

Deutschland, nach dem neusten Stand der Technik, entwickelt und hergestellt worden.
NO SLIP APPLICATION - NSA
Dieses Bauteil ist mit einer patentierten Gummieinlage ausgestattet. Diese NO SLIP
ALLPICATION (kurz NSA) ist unsere Interpretation von fasergerechter Konstruktion. Sie
wird direkt im Fertigungsprozess mit dem Carbon verbacken.
NSA sorgt für einen Ausgleich von Toleranzen und eine Erhöhung der Reibung. Das
Risiko für Verdrehen und Verschieben sinkt. Im gleichen Maß steigen Ihre Sicherheit
und Ihr Fahrspaß. Ganz nebenbei gehören Knackgeräusche und
Oberflächenbeschädigungen ab jetzt der Vergangenheit an.

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
 Do not exceed the official weight limit!
Rider with baggage maximal 105 kg (E-Version = 120 kg)
 Do not exceed the maximum allowed torques!
(see following image)
 Do not mount bar ends!
(ask us for special versions)
 Us the handlebar according to ASTM F2043-13* levels:
Up to category 3 (E-version up to category 4)
 Keep the rubber clamping area always free from grease, oil, carbon paste!
 Do not use the handlebar in case of visible damages!
Let us first inspect it expertly.

ASSEMBLY
HOW TO SHORTEN THE HANDLEBAR
 Shorten the handlebar not more than 4 cm on each side.
 Please use a special carbon blade to get a clean cut.
 Wrap tape around the cutting area to prevent frazzeling.
 Sharp edges should be sanded with abrasive paper grain (200-600).

WARRANTY
all ahead composites GmbH has manufactured and tested your product with the utmost
care and according to the current state of the art. If, contrary to expectations,
manufacturing and/or material defects nevertheless occur, you have the statutory 24-
month liability for material defects (warranty) on material and workmanship. In
addition, all ahead composites GmbH is not liable for indirect or consequential damages
resulting from this.
Warranty claims can only be asserted with valid proof of purchase and only by the first
buyer. The dealer from whom you purchased your BIKE AHEAD COMPOSITES product is
your contact person.
There is no warranty in the following cases:
 Normal wear and tear caused by use of the product
 Incorrect use, assembly or repair
 Use of unsuitable products or modification of the component
 Leasing or commercial use
 Damage caused by accidents, delivery or transport
 Modification, defacing or removal of the serial number

NO SLIP APPLICATION - NSA
In addition, this component is equipped with a patented rubber insert. This NO SLIP
ALLPICATION (NSA) is our interpretation of fiber-friendly construction. It is baked
directly with the carbon during the manufacturing process.
NSA balances tolerances and increases friction. The risk of twisting and moving
decreases. To the same extent, your safety and driving pleasure increase. By the way,
crackling noises and surface damage are now a thing of the past.
