ist eine Entwicklung der BIKON-Technik GmbH.
Die Schrumpfscheibe DOBIKON 2019 übeträgt sehr
hohe Drehmomente bei kleinen Wellendurchmes-
sern. Dementsprechend ist der Materialnutzungs-
grad der gesamten Anwendung / Konstruktion sehr
wirtschaftlich.

The shrink disk DOBIKON 2019 transmits very large
torque moment at low shaft diameter.

L'anello calettatore DOBIKON 2019 trasmette coppie
molto elevate con alberi di piccolo diametro.
Di conseguenza, il grado di usura del materiale
dell'intera applicazione / costruzione risulta essere
molto economico.

Montage
Schrumpfscheiben DOBIKON 2019 werden einbau-
fertig angeliefert.
Schrumpfscheibe auf die Nabe schieben.
Einbauen der Welle, Nabenbohrung und Welle sind
im Pressbereich fettfrei zu halten.
Schrauben (4) gleichmäßig der Reihe nach mi
t
einem Drehmomentschlüssel anziehen (nicht übe
r
Kreuz).
A
uf planparallele Außenringe achten, verkanten
vermeiden. Ein Anzugswinkel von 30° - 60° hat sich
bewährt.
ACHTUNG: keine Schrumpfscheibe ohne einge-
baute Welle verspannen, da sonst eine plastische
Verformung der Nabe möglich ist.
Kontrolle
A
nzugsmoment TAder Schrauben (4) in der Reihen-
folge ihrer Anordnung prüfen. Der Anzug de
r
Schrauben und die Montage ist beendet, wenn sich
keine Schraube mehr anziehen lässt.
Schrumpfscheibe vor Verschmutzung schützen !
Installation
Shrink disks DOBIKON 2019 are delivered ready fo
r
installation.
Slide shrink disk on the hub.
Installing the shaft, hub bore and shaft are to be kep
t
free of grease in the press area.
Tighten screws (4) in sequence with a torque wrench
(not on the cross).
Pay attention to parallel outer rings, avoiding tilt.
A
tighten angle of 30° - 60° has proven practical.
ATTENTION: Never tighten schrink disk before the
shaft is mounted, as otherwise a plastic deformation
of the hub could result.
Verification
Verify maximum tightening torque TAon all screws
(4) in circumferential succession. Tightening and
installation are completed, when none of the screws
yields any further.
Protect the locking assembly against soiling !
Montaggio
Gli anelli calettatori DOBIKON 2019 vengono forniti
pronti per il montaggio.
Infilare l'anello calettatore sul mozzo.
Montare l'albero e non lubrificare con grasso né il
foro del mozzo né l'albero nella zona di
compressione.
Serrare le viti (4) progressivamente e uniformemente
con una chiave dinamometrica (non serrare in
diagonale).
A
ssicurarsi che gli anelli esterni siano paralleli ed
evitare spigolature. In base alla nostra esperienza,
consigliamo un angolo di serraggio di 30° - 60°.
ATTENZIONE: non serrare mai un anello calettatore
se l'albero non è montato. Ciò potrebbe provocare
una deformazione plastica del mozzo.
Controllo
Verificare la coppia di serraggio TAdelle viti (4)
procedendo in successione. Il lavoro di serraggio e
di montaggio sarà terminato quando tutte le viti
saranno state serrate.
Proteggere l'anello calettatore dalla sporcizia!
Demontage
Schrauben (4) gleichmäßig der Reihe nach lösen.
Mehrere Umläufe sind nötig, bis alle Schrauben ge-
löst sind. Schrauben nicht ganz herausdrehen.

usbauen der Welle aus der Nabe.

bziehen der Schrumpfscheibe von der Nabe.
Removal
Gradual loosen of screws (4) evenly in sequence.
Several rounds are necessary until all scews are
loosen. Unscrew the screws not completely.
Removing the shaft out of hub.
Removing the shrink disk from the hub.
Smontaggio
Svitare le viti (4) progressivamente e uniformemente.
Saranno necessari diversi giri, per svitare tutte le viti.
Non togliere completamente le viti.
Estrarre l'albero dal mozzo.
Sfilare l'anello calettatore dal mozzo.

Hinweis zum Einsatz von BIKON- und DOBIKON-Produkten in Gebieten
mit starkem Niederschlag / hoher rel. Luftfeuchtigkeit
Alle freiliegenden Bereiche müssen kundenseitig nach der Montage geschützt (z. B.
gestrichen) werden !
Verspannte, kraftübertragende Funktionsflächen weisen passungsrostverhindernde
Pressungen auf. Dadurch bleiben die Funktionen der Kraftübertragung und des Lösens
erhalten.
Information for using BIKON- and DOBIKON-products in areas with
high humidity
All exposed parts must be protected by the customer after installation (for example by
painting) !
Prestressed and force transmitting surfaces has frictional avoiding pressures. This means
that the function of force transmission and removing will be obtained.
