User manual and safety instructions for
wall-mounted bioethanol replace
Important!
Be sure to keep this user guide as long as the product is in your possession. If the product is
re-sold, this user guide must be included.
The bioethanol replace should only be used by adults, 18 years of age or older, who are
competent and who have read and understood this user manual with safety instructions and
guidelines.
• The bioethanol replace may only be used for decorative purposes, but at the same time
also provides heat, but can not be used as the primary heating source.
• Examine local legislation before use.
• The bioethanol replace is intended for indoor use only.
• Never change the construction of the bioethanol replace.
• Inside the bioethanol burner, there is ceramic cotton. This cotton should not be removed.
It is part of the replaces’ safety features and it absorbs liquid, so that any bioethanol lled
into the burner can not be spilled.
• It is forbidden for children, people under the inuence of alcohol, drugs or medication
and people with reduced physical or mental abilities to use and operate the bioethanol
replace.
• Outer surfaces and materials near the replace becomes hot during operation. Adequate
attention is required, as there may be a risk of burns.
• Be careful with ammable clothing or hair.
• Never leave the replace unattended, and keep children and pets at a safe distance.
• Keep a safe distance of at least 50 cm (from the left, right and front of burner) to other
objects and ammable materials.
• Never move a bioethanol burner or replace while in use.
• Only use bioethanol intended for bio replaces. A bioethanol with between 95-97.5%
alcohol is recommended.
• Bioethanol is a hazardous material with hazard level UN1987, level 3.
• Bioethanol is extremely ammable and must be handled with care.
• Be sure to check national and (or) regional regulations, on how to safely store fuel.
• Bioethanol should be stored in a safe and cool location, away from re and out of reach of
children.
• Keep a re extinguisher or re blanket in close reach during use.

Installation of the wall-mounted replace
The replace should be mounted to the wall, using the included mounting brackets and the
replace should only be installed onto non-ammable wall surfaces. Mounting the replace onto
a wall with a wooden surface is not recommended.
For installing the replace, mark out the holes for the mounting brackets according to the
drawing. It is recommended to use a spirit level to make sure the replace is installed in level.
A minimum distance of 60 cm between the oor and the replace is recommended, and a
minimum of 100 cm above the replace to ammable materials.
Drill holes in the wall and fasten the bracket using the supplied plugs and screws. Make sure that
the brackets are well tted to the wall and that it can carry the weight of the replace.
Hang the replace onto the brackets and place the bioethanol burner inside the replace.
Installation of SUNSET GARDEN bio-fireplace
SUNSET GARDEN bio-fireplace is a free-standing device designed for
installation on a flat and non-flammable surface. The device should be
installed as specified below. Stick the rubber or felt washers (4 pcs.) included
in the delivery to the base of the bio-fireplace. Position the bio-fireplace on
an even surface and install the windows (4 pcs.).
To properly mount the windows, insert them gently all the way into the
dedicated longitudinal holes. As an additional precaution, this should always
be performed using protective gloves. Also, insert the bio-ethanol tank in the
appliance. Never insert a filled fuel tank, as you can accidentally spill the fuel
onto the bio-fireplace parts or around it.
Once the device is installed, make sure that everything has been carried out according to the manual.
Installation of suspended 1200x400, 900x400 and 650x400 bio-fireplaces
The bio-fireplace should be mounted to the wall only by an installer with appropriate
permissions. The bio-fireplace should be installed only on a wall made of non-
combustible materials. Before installation, check the specifications described in the
"Important Safety Instructions" section to determine if the room to be assembled is
suitable for use.
For assembly, mark the position of the mounting holes in the target place on the wall.
It is recommended to use a spirit level in order to obtain a vertical and level of assembly
strips. It is recommended to keep a minimum distance of 60 cm between the floor and
the device.
Drill holes and fasten the slats with fastening elements to the wall using the supplied
assembly materials (the supplied fasteners are suitable for stone, brick and concrete
walls). It is necessary to hang the bio-fireplace on the mounting rails and make sure that
the fixing of the rails and the device are properly fixed.
Before or after installing the device, make sure that the place where the device is
installed will withstand its weight. The bioethanol container should be placed in the
device. Never place a filled container for biofuel, because you can inadvertently pour fuel
on parts of the device or its surroundings. In the case of adjustable containers, the
bioethanol container cover should be placed on the container in such a way that when
the flame height is closed or controlled, the lid can move freely backwards and forwards.
Installation of suspended 650x400BOX, 900x400BOX and 1200x400BOX bio-fireplaces
The bio-fireplace should be installed on the wall only by an installer with an appropriate licence. The bio-fireplace may be installed only on a wall made of
non-flammable materials. Before installation, check the specifications contained in “Important safety guidelines” to determine whether the room of
installation is suitable to use the appliance. BOX bio-fireplaces are designed for placement and installation on a flat surface by the wall or for suspension on
the wall. We recommend a minimum distance of 60 cm between the floor and the device. The device should be mounted on the wall as specified below.
On the casing rear, there are two irregular holes used for wall mounting. Mark two attachment points on the wall, spaced 865mm. In the attachment points,
drill holes with a diameter of 8 mm. Insert the expansion anchors supplied with the bio-fireplace into the pre-drilled holes. Screw the two upper bolts into
the expansion anchors so that the distance between the wall and bolt head is is approx.
3mm. The insert them into the circular mounting hole. Then vigorously move the entire
bio-fireplace rightwards and then downwards, which will block it in a safe position.
Also, insert the bio-ethanol tank in the appliance. Never insert a filled fuel tank, as you can
accidentally spill the fuel onto the bio-fireplace parts or around it. For adjustable tanks,
place the bio-ethanol tank’s cover on the tank in such a way that during closing or
controlling the flame the cover can be freely moved frontward or backward.
Before or after the installation, make sure that the place of installation can withstand the
device weight.
Installation of 650 insert
The 650 insert is a bio-fireplace device intended for installation
in a furniture board with increased resistance to high temperature (e.g. MDF
laminated board, non-inflammable), fireproof plasterboard, metal and stone
constructions, as well as other non-combustible materials. The device should be
mounted in a horizontal position (acceptable deviation
horizontally is +/- 5 degrees). The construction must guarantee the stability of the
device.
The assembly should be carried out according to the steps described below. Insert
handles included in the set into the body of the 650 insert. Depending on the material
from which the device casing is made, the supplied screws with self-locking nuts or
screws with a plug should be used for this. The holes for fixing the glass holder also
serve as a fastening function for the entire bio-fireplace insert in the building. Then
attach the glass
in the handles, pressing them with the adjustment screws being an integral part of
the handle. The final stage of assembly is the insertion of a container for bioethanol
in the hole at the top of the device.

Installation of SUNSET GARDEN bio-fireplace
SUNSET GARDEN bio-fireplace is a free-standing device designed for
installation on a flat and non-flammable surface. The device should be
installed as specified below. Stick the rubber or felt washers (4 pcs.) included

suitable for use.

How to use
Maintenance
Before you start to use the replace, make sure that it is assembled correctly and mounted
securely to the wall.
NEVER rell a burning or hot burner. Before relling the burner, turn off the replace and
wait a minimum of 30 minutes to allow the replace to cool down. Failing to do so can
result in very dangerous situations and severe personal damage.
1. Fill bioethanol into the burner. Make sure to not overll the burner and spill bioethanol. We
recommend using a funnel when relling the burner.
2. If the bioethanol burner is overlled, the excess bioethanol should be removed before
ignition. The same goes for bioethanol spilt next to the burner.
3. Spilt bioethanol can be removed with an absorbent cloth before ignition.
4. Once the lling is complete, empty bioethanol bottles should be closed and moved away
from the bioethanol replace before igniting.
5. WARNING! Never add bioethanol to a hot burner. Therefore, allow the burner to cool
down for a minimum of 30 minutes after use before relling.
6. Ignite the burner using a long lighter. It is recommended to use a long lighter to avoid
contact with the ames.
7. Extinguish the ames using the included extinguishing tool. Place it on top of the burner
and close off the supply of oxygen to the ames.
It is recommended to not leave any unburned bioethanol in the burner. It will evaporate over
time and be a waste of money. Try to only pour the amount of fuel into the replace that you
expect to use.
The replace itself can be cleaned using a damp cloth and some all-purpose cleaning products.
If the bioethanol burner is used frequently, discolouration may occur on top of the burner. This
is normal and does not change the function of the replace. Do not use abrasive products to
clean the insert. Instead, clean the surface with a damp cloth. Glass can be cleaned with normal
glass-cleaner.

Det anbefales ikke at efterlade uforbrændt bioethanol i brandkarret. Det vil med tiden fordampe

Selve biopejsen kan rengøres med en fugtig klud og almindelig universal rengøringsmiddel.
Hvis bioethanolbrænderen bruges hyppigt, kan der forekomme misfarvning oven på brand-
karret. Dette er normalt og ændre ikke brandkarrets funktionalitet. Undgå at bruge slibende

Situationen und schweren Verletzungen führen.
1. Füllen Sie den Brenner mit Bioethanol. Achten Sie darauf, den Brenner nicht zu überfüllen
und dadurch Bioethanol zu verschütten. Wir empfehlen, beim Nachfüllen des Brenners
einen Trichter zu verwenden.
2. Wenn der Brenner überfüllt ist, muss vor der Zündung alles überschüssige Bioethanol
entfernt werden. Gleiches gilt für neben dem Brenner verschüttetes Bioethanol.
3. Verschüttetes Bioethanol kann mit einem saugfähigen Tuch entfernt werden.
4. Leere Bioethanolaschen müssen nach dem Befüllen verschlossen und vor dem Anzünden
vom Kamin entfernt werden.
5. WARNUNG! Gießen Sie niemals Bioethanol in einen heißen Brenner. Lassen Sie den
Brenner daher nach Gebrauch mindestens 30 Minuten abkühlen, bevor Sie ihn wieder
befüllen.
6. Zünden Sie den Brenner mit einem Feuerzeug an. Es wird empfohlen, ein langes Feuerzeug
zu verwenden, um den Kontakt mit den Flammen zu vermeiden.
7. Löschen Sie die Flammen mit dem mitgelieferten Löschwerkzeug, indem Sie die Platte
