Der City Jungle soll als Umgebung für das Pflanzen-
wachstum dienen. Der City Jungle ist für Vegetation
wie Gemüse, Blumen und Kräuter mit einem maxima-
len Gesamtgewicht von 120 kg vorgesehen. Der City
Jungle ist für den Einsatz auf Verandas, Terrassen,
Höfen, Dächern und ähnlichen Orten vorgesehen.
Der City Jungle ist nicht für die folgenden
Zwecke vorgesehen:
• Als Kletterobjekt.
• Zur Lagerung von Produkten mit
einem Gewicht von >120 kg
• An Standorten mit einer
Windgeschwindigkeit von mehr als 11 m/s
Sicherheitshinweise
• Lesen und verstehen Sie die mitgelieferten
Anweisungen sorgfältig, bevor Sie das Produkt
installieren und verwenden.
• Der Hersteller ist nicht verantwortlich, wenn
eine falsche Installation und / oder Verwendung
zu Verletzungen und Schäden führt. Bewahren
Sie die Anleitung zum zukünftigen Nach-
schlagen immer zusammen mit
dem Produkt auf.
• Bruchgefahr. Legen Sie keine Gegenstände mit
einem Gesamtgewicht von >120 kg in den
City Jungle. Verteilen Sie das Gewicht gleich
mäßig im gesamten City Jungle.
• Kippgefahr. Bewahren Sie keine schweren
Gegenstände im oberen Kasten auf.
• Das Produkt darf nicht von Kindern unter 14
Jahren verwendet werden.
• Kinder müssen beaufsichtigt werden, um
sicherzustellen, dass sie nicht mit dem
Produkt spielen.
• Das Produkt enthält Kleinteile. Halten Sie
diese von Kindern fern.
• Installieren oder verwenden Sie kein
beschädigtes Produkt.
• Stellen Sie das Gerät nicht an Orten auf,

andere Lösungsmittel.
• Verwenden Sie nur Originalersatzteile.
Die Verwendung anderer Teile führt zum
Garantieverlust und kann zu Verletzungen
führen.
• Recyceln Sie Materialien. Bewahren Sie die
Verpackung in geeigneten Behältern auf, um sie
zu recyceln. Helfen Sie mit, die Umwelt und die
Gesundheit Ihrer Mitmenschen zu schützen.
Geben Sie das Produkt an Ihre örtliche

Montage
Montieren Sie den optionalen Fuß. ②
Montage des Pflanzenkastens ③
1. Bringen Sie die Kastenplatten ⒶⒷ an,
um den Kasten zu bauen.
2. Setzen Sie den Kasten auf das
Kastenunterteil Ⓕ.
3. Bringen Sie die Wassereinfüllschalen Ⓖ am
Kastenboden Ⓓ an.
4. Setzen Sie den Kastenboden Ⓓ in den
Kasten ein.
5. Bringen Sie die beiden
Wassereinfüllstutzen Ⓘ an.
6. Bringen Sie den Kastenrahmen Ⓒ an
dem Kasten an.
7. Bringen Sie die Pegelanzeigeklammern Ⓗ.
8. Setzen Sie die Pegelanzeige Ⓔ in
einer der Klammern ein Ⓗ.
Montage des Gerüsts ④
1. Stellen Sie sicher, dass alle Verbindungsteile
miteinander verschraubt sind. Die Schrauben
können sich beim Transport lösen.
2. Montieren Sie das Gerüst.
3. Setzen Sie die optionale Abdeckung Ⓡein.
4. Platzieren Sie den Pflanzenkasten auf dem
optionalen Sockel. VORSICHT! Halten Sie den
City Jungle am Boden des Pflanzenfachs,
während Sie ihn anheben. Halten Sie die
Kastenplatten oder das Kastengerüst beim
Anheben nicht fest.

City Jungle est destinée à être utilisée comme
environnement pour la croissance des plantes. City
Jungle est destinée à être utilisée pour la végétation,

Montage du pied optionnel ②
Montage du compartiment végétal ③
1. Fixez les plaques du compartiment ⒶⒷ
pour construire la boîte du compartiment.
2. Placez le boîtier du compartiment sur la
base du compartiment Ⓕ.
3. Fixez les plateaux de l'orifice de remplissage
d Ⓖ au fond du compartiment Ⓓ
4. Placez le fond du compartiment Ⓓ dans la boîte
du compartiment.
5. Fixez les deux becs de l'orifice
de remplissage d'eau Ⓘ an.
6. Fixez le cadre du compartiment Ⓒ à la
boîte du compartiment
7. Fixez les clips d'indicateur de niveau Ⓗ.
8. Placez l'indicateur de niveau Ⓔ dans
l'un des clips Ⓗ.
Assemblage du cadre ④
1. Assurez-vous que tous les connecteurs sont
vissés ensemble. Les vis peuvent se
desserrer pendant le transport.
2. Assemblez le cadre.
3. Placez la bâche optionnelle Ⓡ
4. Placez le compartiment à plantes sur le
pieden option. ATTENTION ! Tenez
City Jungle en bas du compartiment pour
plantes tout en la soulevant. Ne tenez pas
les plaques ou le cadre du compartiment
lorsque vous la soulevez.

Ces déclarations et garanties s'appliquent à tous
les clients (les « clients » et chacun, individuell-
ement, un « client ») achetant des produits (les «
produits ») fabriqués par Bio Green GmbH & Co.
KG (la « Société »).
1. Garantie et restrictions :
1.1. La Société garantit uniquement à l'acheteur
d'origine des Produits que pour la Période de Ga-
rantie (telle que définie ci-dessous), les Produits
seront exempts de défauts de matériaux et de
fabrication dans des conditions normales d'uti-
lisation, et seront conformes aux spécifications
publiées par la Société des Produits. Nonobstant
ce qui précède, la Société se réserve le droit de
s'écarter de ses spécifications publiées en raison
des dernières innovations et améliorations de la
fonction et de la conception des Produits.
1.2. La garantie ci-dessus est soumise au stocka-
ge, au transport et à l'utilisation appropriés des
produits et ne comprend pas les défauts dus à
l'usure normale ou à la détérioration.
1.3. Le Client doit immédiatement, au plus
tard huit (8) jours après la livraison du Produit,
inspecter les Produits pour vérifier leur confor-
mité et constater les défauts visibles. Le Client
informera immédiatement la Société par écrit de
toute non-conformité ou défaut visible concernant
les Produits. Dans le cas où le Client ne fournirait
pas à la Société dans les huit (8) jours suivant la
livraison des Produits un avis de non-conformité
ou stipulant un défaut visible, toute réclamation
basée sur la garantie sera considérée comme
ayant fait l'objet d'une renonciation.
1.4. Le Client doit immédiatement informer la
Société par écrit de tout autre défaut des Produits
et retourner ce produit défectueux. Avant toute
expédition d'un Produit défectueux, le Client
devra
contacter d'abord la Société à l'adresse indiquée
en 1.9. La seule obligation de l'entreprise
dans le cadre de la garantie consiste, au gré de la
Société et à sa seule discrétion, à réparer, rempla-
cer ou échanger
les produits défectueux. Tout Produit réparé,
remplacé ou échangé sera soumis à cette garan-
tie, après sa réparation, son remplacement ou
son échange. Si la Société a reçu une notification
du Client et qu'aucun défaut du Produit n'a pu
être constaté, le Client devra prendre en charge
les frais que la Société a encourus suite à la notifi-
cation. Il sera à la seule discrétion de la Société
de déterminer si le Produit présente un défaut.
En aucun cas la Société ne prendra en charge les
frais de démontage.

1.5. En ce qui concerne les commandes faites sur
mesure, tout défaut des Produits causé par les
spécifications du Client sont exclues de la garan-
tie énoncée au 1.1.
1.6. La Société ne garantit pas non plus que les
Produits fabriqués conformément à une com-
mande
n'enfreignent pas la propriété intellectuelle ou les
autres droits de propriété d'un tiers et le Client est
seul responsable de s'en assurer.
1.7. La « période de garantie » commence à la
date de livraison du produit au client et se pour-
suit pendant vingt-quatre (24) mois. La « période
de garantie » sera suspendue pendant la durée de
la réparation, du remplacement ou de l'échange,
jusqu'à ce que le produit soit réparé, échangé ou
remplacé
et restitué au Client.
1.8. La Société n'autorise aucune personne ou
partie à assumer ou à créer pour elle toute autre
obligation ou responsabilité en relation avec les
Produits, sauf comme indiqué dans les présentes.
1.9. Toutes les demandes et notifications en vertu
de cette garantie doivent être adressées à :

Intended use The City Jungle is intended to be used
as an environment for plant growth.
The City Jungle is intended to be used for vegetation,
such as vegetables, flowers and herbs with a maxi-
mum total weight of 120kg (265 lbs). The City Jungle
is intended to be used in/on patios, terraces, yards,
rooftops and similar locations.
The City Jungle is not intended to be used:
• As a climbing object.
• To store products with a weight of >120kg
(265 lbs)
• At locations with a wind speed of more than
11 m/s (25 mph)
• The product must only be used according to
the instructions as described in this manual.
All use other than described in this manual is
seen as unintended use. The product shall
be used with original accessories and
components only.
Safety instructions
• Before the installation and use of the
product, carefully read and understand the
supplied instructions.
• The manufacturer is not responsible if an
incorrect installation and/or use causes
injuries and damages. Always keep the
instructions with the product for future
reference.
• Breaking hazard. Do not place any items in the
City Jungle with a total weight of >120kg
(265 lbs). Distribute weight evenly throughout
City Jungle.
• Tilting hazard. Do not store any heavy items
in the upper compartment.
• The product should not be used by children
younger than 14 years.
• Children must be supervised to ensure that
they do not play with the product.
• The product contains small parts. Keep small
parts away from children.
• Do not install or use a damaged product.
• Do not install or use the appliance in a place
where the temperature is less than 0 °C (30 °F)
or more than 50 °C (120°F).
• Do not install the product at locations with a
wind speed of more than 11 m/s (25 mph).
• Make sure to place all parts correctly and
according to the instructions. Failure to do so
may aect the proper functioning of the
product.
• Unauthorized alterations to the product and
technical modifications are not permitted.
• Clean the product with a dry, lint-free cloth. Do
not use detergents or other solvents to clean
the product.
• Use only original spare parts. The use of
other parts will result in voiding of the warranty
and could lead to injuries.
• Recycle materials. Put the packaging in
applicable containers to recycle it. Help protect
the environment and human health. Return the
product to your local recycling facility or
contact your municipal oce.

Assembly of the optional foot ②
Assemble the optional foot.
Assembly of the plant compartment ③
1. Attach the compartment plates ⒶⒷ
to build the compartment box.
2. Place the compartment box on the
compartment base Ⓕ.
3. Attach the water fill port trays Ⓖ to the
compartment bottom Ⓓ.
4. Put the compartment bottom Ⓓ in
compartment box.
5. Attach the two water fill port spouts Ⓘ.
6. Attach the compartment frame Ⓒ
to the compartment box.
7. Attach the level indicator clips Ⓗ.
8. Put the level indicator Ⓔ in one of the clips Ⓗ.
Assembly of the framework ④
1. Make sure that all connectors are screwed
together. The screws might come loose during
transport.
2. Assemble the framework.
3. Place the optional cover Ⓡ.
4. Place the plant compartment on the optional foot.
CAUTION! Hold the City Jungle at the bottom of the
plant compartment while lifting it up. Do not hold the
compartment plates or framework when lifting it up.

MANUFACTURER’S REPRESENTATIONS
AND WARRANTIES

These Representations and Warranties are appli-
cable to all customers (the “Customers” and each,
individually, a “Customer”) purchasing products (the
“Products”) manufactured by Bio Green GmbH & Co.
KG (the “Company”).
1. Warranty and Limitations:
1.1. The Company warrants solely to the original pur-
chaser of the Products that for the Warranty Period
(as defined below), the Products will be free from
defects in materials and workmanship under normal
use, and will conform to the Company’s published
specifications of the Products. Notwithstanding the
foregoing, the Company retains its right to deviate
from its published specifications due to the latest
innovations and improvements in function and design
of the Products.
1.2. The foregoing warranty is subject to the proper
storage, transportation and use of the Products, and
does not include defects due to normal wear and tear
or deterioration.
1.3. The Customer shall immediately, but in any event
no later than eight (8) days following
delivery of the Product, inspect the Products for
conformity and visible defects. The Customer shall
give the Company immediate written notice of any
non-conformities or visible defects regarding the Pro-
ducts. In the event that the Customer fails to provide
the Company within eight (8) days following delivery
of the Products with notice of any non-conformities
or visible defects, any warranty claims in this regard
shall be deemed waived.
1.4. The Customer shall immediately notify the
Company in writing of any other defects of the
Products and return such defective Product. Prior to
any shipment of a defective Product, the Custo-
mer shall contact the Company first at the address
provided in 1.9. Company’s sole obligation under the
fore going warranty is, at the Company’s option and
in its sole discretion, to repair, replace or exchange
the defective Product. Any repaired, replaced or
exchanged Products shall be subject to this warranty,
following their repair, replacement or exchange.
If the Company has received notification from the
Customer, and no defects of the Product could be di-
scovered, the Customer shall bear the costs that the
Company incurred as a result of the notice. It shall be
in the Company’s sole discretion to determine if the
Product has a defect. In no event shall the Company
bear the costs of disassembly.
1.5. With respect to orders made to custom, any
defects of the Products caused by the Customer’s
specifications are excluded from the warranty set
forth in 1.1. 1.6. The Company also makes no
warranty that the Products manufactured under an
order made to custom do not infringe the intellectual
property or other proprietary rights of any third party
and the Customer is solely responsible for assuring
that such Products do not so infringe.
1.7. The “Warranty Period” begins on the date of
delivery of the Product to the Customer, and conti-
nues to be in eect for twenty-four (24) months. The
“Warranty Period” shall be suspended for the time of
repair, replacement or exchange, until the repaired,
exchanged or replaced product has been returned to
the Customer.
1.8. The Company does not authorize any person or
party to assume or create for it any other obligation
or liability in connection with the Products except as
set forth herein.

El „City Jungle“ está destinado a ser utilizado como

Jungle“ está diseñado para usarse en/sobre patios,

El „City Jungle“ no está destinado a
ser utilizado:
• Como un objeto trepador.

Estas representaciones y garantías son aplica-
bles a todos los clientes (los „Clientes“ y cada
uno, individualmente, un „Cliente“) que compran
productos (los „Productos“) fabricados por Bio
Green GmbH & Co. KG (la „Compañía“).
1. Garantía y limitaciones
1.1. La Compañía garantiza únicamente al com-
prador original de los Productos que durante el
Período de Garantía (como se define a continua-
ción), los Productos estarán libres de defectos
en materiales y mano de obra bajo el uso normal,
y se ajustarán a las especificaciones publicadas
de la Compañía de los Productos. No obstante
a lo anterior, la Compañía se reserva el derecho
de desviarse de sus especificaciones publicadas
debido a las últimas innovaciones y mejoras en la
función y el diseño de los Productos.
1.2. La garantía anterior está sujeta al almacena-
miento, transporte y uso adecuados de los Pro-
ductos, y no incluye defectos debidos al desgaste
normal o al deterioro.
1.3. El Cliente deberá, inmediatamente, pero en
cualquier caso, a más tardar ocho (8) días despu-
és de la entrega del Producto, inspeccionar los
Productos en busca de conformidad y defectos
visibles. El Cliente deberá notificar por escrito
a la Compañía de cualquier no conformidad o
defecto visible con respecto a los Productos.
En el caso de que el Cliente no proporcione a la
Compañía dentro de los ocho (8) días posterio-
res a la entrega de los Productos con aviso de
no conformidades o defectos visibles, cualquier
reclamo de garantía a este respecto se considera-
rá renunciado.
1.4. El Cliente notificará inmediatamente a la
Compañía por escrito sobre cualquier otro defec-
to de los Productos y devolverá dicho Producto
defectuoso. Antes de cualquier envío de un Pro-
ducto defectuoso, el Cliente deberá comunicarse
primero con la Compañía a la dirección provista
en 1.9. La única obligación de la compañía bajo la
garantía anterior es, a opción de la Compañía y a
su exclusivo criterio, reparar, reemplazar o cam-
biar el producto defectuoso. Cualquier Producto
reparado, reemplazado o intercambiado estará
sujeto a esta garantía, luego de su reparación,
reemplazo o cambio. Si la Compañía ha recibido
una notificación del Cliente, y no se pueden de-
scubrir defectos del Producto, el Cliente correrá
con los costos en que incurrió la Compañía como
resultado de la notificación. Será a discreción ex-
clusiva de la Compañía determinar si el Producto
tiene un defecto. En ningún caso la Compañía
asumirá los costos de desmontaje.

1.5. Con respecto a los pedidos hechos a medi-
da, cualquier defecto de los Productos causado
por las especificaciones del cliente están exclui-
das de la garantía establecida en 1.1.
1.6. La Compañía tampoco garantiza que los
Productos fabricados bajo un pedido realizado a
medida no infringe la propiedad intelectual u
otros derechos de propiedad de ningún tercero
y el Cliente es el único responsable de garantizar
que dichos Productos no infrinjan dicha respon-
sabilidad.
1.7. El „Período de garantía“ comienza en la fecha
de entrega del Producto al Cliente y continúa
vigente durante veinticuatro (24) meses. El „Pe-
ríodo de garantía“ se suspenderá por el tiempo
de reparación, reemplazo o cambio, hasta que el
producto reparado, cambiado o reemplazado ha
sido devuelto al cliente.
1.8. La Compañía no autoriza a ninguna persona
o parte a asumir o crear para él ninguna otra
obligación o responsabilidad en relación con
los Productos, excepto lo establecido en este
documento.
1.9. Todas las solicitudes y avisos bajo esta
