Bion Safety Bedrail F100
Instruction Manual
Dear Customers:
Thank you for using our safety bedrail.
Before using it, please read this instruction manual carefully.
Keep this manual in a safe place for future reference.
Step 1:
Open the package and take the product out. Align the
upper portion with the lower support frame (as seen in
the figure). Then insert the upper portion into the lower
support frame.
Step 2:
Insert C-shaped clip on both sides to secure.
Step 3:
Insert the U-shaped flat tube. To secure it to the support
frame, ensure that the spring catches on both sides of
the U-shaped flat tube is engaged.

Step 4:
Insert the foot tubes on both sides from the bottom.
Step 5:
Align the hole position and insert the C-shaped
fasteners on both sides to secure.
Step 6:
Place the safety bedrail at your desired position on the
bed. There are 2 ways of securing the bedrail onto the
bed:
1. Fasten the U-shaped flat tube onto the bed base
firmly with the screws provided.
OR
2. Secure the U-shaped flat tube to the bed base with
the extendable strap provided. Ensure that the strap is
tightened.
Step 7:
Place the mattress over the safety bedrail.
Step 8:
Adjust the height of the foot tubes to a suitable height,
and then fine tune the foot tubes length by rotating the
footpad screws to ensure that they flush with the
ground.
Step 9:
Pull the black lever upwards and push the swing door
outwards to open it.
