SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
To reduce risk of injury and property damage, user must read this entire
manual before assembling, installing & operating dispenser.
Failure to execute the instructions in this manual can cause personal injury
or property damage.
This product dispenses water at very high temperatures. Failure to use
properly can cause personal injury.
When operating this dispenser, always exercise basic safety precautions,
including the following:
•Prior to use, this dispenser must be properly assembled and installed in accordance with
this manual.
•This dispenser is intended for water dispensing only. Do NOT use other liquids. Do NOT
use for other purposes. Never use any other liquid in the dispenser other than known
and microbiologically safe bottled water.
•For indoor use only. Keep water dispenser in a dry place away from direct sunlight. Do
NOT use outdoors.
•Install and use only on a hard, flat and level surface.
•Do NOT place dispenser into an enclosed space or cabinet.
•Do NOT operate dispenser in the presence of explosive fumes.
•Position back of dispenser no closer than 4 inches from wall and permit free airflow
between wall and dispenser. There must be at least 4 inches clearance on the sides of
the dispenser to permit airflow.
•Use only properly grounded outlets.
•Do not use an extension cord with your water dispenser.
•Always grasp plug and pull straight out from outlet. Never unplug by pulling on power
cord.
•Do NOT use dispenser if cord becomes frayed or otherwise damaged.
•To protect against electric shock, do NOT immerse cord, plug, or any other part of cooler
in water or other liquids.
•Ensure dispenser is unplugged prior to cleaning.
•Never allow children to dispense hot water without proper and direct supervision.
Unplug unit to prevent unsupervised use by children.

ASSEMBLY
To prevent accidental tip hazard, base
supplied must be securely fixed to the
dispenser as shown.
Do NOT operate dispenser without base
properly installed.
Keep plastic bags away from children.
1. Remove dispenser from packaging.
2. Lay dispenser on its back.
3. Snap two halves of base together. (See
illustration A)
4. Attach base to bottom of dispenser using (4)
screws. (See illustration B)
Note: Do NOT tighten each screw until all
screws have been started.
5. Position cooler upright. Unpack drip tray and
insert into dispenser until tray snaps firmly into
place. (See illustration C)
6. Properly dispose all of packaging.

INSTALLATION
To prevent accidental tip hazard, dispenser must be securely anchored to wall as
shown.
1. Place dispenser upright.
2. Locate dispenser on a hard and level surface
in a cool shaded location near a grounded
wall outlet.
Notice: Do NOT plug in power cord yet.
3. Position dispenser so the back is at least 4
inches from wall and there are at least 4
inches of clearance on both sides.
4. Install Wall Mount Strap to prevent accidental
tip over:
-Unclip strap from back of dispenser
-Mount strap 25” up from floor directly to
wall stud with screw (See illustration A)
If stud is not available, insert and turn
anchor directly into sheet rock using a
Philips screwdriver (DO NOT drill hole into
sheet rock first when using this anchor).
Secure strap by installing screw through
washer, then eyelet in strap and into wall
mounted anchor. (See illustration B)
-Position cooler in place
-Clip strap onto back of cooler to right or
left side. (See illustration C)
-Adjust length of strap so the dispenser can
NOT move forward.
Note – Dispenser can be positioned in a corner
but still requires Wall Mount Strap to be
installed. Lengthen strap so that once installed
the dispenser cannot move forward.

OPERATION
This unit is intended for water dispensing only. Do NOT use other liquids. Do NOT
use for other purposes.
This dispenser has been designed to use water bottles with 3 & 5 gallon capacity.
Do NOT use alternative bottles.
Initial Set Up
Do NOT plug in until steps 1-5 are completed.
1. Allow unit to sit upright for 4 hours.
2. Clean fresh water bottle with a soft cloth and warm soapy water, then rinse.
3. Remove tamper seal from top of bottle cap. Do NOT remove plastic cap.
4. Lift bottle and insert onto the probe. Apply slight pressure until the plug inside the
cap pushes in and the bottle is seated.
5. Wait 3 minutes then dispense some water from the HOT tap until air bubbles
appear in the bottle.
6. Plug cord into a properly grounded wall outlet.
7. Turn energy saving switch on back to ON.
Initial Rinsing of Water Lines
This unit has been tested and sanitized prior to packing and shipping. During transit dust
and odors can accumulate in the tank and lines. Dispense and dispose at least one
quart of water prior to drinking any water.
Dispensing Cold Water
Note: After setup, it will take 1 hour to get water to maximum cold temperature. During
this time the compressor will run continuously. This is normal.
1. Position bottle, glass, pitcher or cooking pot securely below cold water tap.
– The blue arrowhead below the cold water control indicates the location of the cold
water tap.
- The circular shapes in the drip plate help align the flow of water. This unit
dispenses water at a fast rate. To avoid splashes, hold cup as close to the tap as
possible.
2. Depress cold water control downward to start flow.
3. Release cold water control once desired fill level is achieved.

Dispensing Hot Water
This unit dispenses water at temperatures that can cause severe burns. Avoid
direct contact with hot water. Keep children and pets away from unit while
dispensing. Never allow children to dispense hot water without proper and
direct supervision. Unplug unit to prevent unsupervised use by children.
Note: If you do not want to dispense hot water, flip the switch on the back of the
unit to OFF.
Note: After setup, hot water will be available in 15-20 minutes.
1. Position bottle, glass, pitcher or cooking pot securely below hot water tap.
-The red arrowhead below the hot water control indicates the location of the hot
water tap.
-The circular shapes in the drip plate help align the flow of water. This unit
dispenses water at a fast rate. To avoid splashes, hold cup as close to the tap
as possible.
2. Push red hot water release inward and depress hot water control downward to start
flow.
3. Release hot water control once desired fill level is achieved.
Replacing an Empty Bottle
Replace bottle as soon as you notice it is empty. Unplug unit if bottle and tanks
are empty.
1. Lift bottle straight up to disengage from the bottle probe.
2. Clean fresh water bottle with a soft cloth and warm soapy water, then rinse.
3. Remove tamper seal from top of bottle cap. Do NOT remove plastic cap.
4. Lift bottle and insert onto the probe. Apply slight pressure until the plug inside the
cap pushes in and the bottle is seated.
5. Dispense some water from the COLD tap until air bubbles appear in the bottle.

PROPER CARE & CLEANING
General Cleaning
Perform: As needed
Time Required: 5 minutes.
Note: Do NOT use abrasive materials or chemical cleaners.
1. Clean cabinet surfaces with a soft cloth and warm soapy water, then rinse.
2. Wipe dust from back of dispenser to improve efficiency.
3. Remove drip tray assembly by pulling it forward. Remove cover. Place tray and
cover in dishwasher or wipe parts clean with a soft cloth and warm soapy water.
Cleaning Cold Reservoir and Water Lines
Perform: Every 3 months or whenever an off-taste occurs.
Time Required: 15 minutes.
Note: Best to do prior to loading a fresh bottle.
1. Flip switch on back of unit to OFF
2. Unplug power cord from wall outlet.
3. Remove water bottle.
4. Unclip Wall Mount Strap from back of dispenser and turn dispenser around so
backside is facing away from the wall.
5. Place a 2 gallon or larger bucket under the drain
plug in the rear of the dispenser.
Remove drain cap and silicon plug. Cold water will
immediately flow into the bucket. This will be
followed several seconds later by hot water at
temperatures that can cause severe burns. Avoid
direct contact with hot water. Keep children and
pets away while draining unit.
Reminder - Place drain cap and silicon plug in a
safe location so they are not lost.
6. Remove remaining water from reservoirs by
dispensing from both taps into a pitcher.

7. Replace silicon plug and drain cap.
8. Remove probe assembly by turning it counter clockwise.
9. Remove plastic baffle from inside reservoir.
10. Clean probe assembly and baffle with a soft cloth using a cleaning mixture of one
gallon tap water and 3 tablespoons unscented household bleach, then rinse and
place on a clean cloth.
11. Pour remaining cleaning mixture into reservoir.
12. Dispense all cleaning mixture through the both taps into a pitcher.
13. Wipe inside of reservoir and area around both taps with a soft cloth. If there is
mineral build-up (white chalky deposits) use a household product designed to
remove calcium, lime or rust. These can be found in grocery and hardware stores.
Follow manufacturer’s label instructions.
14. Rinse system by dispensing 1-2 gallons of tap water through both taps into a pitcher.
Make sure all water has been dispensed.
15. Replace baffle and probe assembly.
16. Turn unit around and re-clip Wall Mount Strap to back of dispenser.
17. Clean a fresh water bottle with a soft cloth and warm soapy water, then rinse.
18. Remove tamper seal from top of bottle cap. Do NOT remove plastic cap.
19. Lift bottle and insert onto the probe. Apply slight pressure until the plug inside the
cap pushes in and the bottle is seated.
20. Dispense some water from the COLD tap until air bubbles appear in the bottle.
21. Plug power cord into grounded wall outlet.
22. Flip switch on back of unit to ON.

TROUBLESHOOTING
Dispenser does not operate.
•Make sure the power cord is properly connected to a working outlet.
Water is leaking.
•Bottle may have a leak. Remove bottle and replace with new bottle.
•If leak remains, remove bottle and call 866-429-7566 for assistance.
No water is coming from the taps.
•Make sure the bottle is not empty. If so replace it.
•Make sure to push the water controls in fully.
Cold water is not cold.
•It takes up to one hour after setup to dispense cold water.
•Make sure the back of the dispenser is at least 4 inches from a wall and there is
free airflow on all 4 sides of the dispenser.
•Make sure tank is not overfilled due to a bottle leak. Dispense water until bubbles
appear in bottle.
Hot water is not hot.
•It takes 15-20 minutes after setup to dispense hot water.
•Make sure the power cord is properly connected to a working outlet.
•Make sure switch on back of unit is in ON position.
Dispenser is noisy.
•Make sure dispenser is positioned on a level surface.
Water tastes bad.
•Drain water from reservoirs and replace bottle with a fresh one.
•Clean dispenser per Proper Care & Cleaning instructions.

LIMITED WARRANTY
Primo Water Corporation, (“Vendor”) warrants to the original purchaser of this dispenser, and to no
other person, that if this dispenser is assembled and operated in accordance with the printed
instructions accompanying it, then for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase, all parts in
such dispenser shall be free from defects in material and workmanship. Vendor may require
reasonable proof of your date of purchase from an authorized retailer or distributor. Therefore, you
should retain your sales slip or invoice. The Limited Warranty shall be limited to repair or
replacement of parts, which prove defective under normal use and service and which Vendor shall
determine in its reasonable discretion upon examination to be defective. Before returning any parts,
you should contact Vendor’s Customer Service Department using the contact information listed
below. If Vendor confirms, after examination, a defect covered by this Limited Warranty in any
returned part, and if Vendor approves claim, Vendor will replace such defective part without charge.
If you return defective parts, transportation charges must be prepaid by you. Vendor will return
replacement parts to original purchaser, freight or postage prepaid.
The Limited Warranty does not cover any failures or operating difficulties due to accident, abuse,
misuse, alteration, misapplication, improper installation or improper maintenance or service by you
or any third party, or failure to perform normal and routine maintenance on the dispenser, as set out
in the User’s Manual. In addition, the Limited Warranty does not cover damages to the finish, such
as scratches, dents, discoloration or rust after purchase.
The Limited Warranty is in lieu of all other express warranties. Vendor disclaims all warranties for
products that are purchased from seller other than authorized retailers or distributors. AFTER THE
PERIOD OF THE ONE (1) YEAR EXPRESS WARRANTY, VENDOR DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL
IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF
MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. FURTHER, VENDOR
SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY WHATSOEVER TO PURCHASER OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR
ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTAL DAMAGES. Vendor
assumes no responsibility for any defects caused by third parties. This Limited Warranty gives the
purchaser specific legal rights; a purchaser may have other rights depending upon where he or she
lives. Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusion or limitation of special, incidental or consequential
damages, or limitations on how long a warranty lasts, so the above exclusion and limitations may
not apply to you.

ENSAMBLAJE
Para evitar el peligro de volcado accidental,
la base suministrada debe fijarse de manera
segura al dispensador, tal como se muestra.
NO opere el dispensador sin la base
correctamente instalada.
Mantenga las bolsas de plástico fuera del
alcance de los niños.
1. Extraiga el dispensador de su material de
embalaje.
2. Eche el dispensador sobre la parte posterior.
3. Encaje juntas las dos mitades de la base (vea
la ilustración A).
4. Acople la base a la parte inferior del
dispensador usando los (4) tornillos (vea la
ilustración B).
Aviso: NO ajuste los pernos hasta que todos
estén parcialmente enroscados.
5. Coloque el dispensador en posición vertical.
Desempaque la bandeja de goteo e insértela
en el dispensador hasta que la bandeja encaje
firmemente en su lugar. (vea la ilustración C
6. Deseche el material de embalaje como es
debido.

INSTALACIÓN
Para evitar el peligro de volcado accidental, el dispensador debe anclarse de
manera segura a la pared, tal como se muestra.
1. Coloque el dispensador en posición vertical.
2. Coloque el dispensador encima de una
superficie dura y nivelada en una ubicación
protegida y fresca cerca de un tomacorriente
con conexión a tierra.
Aviso: Todavía NO enchufe el cable eléctrico.
3. Coloque el dispensador de modo que la parte
posterior esté a una distancia de por lo menos
4 pulgadas (10 cm) de la pared y que ambos
lados tengan un espacio libre de por lo menos
4 pulgadas (10 cm).
4. Instale la correa para montaje en la pared a fin de
evitar un volcado accidental:
- Desenganche la correa de la parte posterior
del dispensador
- Monte la correa a 25 pulgadas (63,5 cm)
del piso directamente al montante de la
pared con el tornillo (vea la ilustración A).
Si el montante no está disponible, inserte y
gire el anclaje directamente dentro del panel
enyesado con un destornillador Phillips (NO
perfore un agujero primero en el panel
enyesado cuando use este anclaje).
Asegure la correa instalando el tornillo a través de la arandela y luego del ojal
de la correa y dentro del anclaje montado en la pared (vea la ilustración B)
- Coloque el enfriador en su lugar.
- Enganche la correa en la parte posterior del enfriador al lado derecho o
izquierdo (vea la ilustración C).
- Ajuste la longitud de la correa de modo que el dispensador NO pueda moverse
hacia delante.
Aviso – El dispensador puede colocarse en una esquina pero aún así requiere la
instalación de la correa para la pared. Ajuste la longitud de la correa de modo que
el dispensador no pueda moverse hacia adelante una vez instalado.

OPERACIÓN
Esta unidad está diseñada para dispensar agua únicamente. NO usar otros
líquidos. NO usar para otros propósitos.
Este dispensador está diseñado para usarse con botellones de 3 ó 5 galones (11,3
ó 18,9 litros) de capacidad. NO use botellones alternativos.
Encendido inicial
NO enchufe la unidad antes de haber realizado los pasos 1 al 5.
1. Permita que la unidad repose en posición vertical durante 4 horas.
2. Limpie el botellón nuevo de agua con un paño suave y agua jabonosa tibia, luego
enjuague.
3. Retire el sello de la tapa del botellón. NO retire el tapón de plástico.
4. Levante el botellón e inserte la sonda. Aplique una leve presión hasta que el tapón
dentro de la tapa se presione hacia adentro y el botellón quede encajado.
5. Espere 3 minutos, luego dispense un poco de agua del grifo de agua CALIENTE,
hasta que aparezcan burbujas de agua en el botellón.
6. Enchufe el cable a un tomacorriente con conexión a tierra.
7. Coloque en la posición ON (encendido) el interruptor de ahorro de energía situado
en la parte posterior de la unidad.
Enjuague inicial de las líneas de agua
Esta unidad ha sido probada y desinfectada antes de su empaque y envío. Sin embargo,
es posible que durante el transporte se acumulen polvo y olores en el tanque y en las
líneas. Dispense y deseche por lo menos un cuarto de galón de agua antes de beber el
agua.
Para dispensar agua fría
Aviso: Después del encendido inicial, el agua demorará una hora en llegar a la
temperatura fría máxima. Durante este tiempo, el compresor funcionará continuamente.
Esto es normal.
1. Coloque una botella, vaso, jarra u olla de manera segura debajo del grifo de agua
fría.
- Las puntas de flecha azul debajo del control de agua fría indican la ubicación
del grifo de agua fría.

- Las formas circulares en la bandeja de goteo ayudan a alinear el flujo de agua.
Esta unidad dispensa agua de forma rápida. Para evitar salpicaduras, acerque
el vaso lo más posible al grifo.
2. Presione el control de agua fría hacia abajo para empezar el flujo.

Para dispensar agua caliente
Esta unidad dispensa agua a temperaturas que pueden causar quemaduras
severas. Evite el contacto directo con el agua. Mantenga a niños y animales
alejados de la unidad mientras dispensa agua caliente. Nunca permita que los
niños dispensen agua sin supervisión directa. Desconecte la unidad para evitar
que la usen niños sin supervisión.
Aviso: Si no desea dispensar agua caliente, coloque en la posición OFF (apagado)
el interruptor situado en la parte posterior de la unidad.
Aviso: Después del encendido inicial, el agua caliente estará disponible después de 15
a 20 minutos.
1. Coloque una botella, vaso, jarra u olla de manera segura debajo del grifo de agua
caliente.
- La punta de flecha roja debajo del control de agua caliente indica la
ubicación del grifo de agua caliente.
- Las formas circulares en la bandeja de goteo ayudan a alinear el flujo de agua.
Esta unidad dispensa agua de forma rápida. Para evitar salpicaduras, acerque
el vaso lo más posible al grifo.
2. Presione el botón rojo para la salida de agua caliente y presione el control de agua
caliente hacia abajo para empezar el flujo.
3. Suelte el control de agua caliente una vez que se alcance el nivel de agua deseado.
Para reemplazar un botellón vacío
Reemplazar el botellón tan pronto note que está vacío. Desenchufe la unidad si el
botellón y los tanques están vacíos.
1. Levante el botellón para separarlo de la sonda.
2. Limpie el botellón nuevo de agua con un paño suave y agua jabonosa tibia, luego
enjuague.
3. Retire el sello de la tapa del botellón. NO retire la tapa de plástico.
4. Levante el botellón e insértelo en la sonda. Aplique una leve presión hasta que el
tapón dentro de la tapa se presione hacia adentro y el botellón quede encajado.
