Attention – Before Installation
1. Inspect this product to ensure you have all parts as shown that are required for proper installation.
2. The valve cartridge has been factory tested and adjusted – DO NOT TAKE THE CARTRIDGE APART. Taking the
cartridge apart will void the warranty.
3. Ensure that both hot and cold water feeds are properly connected to the marked lav connecting.
4. This product must be installed by a professional contractor.
5. Refer to the specification and assembly drawings attached for installation directions.
6. Flow Pressure –Min. 25 PSI, Max. 80 PSI. Recommended pressure – 50 to 60 PSI.
Installation Requirements
Please read the instructions carefully so as to avoid any damage to the fixture.
1. To ensure this product is installed properly, you must read and follow these guidelines.
2. The owner/user of the faucet must keep this information for future reference.
3. Be sure your installation conforms to local codes.
4. Refer to the specification and assembly drawings attached. Faucet is sold partially assembled but shown fully
disassembled for illustrative and service purposes only.
5. Inspect this product to ensure you have all parts required for proper installation.
6. Use only a strap wrench or protected/smooth-jaw wrench on any finished surface.
7. If possible, install the faucet assembly on the sink or mounting surface before setting.
8. Do NOT use putty during this installation.
Cleaners For Fittings And Accessories
To avoid damaging the surface and working components of the fittings, certain precautions must be taken in terms of us-
age and subsequent cleaning as many cleaning agents contain acids for general cleaning and removing calcium depos-
its. When caring for your fittings and accessories, please note the following:
- Only apply cleaners which are expressly intended for the use
- Never use any cleaner containing hydrochloric acid, formic acid or acetic acid on or near the fitting, as they can
cause considerable damage
- Do not use cleaners containing phosphoric acid
- Do not use cleaners containing chlorine bleach solutions
- Never mix or combine cleaning agents
- Abrasive cleaners and unsuitable scouring agents such as scouring pads

Step 1 - Bathtub spout
1) Screw the rod (1) on the pipe (2).
2) Place the foam gasket (3) on the back part of the plate (4).
3) Place the plate (4) on the finished wall.
Step 2 - Bathtub spout
4) Place the O-ring (5) on the spout (6).
5) Place the spout (6) on the rod and fix it with the grub screw (7).

Step 3 - Handshower
1) Screw the rod (1) on the pipe (2).
2) Slide the holder on the rod & fix with grub screw (7).
3) Attach the hose to the handshower.
Step 4 - Two outlet shower/tub control

Step 1 - Assembly of the Control Fixing Bracket to the
In-wall Plate

Finish the wall by tiling or using
drywall.
Finish the wall by tiling or using drywall. Using the trim plate, the
control fixing brackets must be positioned using the supplied
in-wall rough-in plate with their centres 70mm apart.
40mm diameter holes are required
Conduits should be used in the walls where necessary to
protect the cables and allow maintenance.
Attach the control fixing brackets using the four small screws
supplied in the plastic bagset for the control fixing brackets.
Step 3
Draw a line around the bracket
collars, flush with the wall.

Cut down the bracket collars as marked.
a: Position the adaptor rings inside the
wall and fix through the adaptor ring
holes into the bracket collar using 15mm
screws supplied (manually.)
Note: Do no use an electric drill.

Feed the control data cables through the brackets.
Note: For ease of installation, the socket can be taped to the wire.
Position the controls into the brackets and turn clockwise
to lock in position.

Outlet #1 is the

first. If a bath filler option
is required it must be
connected to outlet 1.

If required, use the supplie template to mark the
position of the control mixer fixing holes in the
selected location.
Remove the inlet connectors’ retaining bolt.
Fully insert the inlet connectors into the inlet valves
(one long and one short connector).
If required, the ‘nut’ ends of the inlet
connectors (and outlet connectors) can be cut off
and compression fittings can be used to attach
the pipework.
Fix the control box in position using the
screw kit supplied.

Re-insert the inlet connectors retaining bolt.
Remove the outlet connectors’ retaining bolt.
Fully insert the outlet connectors into the outlet
valves (one long and one short connector).
Note: Outlet 1 is the default outlet. When
turner on, water will flow through this outlet first. If a
bath filler option is required, it must be connected to
Outlet 1.
Important: Flush through the pipework before
connection.
Filter screen for inlet is highly recommended.
Attach the NPT adaptors to the hot & cold water
supply connections.

Re-insert the outlet connectors retaining bolt.
Connect the data cable from the on-off/temperature
control to the ‘TLI’ port in the control box.
Attach the supplied NPT adaptor pipework to
the outlet connectors.
Make a note of which pipe goes to which outlet.
Note: Make sure that the pipework is perpendicular to
the control box so that there is no strain on the fittings,
use pipe clips as required.
Run a pipe from the mixed water outlet on the control
box through the wall to the proposed position of the
shower hose outlet etc.

Connect the data cable from the flow / outlet control to the ‘Dual Wheel’ connection in the processor.

the “AUX” port in the control box.

DIGITAL WATER CONTROL AT YOUR FINGERTIPS
Connect the processor power lead to a double pole 3 amp
fuse switched spur incorporated in the fixed wiring circuit, in
accordance with the current wiring regulations.
Important:All showers requiring an electrical
connection MUST be installed by a qualified person
following the latest revision of BS 7671 (Wiring Regulations)
and certified to current building regulations.

Step 17 Connect an all-pole mains switch in the
electrical installation in accordance with
the current wiring regulations.
Note:
• the electrical installation and testing must be
carried out by a qualified electrician
• Electrical connections and the minimum
distances between water and electricity
connections must be installed or laid out in
accordance with the valid national regulations.
• Equipment for protection against faulty currents
must be installed (residual current circuit
breaker), N=30mA
• All work on the electronic components must be
only carried out under absence of voltage
Note: Damages to the faucet resulting from incorrect handling and installation are not covered in the manufacturer’s warranty.
Refit the control box cover.
