TWISTERTM SWIVEL HANDLE
The Twister™ Flat Box Handle has a swivel head
that allows you to rotate the handle and hold it in
a more comfortable and natural position in relation
to your body. This reduces body stress and fatigue
and allows you to work safely from the oor.

Adjust the friction setting of the handle using the FH023 Star Wheel.
Attach the TwisterTM Flat Box Handle to your Flat Box by sliding the
handle onto the box lid so that the slots in the connector plate align
with the studs in the Flat Box lid.
Tighten the wing nuts to secure the handle to the Flat Box.
Test the friction setting by rotating the Flat Box - it should be rm
enough to allow control of the Flat Box when in use.
To change boxing direction lower the handle, then rotate the Flat Box
to the desired angle. Apply the brake and reposition on the wall.

CLEANING
USING THE TWISTER HANDLE
Clean your TwisterTM Flat Box Handle with clean water and a brush.
The brake washers inside the TwisterTM head (FH021,22) may be
lubricated with marine grease.
DO NOT use lubricants on the inner tube of the extendable handle or
the brake pivot (FH004).

RETROFIT
To retrot a TSP TwisterTM Swivel Plate to an existing Blue Line Flat Box
Handle, follow these steps:
Remove the two FH003 Grub Screws from the FH001 Connector
Plate, using a 1/8” Allen key.
Remove the FH004 Pivot Pin.
Remove the FH001 Connector Plate and replace with TSP Swivel
Plate.
Fit FH004 Pivot Pin ensuring alignment.
Fit the two FH003 Grub Screws using Loctite 243 or similar.
Tighten FH003s securely onto ats on FH004 Pivot Pin.
Check operation.
