PRO-REACHTM FLATBOX HANDLE
The Blue Line USA Pro-ReachTM Extendable Flatbox Handle is designed for
use with the Blue Line USA range of Flat Finishing Boxes.

USING THE PRO-REACH FLATBOX HANDLE
First loosen the wingnuts on your Blue Line USA Flatbox lid. (FHX-1)
Attach the Pro-ReachTM Flatbox Handle to your Flatbox by sliding the handle onto
the box lid so that the slots in the connector plate align with the studs in the
Flatbox lid.
Tighten the wingnuts to secure the handle to the Flatbox. (FHX-2)
Adjust the handle to the desired length by depressing the lever shown in gure
FHX-3.
The handle has four positions - extend the handle to the desired length releasing
the lever and allowing the locating pin to drop into the appropriate hole.
Check the operation of the brake before applying a load.
Note: The handle grip must be released to adjust the length of the handle. Also the locating
pin must be engaged for the brake to work.

WARRANTY
CLEANING
Your Pro-Reach TM Flatbox Handle should be cleaned after each use to maximise the
lifespan and maintain optimal performance.
Use water and a brush - do not use solvents.
Ensure that the inner tube is cleaned as dry joint compound will affect smooth
extension of the handle.
All manufacturing faults are covered under the Blue Line USA warranty. All non wear
parts are covered under a 3 year warranty.
MAINTENANCE
To maintain your Pro-ReachTM Flatbox Handle, follow these points:
Clean the handle after use.
Lubrication of the inner tube should only be as required (if at all) and is best
achieved by wiping lubricant onto the tube with a cloth.
Do not spray lubricant onto the tube, especialy where it can enter the inside of
the inner tube. Inside the inner tube is a brake mechanism to link the strap and
rod which should not be lubricated, and may fail to function if it is.
Do not lubricate the handle head brake where the FH004 pin pivots.
