The remote control uses two 1.5V AAA batteries (NOT INCLUDED).
Batteries must be disposed of according to the local laws

1. Find a clean flat location where you can either sit on a chair or sit or lie on the
floor comfortably that is safely within 7 feet from an electric outlet.
2. Connect the provided AC adapter to the power plug connection on the unit per
the diagram. Make sure that the outlet is in good condition and that the plug is not
loose. NEVER exceed the maximum amperage for the circuit. DO NOT plug other
appliances into the same circuit.
3. Plug in the AC adapter to an electric outlet making sure that the cord is laying on
the ground with no barriers.
4. If you will be sitting on a chair, place the chair in front of the unit making sure that
it is not entangled with the AC adapter cord.
5. Take off the clear film on top of the TOUCH PANEL on the unit.
6. Place your feet on the gel pads located on top of the unit. Putting on a pair of
socks is suggested for beginners or people with sensitive skin.
PLEASE NOTE:
Foot padsare11.22''L that will comfortably fit upto 11” L feet.
7. There are 2 operation modes to use this product: You can either use the touch
panel buttons on the unit or use the provided remote control to operate it.
8. Unplug the unit after use.
Use the massager by either sitting on a chair to massage your feet, or by
sitting or lying on the floor to massage your calves. Do NOT stand on the
massager. MAXIMUM WEIGHT CAPACITY = 66 LBS.

Turn on and off the screen when machine stopped work

Start the machine
In the case of manual program shutdown, press once to reduce the time by
one minute, and long press to continuously reduce the time;
When the manual program is turned on, press once to decrease the speed
by one gear, and press and hold to continuously decrease the speed.
In the case of manual program shutdown, press once to add one minute, and
long press to continuously increase the time
When the manual program is turned on, press once to increase the speed by
one gear, and press and hold to continuously increase the speed.
Cyclic switching of programs when machine stopped work
The current time and the program name are alternately displayed every few
seconds
