HOW TO CHARGE
1- Connect to power using the Micro USB port
2- To better protect battery life, please only use the included cable which is ≤ 5V, 100mAh - 240mAh
3- Allow 1-2 hours to fully charge, after a full charge, the headset will perform best.

Volume+ /- (Press the button one time, the volume will change one level)
LED
1. While charging - red light is on
2. When fully charged - blue light is on
3. Low battery -red light flashing twice and voice prompt

4. Pairing mode –blue and red light flashing.
HOW TO CONNECT EARPHONES TO YOUR DEVICE
1- Enable Bluetooth on your device and keep within 3 feet while pairing
2- Press and hold HOME button for approximately 6 seconds until red and blue LEDs flash rapidly
3- Using your Bluetooth device, scan/ search for available Bluetooth devices and select "Deepbassx"
from the list of devices shown
4- If prompted, enter password or PIN No: "0000”
5- If prompted by your device to connect, select "Yes"
6- After connecting successfully, the blue LEDs will double flash
HOW TO CONNECT EARPHONES TO MULTIPLE DEVICES
1- Enable Bluetooth on your device and keep within 3 feet while pairing
2- Press and hold HOME button for approximately 6 seconds until red and blue LEDs flash rapidly
3- Using your Bluetooth device, scan/ search for available Bluetooth devices and select "Deepbassx"
from the list of devices shown
4- If prompted, enter password or PIN No: "0000”
5- If prompted by your device to connect, select "Yes"
6- After connecting successfully, the blue LEDs will double flash
7- To connect another device, temporarily switch off Bluetooth on device you previously connected.
8- Repeat previous steps and connect the other device.
9- Turn Bluetooth backon for the first device
FOR OPTIMAL SOUND QUALITY. THE DISTANCE BETWEEN YOUR DEVICE AND THE EARPHONES MUST
BE LESS THAN 35 FEET, IN AN OPEN SPACE WITH NO BLOCKS
HOW TO RECONNECT THE EARPHONES
1- After connection is lost Xlit500 will try to reconnect automatically
2- If reconnection does not happen automatically, press HOME button once or reconnect through the
Bluetooth menu on your device.
RESTORE FACTORY SETTINGS
1- Press and hold the HOME button for about 3 seconds while charging, until the LEDs flash blue 3
times
TROUBLESHOOTING
1. Device can't find the Bluetooth earphones –
-Make sure the XR500 is in pairing mode, and LEDs flash blue and red. Refer to previous section on
how to enter pairing mode.
-if XR500 is in pairing mode and flashes blue and red, but is still not found by your device, please
restart your device and the headset
-If no connection is made within two minutes after the headset has been in the pairing mode, it will
exit pairing mode automatically
-Restore XR500 to factory settings by following instructions in the previous section of the manual

2. Frequent disconnection and noise
-Make sure your earphones are fully charged
-Make sure the distance between your device and the headset is less than 35 feet.
-Make sure nothing is blocking the signal between your device and your Bluetooth earphones
-Restore XR500 to factory settings by following instructions in the previous section of the manual
3. Device is connected to earphones, but music does not sound
-Please go through troubleshooting steps 1 and 2
-Keep in mind some devices do not have a stereo Bluetooth module and Bluetooth function to listen
to music. Please connect your Bluetooth earphones to another device
-Restore XR500 to factory settings by following instructions in the previous section of the manual
4. The red LED does not come on while charging
-This can happen when you have not used the earphones for a long time.
-Please allow at least 30 minutes to charge and the problem should be solved.
--Restore XR500 to factory settings by following instructions in the previous section of the manual
5. Can't connect the earphones to your device
-Restore XR500 to factory settings by following the instructions in the previous section of the
manual.
-Go to your device's Bluetooth menu and delete all saved devices from the list by clicking "forget this
device".
-Turn your device's Bluetooth off then turn back on, Deepbassx will be deleted.
-Power off device then turn back on.
-Unplug Deepbassx from charging cable then power on.
-Enter the earphone into the pairing mode and follow instructions for connecting.
6. My device is asking for a password
-If prompted please enter 0000 as the password on your device
SAFETY RULES
1- Never disassemble or modify your headset for any reason. Doing this may cause the headset to
malfunction or become combustible. The damage to your device can void your manufacturer's
warranty.
2- Do not allow your device to get wet, liquids can cause serious damage. Water damage to your
device can void your manufacturer's warranty.
3- Avoid exposing your device to very cold or very hot temperatures (below 37F or above 112F).
Extreme temperature can cause the deformation of the device and reduce the charging and life of
your device.
4- Avoid using your device's light close to the eyes of children or animals.
5- Do not use the device during a thunderstorm. Thunderstorms can cause the device to malfunction
and increase the risk of electric shock.
NOTE

Do not charge your headset for much longer than 2-3 hours at a time, because this can lead to reduction
in battery capacity
