1. Please read the instructions provided in this manual carefully. Any deviation from the
instructions during times of exposure can reduce the overall effectiveness of the mask which
may result in sickness or death.
3. Leave the contaminated area immediately if you experience any sign of dizziness,
irritation, or other issues.
4. When not in use, store the mask away from contaminated areas.
5. Dispose of used masks after one use. Disposal of the mask must be in accordance with
all applicable regulations.

The mask must be worn at all times of exposure and be
disposed of after one time use.
2. Before using the mask in an occupational environment, a written mask protection
program must be put into effect which meets all requirements outlined in OSHA 29 CFR
1910.134 including information on how to perform a proper seal check.

eliminate the risk of contracting disease or infection. Misuse may result in sickness or
death. Materials which may come into contact with the wearer’s skin could cause

PERFORMING A SEAL CHECK:
It is necessary to perform a seal check on the mask every time you wear it.
Cup both hands around the mask and inhale and exhale forcefully several times. If you
notice any air leakage, adjust the nosepiece and headbands until the leakage is
corrected. Pull the headbands back, up, or, if necessary, shorten them by knotting. Once
corrected, repeat the seal check again.
WARNING The mask should not be used without a proper fit.
FITTING INSTRUCTIONS:
Unfold the mask and allow the earloop bands to hang
outward on both sides.
Position the mask on your face with the adjustable metal
nosepiece facing up.
Test the seal by cupping both hands over the protective
mask. Then, begin to inhale and exhale sharply. If air leaks
around the mask’s edges, adjust the straps and reposition the
nose piece until a proper seal is formed.
Pull the earloop bands around both ears. Then, adjust for fit
and comfort
Using both hands, press down on the metal nosepiece to
form a tight-fitting seal around your nose.
