Priortoassembly, removecomponentsfromthe boxand verifythatall the listedpartswere
supplied.Assemblyinstructionsaredescribedinthefollowingstepsand illustrations.
SAFETY&MAINTENANCEINSTRUCTION
01.Oncefullyassembled,pleasecheckthatall hardwarepartssuchasbolts,nutsand
washersarepositionedandsecured firmly.
02.Pleasecheck regularlythatthe safetychainguardthatprotectsthe movingpartsofthe
machine issecuredandingoodorder.
03.Pleasealwayscheck the seatpost, seatslider;pedalsandhandlebararesecured
firmlybeforegettingon the bike.
04.Tolubricateall movingpartsannuallyisrecommended.
05. Donot wearlooseclothingtoavoidentanglinginanymovingparts.
06. Donot removefeetfromthepedalswhiletheyareinmotion.
07.Alwayswearshoeswhen usingthemachine.
08.Drythe bikeaftereachusetoremovesweatand moisture.Wipe the machinewitha
dampcloth,waterand mildsoap.Donotuseapetroleum-basedsolventtoclean the
machine inordernottodamagethe finish.
09.Pleasekeep children awayfromthe bikewhileitisinuse.Donotallowchildren touse
the bike.Thisbikeisdesigned foradults,not children.
10. Donot dismount thebikeuntil the pedalshavestoppedcompletely.
11.Stopexerciseimmediatelyincaseofnausea,shortness ofbreath,faint, headache,
pain, tightness inyourchestoranydiscomfort.
12. Donot placefingersoranyotherobjectsintothe movingpartsofthe bike.
13.Priortoanyexercise,consultwithyourphysician firsttoestablishtheexercise
frequency, timeand intensityappropriateforyourparticularageandcondition.
14.Afterexercising,pleasepull downthe tension controllertoincreaseresistancesothat
the pedalswill not rotatefreelyandpossiblyhurt someone.
15.Themaximumuser sweight is130kg.

removeand reinstall thehardwareasassemblyisrequired.
Pleasereferencetheindividualassemblystepsand makenoteofall preinstalled
hardware.
PREPARATION: Before assembling, make surethatyouwillhaveenough space
aroundtheitem; Usethepresent toolingfor assembling; beforeassemblingplease
check whetherall needed parts are available.
It is stronglyrecommended this machinetobe assembled bytwoor more peopleto
avoid possibleinjury.
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
StepA:
Fixthe Frontstabilizer(3)andRearstabilizer
(2)toMainframe(1)withCarriagebolt(21),
Arcwasher(22)and Acornnut(23)as
shown.
StepB:
AttachthePedals(7L/R) totheCranks
(28L/R) ontheMainFrame(1).
Note:Themarks “L “and “R”on the pedal
areforleftandrightside ofthe crank.The
Pedal(L)shouldbeturned
counter-clockwisetothe Crank(L).Onthe
contrary,thePedal(R) shouldbeturned
clockwisetothe Crank(R).

InserttheSaddle(8)intotheSaddleslider(5)
and thenfastenwithtools.
InserttheSaddleslider(5)intotheSaddle
post(4)and thenfixwithPop-pinknob(9)at a
suitableposition.
InserttheSaddlepost(4)totheMainframe(1)
toan appropriateheight, fixingwiththe
Pop-pinknob(9)
Note:You can justloosen couplethreadand
pull the knob insteadofturningoutknob(9)
when you needtoadjusttheposition ofthe
saddle.
Makesurethe Saddle(8)istightened tothe
Saddleslider(5)beforegettingontheBike.
StepD:
Attachthe Handlebar(24)and Meterbracket
(31)totheHandlebarpost(6)usingtheAllen
bolts(18),Springwashers(19)andFlat
washers(27);
Attachthe Handlebarlowershield(26)tothe
Handlebarpost(6)andthenfixthe Handlebar
lowershield(26)andHandlebaruppershield
(25)withCross tapping screws(20);
Fixthe Handlebarpost(6)tothefrontpostof
Mainframe(1)withthePop-pinknob (9);
Fixthe Bottlecage (11)ontheMainframe(1)

FULLY TIGHTENall Bolts,Nutsand Fittingsnow,ensuring thatyourproductinlocated on
aclearflat surfacebeforedoing so.
Yourproductwill nowbe readytouse.

USINGYOURBIKE
Using yourbikewillprovideyou withseveral benefits.Itwillimproveyourphysical fitness,tone
yourmusclesand in conjunction withacalorie controlled diet, help youloseweight.
WARM-UPPHASE
The purposeofwarming up istoprepareyourbodyforexerciseand tominimizeinjuries.
Warmup fortwotofiveminutesbeforestrength-training oraerobicexercising.Perform
activitiesthatraiseyourheartrateand warmtheworkingmuscles.Activitiesmayincludebrisk
walking, jogging, jumpingjacks,jumprope, and runningin place.
STRETCHING
Stretching while yourmusclesarewarmafteraproperwarm-up and again afteryourstrength
oraerobictrainingsession isveryimportant.Musclesstretchmoreeasilyatthesetimes
becauseoftheirelevated temperature,whichgreatlyreducesthe risk ofinjury.Stretches
should beheld for15 to30 seconds.

Rememberalways tocheck withyourphysicianbeforestarting anyexerciseprogram.
EXERCISEPHASE
Thisisthe stage whereyou putthe effort
in.Afterregularuse,the musclesin your
legswill becomemoreflexible.Workat
yourownpaceand be suretomaintain a
steadytempo throughout. The rateof
work shouldbe sufficienttoraiseyour
heartbeatintothe targetzone shownon
the graph below.
COOL-DOWNPHASE
The purposeofcooling downistoreturnthe bodytoitsnormal ornearnormal,resting stateat
the end of eachexercisesession.Apropercool-downslowlylowers yourheartrateandallows
blood toreturnto the heart.
