ATTACHING THE INVERSION NOZZLE TO INVERSION DRUM
Straight nozzle Storz nozzle with steam access
Seal inside the inversion drum and Storz nozzle 1. Insert the Storz inversion nozzle onto the
inversion drum so that the seals coincide.
2. Lock the Storz nozzle on the drum by turning
it with the Storz key.
3. The Storz nozzle is locked when the connecting
symbols are aligned.

AMBIENT AND STEAM CURING
1. Compressed air hose connected to the drum. 2. Steam hose connected to the inversion
nozzle.

LINER CURING WITH HOT WATER
1. Press on the small protrusion to open and remove the cover on the crankshaft.
2. Remove the plug. 3. Connect the water quick-connect tting onto
the crankshaft.
4. Connect the water quick-connect tting onto the joint on the shaft inside the drum.

Connect the water hose, which will go inside the
liner, onto the drum’s quick connector. Wind the
water hose neatly around the shaft. You can
use the water hose as a liner feeding string by
attaching it to the liner knot.
Connect the water inlet to the quick connector on
the drum crankshaft. Once the liner has been shot
and pressurized into the pipe, you can start feeding
warm water into the liner’s end. The regulator
releases the pressure as the liner lls with water.
When the water reaches the drum, you can start
the water cycle by letting water out through the
bottom valve while warm water enters the liner’s
end.

loosening the lever, then turn the angle to t
