This
appliance has a polarized
plug
(one blade

Make
sure
the
control
connector
is
securely
attached
to
the
pad
connector
(Figure
1).
Push
both
parts
together
for
a
tight
fit.
NOTE:
Control
must
be
connected
to
heating
pad
before
plugging
unit
into
outlet.

plug
into
120V
AC
electrical
outlet.
The
LCD
display
lights
up
and
goes
out
immediately.
This
heating
pad
features RAPID-Heat. With
this
unique
RAPID-Heat
technology,
you
will
feel
heat
in
30
seconds
-
for
faster
pain
relief!
HOW TO USE YOUR HEATING PAD

To
turn
the
pad
on,
press
the
power
button.
The
LCD
display
lights
up.
The
default
temperature
setting
is
the
lowest
setting
(104°F)
and
the
default
timer
setting
is
1
hour.

Press
TEMP
button
to
select
temperature
settings.

TIMER
button
to
select
Auto-Off
timing.
The
default
setting
is
1
hour.
The
6
timer
settings
1hr/1.5hr/2hr/15mins/30mins/45mins.
When
you
release
the
button,
the
countdown
timer
starts
automatically
by
minute.

some
cases,
you
may
find
that
moist
heat
therapy
provides
more
comfort
and
relief.
When
using
moist
heat
therapy,
you
should
protect
furniture
and
clothing
from
becoming
damp.

Dampen
either
side
of
the
heating
pad
with
water
by
patting
the
surface
with
a
wet
sponge
or
cloth
or
use
a
spray
bottle
to
apply
a
fine
mist.

auto-off
feature.
By
pressing
the
TIMER
button,
you
can
choose
from

timer
options.
The
default
time
is
1
hour.
The

timer
settings
are:
1hr/1.5hr/2hr/15mins/30mins/45mins.
NOTE:
After
a
power
outage,
the
auto-off
feature
automatically
resets
to
the
defaullt
timer.

Wash
by
hand
or
as
follows
in
an
automatic
washer
using
slow
agitation
and
normal
spin
speed:
Fill
washer
with
warm
water.
Add
minimum
amount
of
all-purpose
detergent,
agitate
to
dissolve.
Add
heating
pad
and
soak
five
minutes.
Agitate
two
minutes.
Spin.
Fill
for
cool
rinse,
agitate
one
minute
then
spin.
Dry
in
automatic
dryer
on
high
heat,
five
minutes
only,
or
line
dry.
Remove
damp
heating
pad
from
dryer,
reshape
it,
and
hang
to
finish
air
drying.
Do
not
iron
your
heating
pad.
