SAVE THESE INSTRUCTIONS
WARNING
• IMPORTANT! Never touch the whisk head while the frother is being
used.
• Never add to the container while the frother is operating.
• Risk of burns. Splashes can cause burns to the skin when frothing
hot liquids. Only activate the frother after the whisk head is fully
immersed in the liquid.
• When mixing liquids, especially hot liquids, use a tall container or
make small quantities at a time to reduce spillage.
• Never leave the frother unattended during operation and keep it out
of the reach of children.
• Close supervision is necessary when the frother is used by persons
with nervous disorders.
• Protect the frother from moisture. Never put it in the dishwasher.
• Do not touch the whisk head to the container as it may
result in malfunction or injury when the frother is activated.
• The whisk head is rmly connected and cannot be detached. Do not
put the frother down on the whisk head. This can cause permanent
damage to the frother and whisk head.
• For safety, do not leave the frother and adapter plugged into an
electrical outlet for more than 24 hours.
• The voltage of the electrical outlet must agree with the voltage on the
nameplate of the adapter.
• This frother complies with the recognized rules of technology and the

APPROPRIATE USE
The BonJour® Rechargeable Primo Latte™ Frother is intended solely for
the frothing or mixing of milk, sauces, or dressings, hot or cold. No
liability is accepted for any damage resulting from use for other
purposes, faulty operation or amateur repairs. Guarantees are also
excluded in such cases.
• Always use the frother for its intended purpose.
• The frother is not intended for commercial use. It is for household
use only.
• The frother should be cleaned and fully charged before rst use.
• Except when charging, always unplug the adapter from the electrical
outlet and the frother.
• While charging and storing keep the frother on the base plate with
the whisk head pointed up.
• There are no user serviceable parts.
• The rechargeable batteries cannot be removed nor replaced.
• A damaged frother can no longer be used and should be disposed
of accordingly.
CHARGING
The appliance should only be used with the adapter packaged with the
appliance. The adapter packaged with the appliance should only be
used for this appliance.
Recharge only if performance of the frother is noticeably reduced or if
the frother has not been used for 3 months.
While charging slight warming of the body is considered normal.
Upon completion, recharging is automatically shut-off to prolong
battery life.
• Plug the adapter into the frother and then into the electrical outlet.
While charging, the LED will illuminate red.
• The LED will illuminate green when charging is complete. When
charging is complete, unplug the adapter from the electrical outlet
and then the frother.

Red
This could indicate that the adapter being used is
incorrect. Use only the adapter provided with the
frother. If the correct adapter is being used and the
LED still ashes red, there may be a bad connection.
Unplug the adapter from the electrical outlet, then the
frother. Plug the adapter back into the frother and
then into the electrical outlet. If the problem persists,
discontinue use and contact the BonJour® Consumer
Relations team for more information.
LED
Does Not
Illuminate
This can indicate that there is no power at your
electrical outlet. To restore power to your electrical
outlet, contact a qualied electrician. If there is power
at your electrical outlet and the LED still does not
illuminate, the adapter may not be completely
plugged into the frother and/or the electrical outlet.
Make sure the adapter is completely plugged into the
frother and/or the electrical outlet. If the problem
persists, discontinue use and contact the BonJour®
Consumer Relations team for more information.

FROTHING
For best results, froth milk in a tall glass/container and ll 1/3 with
milk. For thicker and fuller froth use cold non-fat milk. Other types of
milk will froth, but not with the same results as non-fat milk.
• Place the container on a stable, non-skid surface.
• Place the whisk head in the milk. Make sure the whisk head is fully
immersed in the milk before activating the frother.
• Press the button to activate the frother.
• Slowly move the frother up and down for consistent and thorough
frothing. Keep the whisk head in the milk until frothing is complete to
avoid splatter.
• When frothing is complete, release the button and remove the whisk
head from the milk.
CLEANING
Handwash only. To keep your rechargeable frother looking new, you should
clean it after each use. Place the whisk head in warm soapy water and run
the frother for a few seconds. Afterwards, rinse by running the whisk head
under cold water. Clean the body with a dry, soft cloth.
• Do not immerse the motor casing in water or other liquid.
• Do not use harsh or abrasive cleaning agents.
• Any other servicing should be performed by an authorized service
representative.
ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION
This frother uses Ni-MH (Nickel-metal hydride) batteries, which must
be recycled or disposed of properly according to state, federal and
local laws.

RECIPES
Café Cappuccino
• 6 oz. cold non-fat milk
• 1-2 shots hot espresso
• Chocolate shavings or cinnamon powder
Pour the milk into a tall container. Place the whisk head in the milk.
Froth the milk for 20 seconds. Heat the froth in the microwave on high
for 30 seconds or until hot (the froth will expand in the microwave, so
never leave it unattended). Remove the container from the microwave
(use caution: container may be hot). Pour the espresso into a separate
glass or cup. Using a spatula to hold back the froth, pour out warm milk
from the bottom of the frothed milk container into the glass or cup of
espresso until the cup is 2/3 full. Spoon the remaining froth on top of
the espresso drink. If desired, garnish with chocolate shavings or a
dusting of cinnamon.
Mochaccino Deluxe
• 6 oz. cold non-fat milk
• 4 oz. hot espresso
• 2-3 oz. chocolate syrup
• Shaved chocolate
Pour the milk into a tall glass. Place the whisk head in the milk. Froth
the milk for 20 seconds. Heat the froth in the microwave on high for 30
seconds or until hot (the froth will expand in the microwave, so never
leave it unattended). Remove the container from the microwave (use
caution: container may be hot). Add espresso and chocolate syrup.
Garnish with shaved chocolate.
