Safety Considerations
The AC power supplied to the display is potentially dangerous. It is necessary that the main
power be unplugged when servicing the display. It is also recommended that all external
cables be disconnected as they too can be a source of potentially dangerous voltages.
Recommendations:
• Always plug the display into a grounded AC outlet
• Disconnect the main AC power Before servicing the display
• Keep all liquids away from the display
• Do not connect or disconnect cables while the display is on
• Do not remove or install any modules while the display is on
• Do not connect or disconnect any cables or use the displaywhen lightning is present.
• Please disconnect the power cable, remote communication system, network, modem,
and other devices before opening the screen, unless otherwise specified in the instal-
lation and configuration process
• Disconnect all cables if the display is to be installed, uninstalled, moved or opened

Disassembly - Screw Locations
To remove the rear shells (protective covers):
• Prepare a sturdy and stable work surface
• Place a protective pad on the work surface, such as a “mover’s pad”
• Gently place the display face down on the pad
• Remove all the screws shown above - it is recommended to sort them into separate tem-
porary storage containers
• The shells can now be removed
IMPORTANT - when replacing the shells the correct screws must go into the associated
socket and the recommended torque level must be applied. Otherwise, damage may occur.

To replace any circuit board:
• Disconnect from AC power
• Disconnect all cables
• Remove the shell covers (see prior instructions)
• Remove the lower terminal block, side terminal block, and wires
IMPORTANT - when replacing the shells the correct screws must go into the associated
socket and the recommended torque level must be applied. Otherwise, damage may occur.
