HOW TO USE THE
X SERIES TABLE
INSTALL SHELF
Remove shelf from the bottom of
table compartment. Install the back
2 shelf pins in desired holes for shelf
placement. Holding the shelf with the
front edge down, insert shelf into the
cabinet one end at a time. Place the
back edge of the shelf onto installed
shelf pins. Hold the front of the shelf up
and install the front 2 shelf pins at the
same level as the rear pins. Make sure
the shelf sits level and secure.
GETTING STARTED
A second person/helper is
recommended.
Remove the outer box, bag and zip
ties. Locate and save the small bag
with the included shelf pins. Use a
Phillips head screwdriver to remove the
plates holding the table to the shipping
pallet. Remove table from shipping
pallet. (At least two people are
recommended-table weighs 120 lbs)
FINISH SETTING UP
Get a helper and carefully move to
the desired location.
Adjust feet by rotating in or out
to level & stabilize table. Make
sure the table is stable so that
stored items stay in place.Use the
opening in the back of the table to
store your SearPlate Griddle. Use
the metal shelf in the back for Lid
storage when the re pit is in use.

FOR YOUR SAFETY
Do not allow any hot
accessories to make
contact with any of the
Poly or HPDE components.
Do not use the top of the
table as a cutting board.
Make sure feet are
adjusted to stabilize the
table to avoid any rocking.
CARE & USE
Clean the table with hot
water and dish soap.
The entire table can be
power washed if desired.

Warranty Term: Breeo, LLC warrants to the original
purchaser that the X Series Table is free from
workmanship and material defects for a period of twenty
(20) years from invoice/receipt date. Welds, joints, and
hardware are warranted to not break or crack for ve (5)
years of residential use.
This product is covered by this limited warranty. Breeo,
LLC’s liability and obligation is limited to repair or replace-
ment of the product at their discretion free of charge,
excluding any applicable shipping and handling fees. If
the product being warranted has been discontinued, the
replacement product will be of equal or similar value.
Altering any Breeo product, or using the product in any
way other than the intended use, will void this warranty.
Except as provided above, no warranty is offered on wear
and tear of Table.
Claim Process: The purchaser must provide Breeo, LLC
with invoice/receipt of purchase and photos of the prod-
uct’s defects for evaluation. Claims must be submitted
within twenty (20) years from invoice/receipt date. Upon
approval of claim, Breeo, LLC will issue a return for repair,
or return for exchange of the defective product free of
charge, excluding any applicable shipping and handling
fees.
Exclusions: This warranty does not cover damage or prod-
uct failure caused by:
• Normal wear and tear
• Accident, misuse, negligence, tampering,
modications, act of war, overloading
• Improper attachment, improper maintenance,
or failure to maintain.
Breeo, LLC is held harmless for any injury or death caused
by the misuse of this product.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by proper or
improper use of our products to any surrounding surfaces,
structures, or furnishings. Notice: This warranty gives you
specic legal rights providing said product is put to its
proper designated use.
THIS WARRANTY IS EXPRESSLY IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER
WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE
WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A
PARTICULAR PURPOSE. NO ORAL AGREEMENT, GUARAN-
TEE, PROMISE,
REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY SHALL BE BINDING.
IN NO EVENT WILL BREEO, LLC BE LIABLE FOR ANY
SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL
DAMAGES EVEN IF BREEO, LLC HAS BEEN ADVISED OF
THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES AND EVEN IF
BREEO, LLC HAS KNOWLEDGE THAT FAILURE TO PER-
FORM COULD CAUSE
CONSEQUENTIAL ECONOMIC LOSSES. IN ANY EVENT,
CUMULATIVE DAMAGES FOR BREACH OF THIS WARRAN-
TY WILL BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT ACTUALLY PAID TO
BREEO, LLC FOR THE PRODUCT. THIS PARAGRAPH SHALL
APPLY TO ALL ACTIONS RELATED TO THE PRODUCT,
WHETHER BASED ON TORT, CONTRACT OR OTHER THE-
ORIES. THE PURCHASER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT THIS
PARAGRAPH ALLOCATES THE RISK OF PRODUCT FAILURE
BETWEEN BREEO, LLC AND THE PURCHASER, AND THAT
THIS ALLOCATION IS REFLECTED IN THE PRICE PAID.
