CHRONOGRAPHE «TYPE AÉRONAVALE», AVEC RETOUR EN VOL,

La ouronne a trois positions:
1. Position vissée
2. Position de remontage
3. Position de mise à l’heure
Mise en mar he de la montre
Dévisser la couronne en la tournant
vers le bas (

mette en position 2. Cette position
permet de remonter manuellement le
mouvement automatique en tournant
la couronne vers le haut (

à 35 tours. Puis revisser la couronne
en la tournant vers le haut (

montre portée au poignet se remonte
automatiquement. Non portée, elle
s’arrêtera après 40 heures environ.
Mise à l’heure
Dévisser la couronne en la tournant
vers le bas (

), puis la tirer en posi-
tion 3. Tourner la couronne vers le
haut (

) pour faire avancer les
aiguilles jusqu’à l’heure désirée. Pour
une mise à l’heure précise, s’assurer
que la dernière manipulation s’est
bien effectuée dans le sens horaire.
Puis repousser la couronne en posi-
tion 2 et la revisser en la tournant vers
le haut (

Des avions et des montres
Le chronographe T PE XX reflète les
liens étroits qui unissent Breguet et
le monde de l’aéronautique depuis
les débuts de la conquête de l’air. Il
rend hommage à l’œuvre de Louis
Breguet, pionnier de l’aviation et
descendant de notre fondateur. Dès
1918, notre maison a conçu des
garde-temps pour l’aéronautique,
s’imposant au fil des ans comme la
référence pour les montres de
pilotes, qu’elles soient portées au
poignet ou intégrées dans un
tableau de bord.
Le modèle T PE XX AÉRONAVALE rappelle
que la maison Breguet fut dès 1954
fournisseur de l’Aéronautique
Navale Française. Ce garde-temps
d’exception fut longtemps sa pro-
priété exclusive; il devint rapide-
ment un signe de reconnaissance et
un privilège professionnel très
convoité. Le chronographe T PE XX
AÉRONAVALE reprend tous les éléments
clés du modèle original, dont la
fameuse fonction «retour en vol»,
ou «fly-back», appréciée par les
pilotes et particulière à l’aéronau-
tique.

WATER-RESISTANT TO 10 BAR (100 M)
The rown has three positions:
1. Se ured position
2. Winding position

Starting the wat h
Release the crown by turning it down-
wards (

) until it reaches position 2.
This position enables manual wind-
ing of the self-winding movement,
meaning winding by rotating the
crown upwards (

), about 30 to 35
turns. Then secure the crown by turn-
ing it upwards (
▲
▲
). When worn on
the wrist, the watch is automatically
rewound. If not worn, it will stop after
about 40 hours.
Setting the time
Release the crown by turning it down-
wards (

▼
), then pull the crown out
to position 3. Turn the crown upwards
(
▲
▲
) to move the hands forwards to
the desired time. For accurate time-
setting, ensure that the last operation
was done in a clockwise direction.
Push the crown back to position 2and
secure it by turning it upwards (

Of planes and watches
The TPE XX chronograph salutes the
partnership between Breguet and
aviation that began with the conquest
of the skies. Louis Breguet, descen-
dant of our founder, was one of the
great pioneers of aircraft design, and
the Breguet watch- making firm
supplied aeronautical instruments
to pilots as early as 1918. Over the
years our firm became established as
the reference in pilot’s watches,
whether worn on the wrist or set into
an instrument panel. This reputation
is embodied in the legendary T PE XX.
The name of the T PE XX AÉRONAVALE
recalls that is was the French Air
Force and the Naval Air Arm which
commissioned the first examples of
the T PE XX chronograph from
Breguet in 1954. It was long their
exclusive property and rapidly
became a coveted professionnal sta-
tus symbol. The T PE XX AÉRONAVALE
contains all the essential features
of the original. These include the
famous «retour en vol» or fly-back
function, prized by pilots and
unique to the field of aeronautics.

Die Krone hat drei Positionen:

Aufziehen der Uhr
Durch Drehen im Gegenuhrzeigersinn

in Position 2befindet. In dieser Stel-
lung kann das Automatikwerk durch
30 bis 35 Drehungen der Krone im
Uhrzeigersinn (

) von Hand aufge-
zogen werden. Danach die Krone im
Uhr zeigersinn (

▲
) wieder sichern.
Am Handgelenk zieht sich die Uhr
dann automatisch auf. Wird sie nicht
getragen, läuft die Uhr während rund
40 Stunden.
Zeiteinstellung
Durch Drehen im Gegenuhrzeigersinn
(

) die Krone entsichern und sie in
Position 3ziehen. Danach die Krone
im Uhr zeigersinn (

▲
) drehen, um die
Zeiger auf die gewünschte Zeit zu stel-
len. Für eine genaue Zeiteinstellung
die letzte Kronen drehung unbedingt
im Uhrzeiger
sinn vornehmen, danach
die Krone wieder in
Position 2zurück-
stossen und sie im Uhr zeigersinn (

sichern.

Flugzeuge und Uhren
Der Chronograph TPE XX widerspie-
gelt die enge Beziehung, die das
Haus Breguet seit der Eroberung des
Luftraums zur Aeronautik unter-
hält. Er ist eine Hommage an den
Flugpionier Louis Breguet, ein
direkter Nachkomme unseres Grün-
ders. Unsere seit 1918 für die Luft-
fahrt konzipierten Zeitmesser haben
sich im Laufe der Zeit einen Namen
geschaffen und gelten als Referenz,
sei es am Handgelenk der Piloten
oder eingebaut im Instrumenten-
brett.
Das Modell T PE XX AÉRONAVALE erin-
nert daran, dass das Haus Breguet
ab 1954 die Luftstreitkräfte und die
Marineluftwaffe Frankreichs belie-
ferte. Da diese Ausnahme-Zeitmesser
lange exklusiv der staatlichen Aero-
nautik vorbehalten waren, wurden
sie schon bald zu heiss begehrten
Prestigeobjekten. Der neue Chrono-
graph T PE XX weist daher alle wich-
tigen Attribute des Original modells
auf wie z.B. die berühmte, von Pilo-
ten äusserst geschätzte fliegerspezi-
fische Funktion „Rückstellung im
Flug“.

Orologi e aeroplani
Il cronografo TPE XX è un omaggio
agli stretti legami che si instaura-
rono fra Breguet e il mondo dell’a-
viazione fin dai suoi esordi. Louis
Breguet, discendente del fondatore
della nostra Casa, è stato uno dei
primi grandi progettisti e costrut-
tori di aerei. Fin dal 1918 la Ditta
Breguet forniva ai piloti strumenti
destinati all’aeronautica. Con l’an-
dar degli anni la Casa Breguet
diventò un punto di riferimento
obbligato per gli aviatori, grazie ai
suoi orologi da polso e da cruscotto.
Il leggendario T PE XX celebra
autorevolmente questa grande
tradizione.

Il modello T PE XX AÉRONAVALE ci
ricorda che fin dal 1954 la Casa
Breguet è stata fornitrice dell’A via -
zione Navale Francese. Questo oro-
logio eccezionale, rimasto a lungo
proprietà esclusiva delle Forze
armate francesi, diventò ben pre-
sto un ambito status symbol pro-
fessionale. Il cronografo T PE XX
AÉRONAVALE possiede tutte le caratte-
ristiche essenziali del modello ori-
ginale, compreso il famoso «Fly-
back» o «Retour en vol», una
funzione assai apprezzata dai
piloti, progettata appositamente per
l’aeronautica.

). Siempre que se lleve puesto el
reloj en la muñeca, el mecanismo se
dará cuerda auto máticamente. En caso
contrario, el reloj dejará de funcionar
al cabo de 40 horas aproximadamente.
Puesta en hora
Desatornillar la corona girándola en
sentido inverso de rotación horaria

) y colocarla en posición 3(tirar
hacia afuera). Seguida mente, girar la
corona en sentido de rotación hora-
ria (

jas hasta la hora deseada. Para una
puesta en hora precisa, cerciorarse

túa en sentido de rotación horaria. A
continuación, colocar la corona en

Aviones y relojes
El cronógrafo T PE XX ilustra los vín-
culos que unen a Breguet con el
mundo de la aeronáutica desde los
inicios de la conquista del aire. rinde
tributo a la obra de Louis Breguet, pio-
nero de la aviación y descendiente de
nuestro fundador. Breguet fabrica
relojes para la aeronáutica desde 1918,
y se ha convertido con el paso del
tiempo en toda una referencia en
materia de relojes para pilotos, tanto
en lo que se refiere a relojes de pul-
sera como a relojes-instrumentos para
los paneles de a bordo.
El modello T PE XX AÉRONAVALE evoca
que Breguet fue proveedor de la
Aeronáutica Naval Francesa desde
1954. Este reloj excepcional fue
durante largo tiempo propiedad
exclusiva suya, convirtiéndose rápi-
damente en un signo de reconoci-
miento y en un privilegio profesional
muy preciado. El cronógrafo T PE XX
AÉRONAVALE va dotado de los elemen-
tos característicos del modelo origi-
nal, como son la célebre función
«fly-back» propia de la aeronáutica,
muy apreciada por los pilotos.

ни. Для точной установки времени
убедитесь, что последняя операция
