This guarantee applies t pr ducts purchased within the United Kingd m r Republic f Ireland, but d es n t apply t pr ducts

The installati n must all w ready access t all pr ducts f r the purp se f inspecti n, maintenance r replacement.
Any part f und t be defective during the ab ve guarantee peri d will be replaced with ut charge, pr viding that the pr duct has
been installed in acc rdance with the instructi ns, used as intended, and regularly serviced.
Servicing sh uld be carried ut at regular intervals f n m re than 12 m nths and m re frequently in hard water areas (heavy
lime scale) areas.
In the unlikely event that any pr blems are enc untered with the pr duct’s perf rmance n installati n, y u must btain
guidance/auth risati n fr m ur Cust mer Service Department, and be able t supply pr f and date f purchase, bef re any
remedial acti n is taken.
The guarantee excludes general wear and tear and damage caused by accident, misuse r neglect, and d es n t c ver the
f ll wing:
