FIRETRACKER FT1020G3 - QUICK OPERATION
GUIDE
1 - TO SILENCE PANEL BUZZER:
Press Button once to silence panel buzzer.
2 -TO SILENCE ALARM DEVICES:
Press Button once to silence all alarm devices, Occupant Warning System
(OWS) or sounders and wait for a few seconds.
Pressing the Button again will cause the alarms to resound.
3 - TO RESET FIRE ALARM:
IMPORTANT: Alarm devices must be silenced before pressing “Reset” button.
Press and hold the Button for 1 second until the Fire Alarm Panel starts its
reset sequence. The system will now automatically reset all alarms.
Alarms may re-trigger in the system if the alarm condition is still present. Wait for 30 seconds
and try again.
4 - TO DISABLE (ISOLATE) AN ACTIVE ALARM:
IMPORTANT: Alarm devices must be silenced before pressing “Disable” button.
Press Button to isolate device in alarm (H2/B1) –system will now illuminate
the LED. This zone / address point will remain disabled until
manual re-enabled via Menu H2/B1 button.

5 - TO DISPLAY MORE THAN ONE ALARM :
When the more than one alarm are queued,red LEDs are illuminated.
Press the Button to see the additional Alarms.
6 - TO MANUALLY DISABLE (ISOLATE) A ZONE OR ZONE ADDRESS FROM
THE MENU:
1. Press Menu Button .
2. Select “Building Officer” Login then Key Enter Access Code.
3. Scroll to the Disable or re-enable menu (H2) by pressing or Button/s then press to
Accept
4. Scroll to Zone or Zone / address menu (B1 by pressing or Button/s then press to
Accept
5. Use the softkey to toggle between Zone 000
(disable Zone) and Zone 000 address 00 (dis
6. Type in the zone number or the zone / address number as required, then press to Accept. The
zone or zone address that is disabled will be indicated by “√”
7. Automatic Re-enable:
a. If Automatic re-enable time not required, scroll to highlight No then press to
Accept.
b. If Automatic re-enable is required, key in the time in hours : minutes (default is
currenttime + 3 Hours), scroll highlight to Yes then press to Accept.
8. If no more disablements required, press the button repeatedly back to main screen.

7 - MANUALLY RE-ENABLE A ZONE OR ZONE ADDRESS FROM THE MENU:
1. Press Menu Button .
2. Select “Building Officer” Login then Key Enter Access Code.
3. Scroll to the Disable or re-enable menu (H2) by pressing or Button/s then press to
Accept
4. Scroll to Zone or Zone / address menu (B1 by pressing or Button/s then press to
Accept
5. The Disabled zone / zone address is indicated by “√”, press the softkey
to toggle between Disable and Re-enable list
6. If no more disablements required, press the button repeatedly back to main screen.
8 - TO CHECK EVENT LOG:
1. Press Menu Button .
2. Select “Building Officer” Login then Key Enter Access Code.
3. Scroll to the Present System Status menu (H4) by pressing or Button/s then press to
Accept
4. Scroll to Event Log menu (U7) by pressing or Button/s then press to Accept
5. Scroll by pressing or Button/s then press to Accept to select event Log: Alarm,
Interlocking Log, General event log.
6. If no furthers checks required, press the button repeatedly back to main screen.
9 –CHECK THE CURRENT SOFTWARE VERSION OF THE MAINBOARD
1. Press Menu Button .
2. Select “Building Officer” Login then Key Enter Access Code.
3. Scroll to the Present System Status menu (H4) by pressing or Button/s then press to
Accept
4. Scroll to Information menu (U8) by pressing or Button/s then press to Accept
5. If no furthers checks required, press the button repeatedly back to main screen.

10 –TO ACKNOWLEDGE FAULT
1. Press Menu Button .
2. Select “Building Officer” Login then Key Enter Access Code.
3. Scroll to the FAULT ACKNOWLEDGE menu (H6) by pressing or Button/s then press
to Accept
4. Scroll to check the list of faults by pressing or Button/s then press to Accept
5. All faults must be individually acknowledged one by one.
6. When a fault is corrected before it has been acknowledged, the text "Serviced" is added after the
time, still has to be acknowledged to remove it on the display.
7. When a fault is corrected / serviced and acknowledged, it will disappear from the list (H6).
8. If no furthers checks required, press the button repeatedly back to main screen.
11 –TO CHECK FAULTS INFORMATION

process.
